Hallo, Ik ben nog nieuw hier op het forum, dus weet niet goed of de gestelde vraag hier juist staat. Maar... Ik ben eigenlijk op zoek naar een oplossing voor een offerte module. Wij hebben op onze webshop voor 90% producten die allemaal dynamisch zijn. Hiermee bedoel ik dat de producten moeten samengesteld worden door de klant. Wij verkopen glas, met name ook binnendeuren en douchedeuren, enz.... Nu heb ik groot probleem bij het vinden van een goede offerte module. Bij de meeste van deze modules komt er enkel een foto van het product en de prijs, maar welke samenstelling dat de klant heeft gedaan dat zie ik niet, en dat is een groot probleem. Op de Checkout page van Prestashop daar komt alle informatie wel correct op te staan, dus het is wel mogelijk om het te laten verschijnen. Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee? Of kan iemand mij uit de nood helpen met dit probleem. Alvast bedankt voor de genomen moeite. Hi, I've been working for a while now to implement a feature on one of my e-boutique (ps 1.6) which is quite simple although very useful : giving to your customer the ability to print the content of its shopping cart as a quote, fill it manually with contact details etc, and send it back later by email or even airmail (the old fashion way) to validate an order. I needed this because most of the visitors on my website don't have a registered account / don't want to bother creating one, thus 90% of the quote modules that actually require the client to be logged in did not suit this basic requirement for me. Please just bear in mind that this is a humble contribution and not a professional solution/developement at all. it's simply a useful tweak i'd say. Step 1. Open your shopping-cart.tpl file (themes/default-bootstrap/shopping-cart.tpl for me since i use the vanilla 1.6 ps theme) Step 2. Click it and it should open the modal Printer view of your browser. From here you can select to print a hard copy of this quote, or choose to save it as .pdf file (at least with Chrome). PROS : * Printing the shopping cart product list as a Quote * 1 click-to-print process via a "Print" button added on the shopping cart page (next to the checkout button) * No login required, any visitor can add products to the cart and print it * "Light" solution : you only need to add a couple of code lines into a .tpl file, no module installation is required. * it's using javascript capability included in your browser which should ensure a good compatibilty (personnaly tested with IE and Chrome, all good) * Well it's free ;-) CONS : * Generated quotes aren't stored or saved at all since no log in requirement. Which means that you don't have any track record of who quoted what until that client actually sends you back the filled-in quote by email or airmail (= again, my personnal core-customer profile) * You don't get any notification when someone is creating a quote on your front office (same reason than previous point) * It is possible to customise the template of the form, however the way i did it is very basic but I think there is room for improvements here * I tested it with only 2 browsers so far Any questions, suggestions or critics are more than welcome.

Hi All We need a module developed to send quotes to customers/email address from the back office and then the ability to convert those quotes to orders. We are currently using this module I suggest you have a look at it: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/merchandising-prestashop-modules/13654-point-of-sale-pos-pro-by-prestamonster.html I have tried asking the developers of that module to make it but they said they are too busy. We want the quote module to look and function similar to this POS module. With the ability to search for products, add discounts etc. In the right column next to the product list there must be the following: ---------------------------------- Cancel quote ---------------------------------- Search for customer ---------------------------------- Add new customer ---------------------------------- Name: ---------------------------------- Email: ---------------------------------- Discount for order ---------------------------------- Order summary Quantity Total products (include tax) Total discount order Total discount products Shipping cost Total tax Total ---------------------------------- Create quote (button) ---------------------------------- You can either search for a customer, add a new customer or send the quote by just putting in a name and email address. After you hit the 'create quote' button an email must be send to the person with the quote information. You will then be taken to another page with a summary, a 'create new quote' and print button. The module should be accessed via the. It must have a sub menu where you can view previous quotes called "Quotes". Each quote will have a reference number just like the reference numbers on normal orders (Or some other number that makes sense). We must have the option to delete them, resend them or convert the quote to a new order. The actual quote email to the customer should look a lot like the order confirmation email with the customer name, product and shipping details (if shipping is applied) with the reference number. As far as I know, you can take the POS module code and modify it to behave as a quote module. Let me know if you are interested or if you have any other suggestions! Prestashop v.1.6.0.9

Hi all, I'm looking for a developer to change email order confirmation and pdf invoice templates. In my PrestaShop, I'm using Attribut Grid module by Presto Changeo because I have a B2B store online where resellers can order my clothes products by colours and size. Now I want to have a grid in invoices and order confirmation email too (as you can see in the attached file). I'm looking for a quote.

Hi I am not currently using Prestashop, so I would like to know if my customers could Request a Quote instead of going directly to the Shopping cart and Pay. I mean I would like for them to select all the products they are interested in, and then request a Price quote of all those products. Basically I would like to implement an online product catalog instead of an online shop. So is something like this possible???

I have an Agile Multiple Seller Prestashop store Version 1.5.6. We sell downloadable business reports for various Accounting Software programs. Resellers upload their reports, dashboards, macros, financial statements, etc and the customer purchases them and have them downloaded to their email address. Sometimes the customer won't find what they want on our site, so they will need a Reseller to make a new report for them. They send us a request through the Contact Form. We sift through the Resellers that work in that software, send them the mock-up of what the client wants, they in turn send us a quote for creating it, we contact the customer with the quote, the customer agrees/disagrees. If they agree, we have them purchase 1/2 the value of the report as a deposit. The Reseller makes the report, uploads it to the store, and the customer purchases the final report by paying the balance. This is all very complicated, and difficult to keep track of all the variables. Does someone know of any software that works with Prestashop that could do this, in an easier way?

hello, I am looking for the ability to send my clients quotations. Quote basically is a list of products + prices + shipping cost they can consider and order (or not). The way i am doing it now is i am creating an order in back office for a client and it's being automatically sent to them by email. Thing is, this isn't an order, it's just a quote which can potentially become one, i think from a workflow standpoint i am doing it wrong and would like to hear how others are doing it. Is there an add-on i can use or is it built in and i just didn't find it ?

Hi guys, I just bought this 'Request a Quote' module for prestshop - http://addons.prestashop.com/en/checkout-modules/2056-customized-quote.html Basically, I was hoping to change the module's quote form it so that the quote form takes selected product attributes and submits them with the quote. I've got basic HTML, PHP and CSS literacy, but if anyone knows the easy way to do this it's going to save me a lot of time scouring the internet for more info. Cheers guys.

Hi, I need a module that functions as the shopping cart and a quote module so basically when you add items to the cart and you go to the check out it will ask you if this is going to be an order or an quote. if you click order it submits the order but if it is a quote it will save your order as a quote. Then it should be you go into your account and see a button that says my quotes and then they should be able to edit the items in there quote and then click a button that says order now and they should be able to use that quote and it should make it an order for them. If this module does not exist is there anyway you can think of for me to tweak a module to get this to possibly work ? thank you so much i appreciate it .

Sur le site, nous voyons bien que le devis à été envoyé. Par contre le seul problème, c'est que j’arrive pas à modifier le mail envoyé au client. Le mail envoyé est toujours celui du chèque Doit-on modifier des paramètres dans les fichiers .tpl ? Savez-vous quel paramètre changer ? Ci joint les copies d'écran du back office. Hi, since we sell on-demand spare parts (many hundred-thousand of possible items), we need a module that our customer can use to request a quote for items not normally shown on our e-shop. Ideally, we need a customizable form that the customer will fill-up wiht the requested items (part#, description, q.ty required, etc.) that we can see in our BO. From here, we'll file the quote with prices and extimate time of delivery and send it back to customer account on FO. At this point, the customer can decide to buy all or some of the quoted items that will go directly to their shopping cart from where they'll be able to complete the check-out as usual. Obviously, since the quoted items are still not real products (ie. they are still not created as products in our BO) it must be provided a way to manage this situation (maybe the quote itself will be managed as a "virtual" product for the payment and then we'll create the products that will be associated to the respective quoted item or something similar) so we can process the order as usual and properly managing the stock, creating invoices etc. This is the idea.... do someone is able to develop it?

Hello, Is it really impossible, to get a module, where you can make a quote to a costumer and send to their mail ? What i am looking for is such a module, where i can edit the price, no matter the product cost, and they can confirm, and pay via. the shops payment modules. Hope somebody can help me ! Thanks !

Ho istallato il modulo "Ask for Quote" http://addons.prestashop.com/en/front-office-features-prestashop-modules/3725-Ask-for-a-Quote-module-for-PrestaShop-devis-.html seguendo la guida di istallazione allegata. Purtroppo ogni azione che effettuo utilizzando questo modulo da errore 500. Il resto del sito funziona alla perfezione tranne appunto questo modulo. Ho già provato a controllare i permessi sulle cartelle, a rimuovere il file .htaccess ma senza risultati. Il provider è Aruba.
