Hello guys, I'm trying to change the display of product names. Specifically, in the product product, when the list of products inserted within the package is shown, I would like to change the product name. Example: I have a product called xxxyyy When I create a product package, I would like the product to be named yyyy in the list is anyone trying to do it?

How can I bind product pack quantity into quantities of products the pack has instead of manually setting the quantity available? An example: Product A - 8 available Product B - 16 available Product Pack - 4x product A, 2x product B I want the product pack to automatically have 2 packs available, since there are no more product A to sell in a pack. And if someone buys 2 product A's individually, available pack quantity should decrease to 1. There is a setting to decrease also product quantities when buying a pack, but how can I set pack availability to rely on product quantities?

Advanced product pack with product combinations?`???? Oh how we have missed this feature in Prestashop and oh how many years we have been without it. Myself i think soon 5 years. But no more missing. Finally we have found the perfect module and the perfect developer who created it. Products Pack For Prestashop by Keutche is a really really great module and it actually does what it is suppose to do. https://productspack.eu/ There is another module that says it does this but in fact all it does is creating a hell of a lot of voucher codes etc etc. and a lot of other bad stuff to your DB. Its a shame that module is probably really well downloaded when it creates such a mess to your system. We had it installed for a couple of month but had to remove it because all the above. We have about 1000 visitors a day and each visitor who put the products in the cart it created at least 10 vouchers just for one product. You can imagine how fast your DB will be full of countless data. But now Product Pack For Prestashop does this properly and its a fantastic module that does exactly what it is suppose to do. You can finally ad packs/bundles of products and still have your customers choose which combination they want in the pack. With just some fast CSS editing (see screenshot) we had it working in about 5 hours although we had some problems with some settings, Keutche who is the developer fastly replied through the email support and after using this module now for about 2 months and countless modifications done by the developer himself to our shop we can not adress enough how good this module is to the competitor out there. This proves that the size of the developer dosnt mean Sh**t. The developer is constantly updating the module to better work on different systems and versions of PS and we are very happy. I am not kidding when im telling you that i have bought over 300 modules for Prestashop and this module is Top5 of the modules i have used for over 10 years. This is why i write this post becouse developer like this really needs some boosts to shine through the other big developers out there who in my mind many times becomes to big for themselves and dosnt give a sh**t about customer support. This guy on the other hand is fastly replying and have great programming skills, he even have fixed 2 other modules i bought from other developers. Fantastic. So if you, like many MANY others are interested in the function to use a product pack and still let your customers choose combinations? Hi everyone, I've just recently started learning about Prestashop and I'm creating a first -relatively small- webshop in order to understand all critical points before moving onto a larger project (moving an existing shop done with OsCommerce to Prestashop... wish me good luck!). So far I like many of the features that Prestashop. But (there's always a but)... I would really like its import features to be easier and more powerful. Since I will have to migrate a shop that has over 15.000 products ID, that is something I will be using A LOT. Hey.. Presta-gurus... can you hear me? This is something that really can make a difference when managing large catalogues with seasonal products... I noticed that so far there is not (or, more easily, I couldn't find it) a way to import product pack via a csv file. Is it so? Product pack are great to clear up leftovers in the stocks and such... and are great to "mix and match" different products to increase the spending on the site. Does anyone have a solution or can point out to a module which is able to manage importing product packs, please write here. If not, I really hope someone would develop such a module SOON!!

Hello. Presta 1.6.1.3 I configured products pack and with advanced stock management I got quantity 0. All single products are available in advanced stock management with correct quantities. Has anybody same issue or any suggestion what can help? Thanks in advance.

I am new to presta shop. Tried to search trough the forum and docs but no replies. I want to solve following scenario. I have pants with color and and size ( let's say black and navy, with S, M each ). Each combination has a code so Black-S is code 197197 BLack M is code 197198 and so on. I have jackets with color and and size ( let's say black and navy, with S, M each ). Coding same as above. I wish to sell them separately and together in a "suit" product. Suit product should help combine M black pants + M black jacket f.e. , L black pants + L black jacket f.e. and so on . Separately no problem, also with stock control. Together I wasn't able to image how I could configure a suit product. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you

Bonjour à tous, je travaille sur la version 1,5,4,1 de prestashop J'ai fais un module qui vient s'implanter dans le BO-fiche produit pour mieux gérer les packs, mais à force d'essais, j'ai vu qu'il y avait un bug. Je ne pense pas avoir créer ce bug, car j'ai essayé sur une autre base sans mon module, ça fait pareil : on créé un article Nom, catégorie... On actionne le pack, on insère des produit dans ce pack, on enregistre on enregistre à nouveau sans rien changer : 3 erreurs : URL friendly, aucune catégorie, pas de catégorie par défaut on enregistre à nouveau sans rien changer : ça désactive le pack, en supprimant mes articles liés de la table PS_PACK ça le fait aussi chez vous?

Hi, When I add a new product pack, and the products have advanced stock management, I got a warning: "You must have a common warehouse between this pack and its product." The products are located in 2 different warehouses, when I set the pack product also in the 2 warehouses, I still got this warning. Can someone help me how to remove this warning? Anyone please? Could someone please help me out with the following. I would like to create packs where the customers has the option to choose the products in the pack. For instance I want to create a Spa Set. The client has to choose a massage oil (has a choice out 3 oils), a bath & shower gel (has the choice out of 2) and a scrub (fixed product). Hi, I have problem with product group (product pack) and combinations. Assume, you have two products with several combinations (attributes) and you want to create product group from the products, lets just say a product pack with better price. You can create product pack as new product and set that product as "product group" (hope I'm using the right sentence, I'm using czech language in backoffice), it is the 2nd choice at very beginning when creating new product: But product packs don't allow to assign combinations. Of course, you can upload several images, so your customers will see all possible variants and they will also see the products, from which the product packs is made up, so they can open detail of products, observe the combinations there and do the decision, but if they will buy the product pack, they are not forced to give you the information about what variant they choose. In other words, they will finish the order and you will receive it as order for product pack, where exist i.e. 10 possible combinations of one product, 10 possible combinations of second product and you don't know what the customer want. You can write into description something like "please, specify your chosen variant of products in comment during order process", but it is not comfortable to them, nor comfortable to you, and still you can't be sure, that they will provide you this info, so in the end in many cases, you will have to contact them and ask again. Do you know any solution to this problem? Any smart advice or module that can handle this? I know I can make new product not as product pack, but as ordinary physical product, give it name and price as for product pack and create combinations there, but it will be very laborious (assume 10 combinations for both products, you end with 100 combinations and who wants combine images of products and assign them to the right combination then).

Hi, I create a pack of product. Ok. Then I save. Ok Then I open again the product and the pack became a single product again and the list of product that combine the pack are disappear. What it could be? Please help! I cannot start the shop otherwise. After long trying and learning now this is blocking my shop. Thank you.

Hi , Prests 1.5.6.1 I have a Pack with multiple combinations that make either 3,4,5 or 6 items combined . 1. I can not specify a "final Price" for the different combinations 2. the % discount doesn't apply to other than default combination So that if I choose the "on sale" option with a discount I get only discount on default combination (4 items) not on the 3,5, or 6 item combo. Also the final price is not displayed on other than default . Do I need to create "new product packs" specifying the specific amount every time . So one pack with 3 combinations one with 5 and 6 ? Much appreciated

I've just begun to experiment with product packs, and there's one little thing I need to fix or get rid of altogether. I sell cigars and I use attributes to define quantities. Every cigar is available by the box (usually 20-25 cigars) or in 5 packs or individually. The full box quantity is the default attribute. I'm trying to use the "pack" function to create samplers with 5 different individual cigars. It lists the price I've chosen and below that shows "instead of $___". Only that to calculate this "instead of" price it uses the default attribute box price, which is about 20 times too high. Is there any way to have it calculate this price based on the attribute of my choosing, that is a single cigar? I've found the code in product.tpl to delete to get rid of the whole "instead of" line if this can't be done, but it would be nice to have if its possible. Any ideas?
