Muy buenas!! navegando por hay me e encontrado con un modulo de gratuito para prestashop 1.7 pero al instalarlo no me lo instala me dice: "Confirmacion necesaria por el modulo kbmarketplace para install (prestatrust)" y luego me dice que no se puede instalar me da error "acualizacion modal" os dejo el link de descarga del modulo haber si alguien puede ayudarme, un saludo! https://www.knowband.com/es/prestashop-free-marketplace-modules?sort=p.price&order=ASC

Hola, Por más que intento que las imágenes se vean en una ventana grande al clicar, no funciona con ninguna imagen. Está activado thickbox_ default, pero la única opción de ver las imágenes más grandes es activando la lupa con JqZoom. Dejó de funcionar de repente, sólo desactivé el formulario de preguntas porque entraba mucho spam e instalé un módulo diferente para formulario de contacto. Por favor necesito ayuda.

Foreros, tengo ya dos años de tener mi tienda online de PS y hoy cuando intento accesar el panel administrativo me encuentro con un error de logueo: El empleado no existe o la contraseña es errónea. Intento solicitar un cambio de contraseña y recibo el siguiente error: 2. Solo puedes regenerar tu contraseña cada 360 minuto(s) Alguien que conozca una solución y que puede causar el problema. Anoche metí varios productos pero nada que no haya hecho antes. Gracias de antemano. SOLUCION: Me tocó crear un usuario nuevo con a contraseña deseada para accesar admin, luego via MySQL copié la cookie del usuario creado bajo "ps_customer" en "ps_employee" y listo. LO que me interesa es conocer el por que sucedió

Una semana atrás lo hacía todo bien. Ahora en cuanto el cliente selecciona su personalización, completa los datos pedidos, al dar "Guardar" se queda en "En curso, por favor espere..." y de ahí no pasa. Se puede verificar en este ejemplo: http://www.lalenin.c...oduct&id_lang=3 ¿Alguien ayuda?

Hola gente, bueno quería saber si se puede modificar la barra de menú, la de "Inicio, specials, mapa del sitio y contacto" me pasa lo siguiente: instale el theme, lo traduje al español (ya viene con la traducción incluída, sólo la cambie) se tradujo todo, pero en el menú "SPECIALS" sigue tal cual, no se tradujo, y me estoy volviendo mono para poder traducirlo o sacarlo porque no es de utilidad... para lo que yo quiero manejar en la tienda... algún consejo? Hello, I am running a shop based on Prestashop since beginning of 2011, has been upgrading and updating continuously and now experiencing few problems which seem to be related, even though I am not sure. I am using Prestashop version 1.4.7.3 and have just recently installed a new Theme: " Theme fourniture 1.4" There are the issues: A problem with "Send to a friend" modul: the link to the product is not being generated properly, when one clicks on it from the e-mail which is being sent; the following error message appears: "we are sorry but the webaddress you provided is no longer available. and Search is suggested. A problem with combinations: Persists for some products (not all, which is a bit strange). The products have different attributes ( sizes, materials, est) and status wrt availability (in warehouse / need to pre-order) therefore different prices. But only default combination is displayed correctly with correct price and availability, for other combinations correct (a different) price and availability is not displayed, even after refreshinng; A problem with the displaying of the Cart/ Order step 1: After the product was added to the cart and "Go to check out" was pressed, the customer was redirected to Home page instead of Cart Summmary. Only after disabling of Friendly URL Cart/Order step 1 started to be displayed, this was rather serious problem, because this meant that an order could not be placed at all. It seems to me that all 3 problems are somehow related between each other and to JAVA Script but I might be wrong. So I have these issues and asking for help. Have anyone experienced any of these problems before and solved? If yes, please, share how to solve. The website address is www.stylehouse.no if this helps any how. Will appreciate your help a lot.
