Hi, I've checked my page in google structured data , and it seems that I have an issue on all my product pages. The warning is "Invalid price format in property “offer.price”" My prices are been presented in the pages with the symbol of ILS (₪) page example: https://www.cdsoft.co.il/index.php?id_product=300019&controller=product I would like to remove the symbol from the prices, since i've already have a currency tag How to remove the symbol from the price tab ? Hello Do you know of any module for prestashop 1.7.6.1 that shows in the SERP correctly the Rich Snippets of the products and categories correctly and works independently to the rich snippets that bring the theme of our store integrated? I was looking at this: https://addons.prestashop.com/es/seo-posicionamiento-buscadores/8321-ultimate-google-rich-snippets.html but the developer does not respond to any of my messages (I have sent several in casu a month) and this does not give me confidence when purchasing the module! Hi, I have big trouble with PS (version 1.6.1.17). I need to have geolocation function enabled because I want to restrict access to my shop according to visitors countries. Geolocation works flawlessly but when it's enabled, I have problem with price in google rich snippets eg. google shows price without VAT. When I disable geolocation, problem dissappears - price is with VAT. I'm testing it with https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ Is it PS bug? -

Buenos días: Google webmaster tools me dice que tengo error en los datos estructurados de mis productos: me dice "falta price" el caso es que todos los productos tienen precio y en el comprobador de google el artículo sale con precio. Uso el tema por defecto y la versión es V1.6 ¿A alguien le ha pasado lo mismo? Gracias -
Hello, I'm using Google Webmasters Tools to optimize my shop as much as possible for SERP. Google testing tool for structure data points out that products shown through the Cross-Selling module are missing the "name" value in HTML markup, and this could prevent rich snippets from appearing. Here's an example: https://www.gunpla-italia.com/en/builders-parts/62-builders-parts-ms-launcher-01-4543112895752.html According to Google, this page has 4 products missing the "name" value, and those are the 4 products shown by the Cross-Selling module. This doesn't happen with products shown through other modules on the same page (e.g. through the Products Category module). Is there a way to solve this error? Or do I have to disable the Cross-Selling module? It's a very useful module and I'd like to keep using it... but I'm afraid to worsen my product rankings on Google if I don't get rid of that issue. I'm working with Prestashop ver. 1.6.1.5. -
I have prestashop 1.6.10 with custom theme. On product page a have module productscategory. I need to turn off rich snippets in this module, because google dont support multiple products on product page. When i shut down this module,on https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ i seen one product, this is OK but with thist module i seen 31 products. productscategory.tpl.txt -
Hola! Según GWT tengo cientos de errores en los datos estructurados de mi web. Me dice esto: Error: Incomplete microdata with schema.org - Falta precio He leido por el foro y parece que el fallo está en el símbolo de moneda de los productos. He intentando seguir también el tutorial de Nemops pero estoy utilizando en mi web un template y el código no es el mismo que el que viene en el ejemplo y además no lo entiendo demasiado bien como para atreverme a cambiarlo sin saber! Hello tous, (Ce tips concerne le thème de base de Prestashop 1.6) Après plusieurs heures de recherche, j'ai finalement trouvé pourquoi l'outil de test de données structurées du Google Webmaster Tools indiquait des erreurs. Tout d'abord, pour la page d'un produit (product.tpl) c'est au niveau de la ligne 181 <span class="editable" itemprop="condition">{$smarty.capture.condition}</span> Il se trouve que la "condition" d'un produit n'est pas compatible avec Schema.org, ce qui donne une erreur : Erreur : Page contains property "condition" which is not part of the schema. Ensuite, du côté de product-list.tpl, c'est cette fois-ci l'erreur "Error: Incomplete microdata with schema.org" qu'on découvre. Hi All, My shop can be found at www.e-ciggy.com Prestashop 1.4.4 I installed Google Rich Snippets 9 months ago. It was working fine. Everything was showing while checking the domain at: http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q But now is showing 2 errors: For example, if you put this link http://www.e-ciggy.com/15-nicotine-liquids It is showing: Error: Missing "rating" field. Error: In order to generate a preview with rich snippets, either price or review or availability needs to be present. I am looking for someone who can fix it, to show again the stars:)

Hello everybody! I have some issues with my star ratings displayed in google structured data tester. (I could only see richsnippets there yet.) Despite the 5 star rating, the tool shows only 2 stars. I think it is because it has two data for "RatingValue" but I do not really know why or how to fix it. I use prestashop 1.6 and I use PS Rich Snippets and Breadcrumbs module too. Hello, After installing TyneMCE, we tried to add a Google Structured Markup by inserting the html code provided by Google such as title, image and date tags. The page was texted right after the insert and seemed fine. However, the following day we checked the cms page right in the tyneMCE extended version, and the html code we inserted the previous day disappeared! Any thoughts? Salut à tous, Je me tourne vers vous car je bloque un peu sur le coup. En fait, depuis hier nous utilisons un système de notation produit par l'excellent module Yotpo qui permet aux clients de noter les produits via un système d'étoile, plus un commentaire. L'idée, que j'ai eu, malheureusement, ce n'est qu'une idée et je n'ai pas les capacités en codage pour le mettre en place, serait de faire apparaître ces notes dans les résultats Google. Exemple, ici d'une fiche produit détenant une note. Quelqu'un aurait une idée ? Par ailleurs, impossible de traduire l'onglet "Review" en "Commentaire". Je suis pourtant bien allé faire un tour du côté de l'onglet Traduction mais aucune trace de celui-ci. Dans l'attente d'avoir un petit coup de pouce je l'espère ! Cordialement

Just walking through the code of productcomments module in 1.5 I see that we can add support for rich snippets for votes on product page. Please let me know if this is the optimal way or something else is needed. I tested the url on rich snippets tool and it is getting parsed by the toot and votes are correctly displayed.
