Hello! Recently I have started to rebuild my webshop in de new Prestashop version 1.7.6.1 on a staging environment. I did a fresh install, to prevent me from having migrate problems. By now everything seems to work perfectly, except for the related items. As in PS 1.6.1.23 I can add related items to a product. The related items do show in de backoffice, but they do not show in the frontoffice on the productpage. Does someone know what I did wrong? Am I forgetting something here? I will be very grateful for all tips and solutions that could solve this problem.

I use version 1.7.7.1 bizkick Версия 1.4.0 The related products field overlaps the newsletter field. Will anyone be able to help me correct this problem?

Hi, all. I need a help of yours: I want to remove (or even shorten/hide) product description and add to cart button from related products section. In attached image you'll see the visual effect right now. 😱 I'm using Bizkick theme and PS 1.7.6.3. Thanks in advance and all the best.

Hi everyone, i have an issue with updating Related products links (ALTE RECOMANDARI) from product detail page (product page) after i modify the link structure "Friendly URL". Below some example: Product page: https://venusdsh.ro/coturi-evacuare/8380-cot-cret-emailat-130-mm-mt.html My issue: The url from the slider (ex. first position "COT CRET,TN - 120 MM (ALC)") is an old one. It must be like this: https://venusdsh.ro/coturi-evacuare/2580-cot-cret-tn-120-mm-alc.html Can you help me? Thank you in advance. P.S.: I'm using PS 1.6.1.11

Hi everyone, I am interested to know if there is a module that does the following: What I am actually looking for in this module is to show the customer some items that would complete their look/outfit. For example: If a customer is looking at a running shoe, in the related products field I want to show a running t-shirt, running shorts, or some other accessories from the running sub-category, BUT NOT AGAIN RUNNING SHOES. Also, if the customer is a female and is looking at female shoes, I want to show her female running shorts, t-shirt etc. And last but not least, I want the related products to be also related by color, because if a customer is looking at white shoes, I would not like to show some red pants, blue shirt, yellow cap, because they do not go well with the white shoes, as well as all together. Technically speaking, is there any module that provides a relation of the products by filtering categories, sub-categories, color, gender?

Hi, I'm having an issue when assigning related products to a product. When I click to add a product it appears twice until I save and refresh the page. Is anyone having this issue as well?

Hallo, ik heb mijn webshop onlangs opnieuw opgebouwd in versie 1.7.6.1 op een staging omgeving. In versie 1.6. kon je accessoires koppelen aan een product en deze werden getoond op de productpagina. In versie 1.7.6.1 kan ik in de backoffice wel accessoires koppelen aan het product, maar ze zijn niet zichtbaar op de productpagina. Het hele blok product-accessories wordt niet getoond (ook worden geen gegevens getoond als ik via inspecteren kijk). Weet iemand wat het probleem kan zijn? Ik heb al van alles geprobeerd, maar ze verschijnen niet in de frontoffice. Voor alle tips ben ik bij voorbaat heel dankbaar!

Witam! Mam problem a mianowicie na stronie produktu w back office nie wyświetla produktów, które są dodane do działu "powiązane produkty" lecz w front office działa wszystko i jest dodane jak należy. Dodam jeszcze że podczas dodawania produktu do "powiązane produkty" widzę zdjęcie oraz opis do czasu jak odświeże stronę. Prestashop 1.7.5.1, PHP 7.2.

I am trying to create a module so I can add the add to cart button to the related items/accessories , but I have hard time finding the right hook for it as PrestShop really don't have an impressive documentation. Thanks in advance! -
Anyone know how to set this? I'm currently showing all my related products/accessories underneath each product on my product page. I found this guide for 1.6 (https://www.templatemonster.com/help/prestashop-1-6-x-how-to-set-number-of-related-products-on-the-product-page.html) but i cant find the productscategory.js file for my 1.7 version. Ideally i'd like to set this in a carousel but have no idea what to change in the code. Cheers -

Hi! I have an issure with PS 1.7.0.3 - search for related products (in product page in BO) doesn`t find anything among published products. I see, it works in demo BO. Maybe reason of that is russian localization? I see that problem on Debian (remote) host and localhost and this is theme independent. Please help or advice what files or logs I should inspect. Solved! That was an error in tiny.mce.js. After resolving ajax search works fine! -
I have prestashop 1.6.10 with custom theme. On product page a have module productscategory. I need to turn off rich snippets in this module, because google dont support multiple products on product page. When i shut down this module,on https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ i seen one product, this is OK but with thist module i seen 31 products. productscategory.tpl.txt -
Hello, Is there a way or module to show specific products to a customer, preferably just before checkout, that are related to the product he is about to buy? In example: a customer is buying a black t-shirt, I would like to show him a discounted black cap to match his t-shirt, right before he checks-out. It could also be used to promote products that are not so popular. Thank you in advance. -
On Product page I'd like to display RELATED products to the Right of QTY etc. ie. 2 or 3 rows of 2 items Is this possible. I would I get started ? -
Hello, in Google webmaster tools, I have the same error (missing price) for every product page. The main product price and currency schema configuration is fine and doesn't lead to errors. But, at the bottom of product page I have the module "Related products" (/modules/productscategory) and it returns missing price error. The code is something like this: <div itemprop="offers" itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Offer" class="content_price"> <span itemprop="price" class="price product-price"> CHF 100.00 </span> <meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="0"> </div> As I understand it, we have priceCurrency error: content should be ="CHF" and not "0". Did anybody face the same issue? Thank you -
hej czy znacie moduł do produktów powiązanych ale ustalanych dla całej kategorii ? wiem, że można ręcznie wybrać na karcie produktu produkty powiązane, ale przy dużej ilości pozycji jest to ... męczące pomożecie ?

Hi, I'd like to adjust the settings of my 'products in the same category' feature. I think it's currently set to show a maximum of 30, but we'd like to adjust this. I've gone to Modules > Front Office > Products Category > Configure but all it gives me is the opportunity to Display the Price on the products. How can I adjust so that we show more products in this product category feature? Kind regards Tom -
Hello Presta forum I've got an issue, with adding products to related products on the product page. I'm running Presta 1.5.6. At the beginning, I was using two languages. But now, I use only one. I tested it, by trying to add a related product on the other language on my shop (which is not in use currently), and presta added related product. But it doesn't work on my main shop/BO language. When Im on my main language, I can add only these product to related product section, that were added to presta in both languages. These products, that are visible, on my main language, I can't add. Did someone had this issue?

Hello to you all I have a specific question and would like to know if there is module that will be somewhat close to my demands. This is just an example case. Lets say I sell iPods, and with every iPod I want to sell a pair of headphones and a battery. So I want a customer to know that if wants to buy an iPod there is some kined field or related products that are sold with iPod so that would be functional. Those are two sets of products headphones and battery. Customer inputs number of iPods then number of headphones and number of batteries and he clicks on a button that will show him a total price, or price per iPod (with headphones and battery included) Would be alco good to have, for example, if customer inputs 10 iPods then he has to buy 10 speakers and 10 headphones plus 10 batteries. So there is a variable based on number of products order also. if someone has came accross with similar demand please do let me know, or if there is even remotley similar modul that we can upgrade.

Hello, I was trying to add related products to a product but they could not be added for a reason, however, I could add older product as related product but I could not add my new products as related products. How can I tackle this issue or how can I find the source of the problem? I'm using Prestashop 1.5.6 Regards... -
Prestashop 1.5.4.1 on windows 7 localhost. Hi I would like to know if it's possible to import Accessories via CSV import on this version. The way I'm thinking of using this is for related products. For example, if buying a laptop, the accessories or related product may be laptop case, power pack, usb, etc.. Thanks for any help.
