Hi every one, I have few issues that I really hope you can help me with. I have an Online shop made made with Prestashop 1.7.6.2. I have no IT experience, so please try to explain me as I was a child J Finally after many tries, I managed to create a product catalogue in facebook and connect it to my website with Facebook pixel. However I have few issues: 1) Every item/product on my website has few images, but in the “product catalogue” in Facebook, only the cover image is shown. Why? How Can I fix this? 2) In the product catalogue in Facebook, the “Meta-Tittle” is shown as it was the product tittle. In the Prestashop Back office, in the SEO section of each product, I have the option to write a different “Meta tittle” or leave it empty. If I leave it empty, then in the Facebook product catalogue the “Product tittle” is shown correctly ( it shows the product name ), but as soon I add a text in the felt “Meta Tittle” , this text is shown as it was the name of the product. How can I fix this? I used the module Facebook pixel to connect the Facebook with the website, and also I used my pixel as data Source for connecting the Facebook product catalogue and products on the website. Sorry for the long explanation . I could not explain in a better way. I add some screenshots.

Hi I have problems with my theme and I would like to get some help. I do not understand why some of the words in the middle of sentence have capital letters. It seems to have a theme problem but I am not sure. Does anybody know how to fix this error? Picture attached - problem 1. In the picture you can also see problem 2 - is it possible to extend the title of product? I am looking forward the feedback.

Hi all, I have a question regarding the following: In the back-end I made products with combinations (e.g. different sizes and colors) For example one of my products is: True Wool Beanie This beanie comes in the following colors, Navy, Wine red and Gray. On the product page you can select the colors and the image changes, however I would also like the title to change accordingly. So that the product shows: True Wool Beanie Gray or True Wool Beanie Navy Instead of just True Wool Beanie. I know this requires some coding and I looked at the product.tpl, but I couldn make it work. (I tried copying the text values from the facets filter: {$filter.label}) But to no avail Hope to hear from you soon

Hi, is there anyone who can help me to fix how to show the product title extended? Cause , as you can see in the image, is not possible to understand perfectly the title. Hi people, my product titles are quite long so 1 line for titles in products listings is not enough. I need to add another line to the product title ending in "..." if the title is too long even for two lines. I also want to know if it's possible to add that second line only if the title needs it, so it doesn't leave an empy space between the title and the price. I'm have Prestashop 1.6.0.6 with Warehouse theme. Thanks in advance!

I can't add any new products. The page to add products has the product title shaded and won't allow me to enter anything. Any ideas?

Hi. I want to have a contact form with many fields. This form will be called in a modal box. This modal box will be shown when someone clicks on an image that will be displayed in the product detail page. But, I want to automatically get the title and price of the product in that form in order for the client not to type them again. The form data will be submitted to an email. Thus a perspective client will be able to send a request prior the purchase. Is there a solution for this?

I just installed prestashop, still configuring things and when i tried to add new product, i'm confused because i cannot fill the title (the box is greyed color). Please help me.
