Hi, We'd like to create different sets of discounts based on the total amount of purchase. For e.g., 20% discount for $500-$600 and 30% discount for $600-$800. How is this achievable? The Cart Rules only has the "minimum amount" option when I create a new rule. Regards

Hoping someone can help me real quick. I have a cart rule setup where if someone buys 3 products from the product selection I have under my restrictions, then they will get 50% off the "Cheapest Product" (setup under the actions tab). Now this works great if all the products someone is purchasing fall under just my selection of products or if they are purchasing another items that is not the cheapest, but if someone is purchasing 3 of the products in my selection and then another item that is cheaper than those 3, it's taking the 50% off that item. Does anyone know how I can change the code to only look at the product selection for the cheapest product?

Hi all, When I try to create a new voucher, I notice that there are now a few problems on the page. Tabs do not work and all tabs are shown on one page (see attached screenshot). Unable to select a customer. Date calendar popups do not work. Unable to add/remove Restrictions. We are using PS 1.6x with Jakiro theme from Themeforest. Apart from the Jakiro Modules that are installed, we have also installed Paypal and Amazon payment modules. All of this was working perfectly when we tested it after a fresh PS install + theme install + paypal install. I hope someone can help. Thanks all

I have applied specific discount (in dollars not percentage) on some products. And without logging in the price is right (for example, the original price is $177.1 and I have applied a discount of $78.1, then it displays $99 as discounted price). But when the user is logged in then the discounted price goes to $105.12. Can anyone tell me why I'm having this problem? Note: Original price remains the same before and after logging in. It displays $177.1. Thanks for your Time.

Hello, For the moment, I can only apply a Catalog Price Rule within a single product (and its combinations) at a time. It is like the Catalog Price Rules are too restrictive, by default. Being restricted to apply to combinations of a given product only, but not taking into account the other combinations from other products that have the same attribute... My need: I need Catalog Price Rules to be applied to all items that bear the same attribute. Example: Some of my products may be offered by colors and materials. One of the product attribute is its length, for instance. Product ID 1 is red and made of material A. Product ID 1 has combinations: 30cm, 1 meter, 249 meters. Product ID 125 is blue and made of material B. Product ID 125 has combinations: 30cm, 1 meter, 249 meters. And so on... How to set a Catalog Price Rule so that any and all 1 meter product combination quantities, that is added to the shopping cart, get discounted (even if those 1 meter combinations are from many different product IDs)? Ver: 1.6.0.11 My entire shop is set up with a catalog rule for 20% off. (My "regular" prices of my products are always 20% off retail, and I want my customers to see what the MSRP is before my discount.) I have had to made a separate catalog rule for each main category of my store. Each month, a "Main" category and all it's sub-categories at 25% off. Switching around the Catalog rules for this kind of sale is easy. I have also made separate categories based on common themes. For instance: "All things Red". If a product is red, it appears in this category as well as it's default category. I would like to have a sale on all products in the "All things Red" category. They all would be 25% off. When I create a catalog rule for "All Things Red" to be 25% off, it's being ignored because these products appear elsewhere in my store under categories that are 20% off. (I don't mind if a "Red" book is 25% off while "Blue" books remain 20% off within the "Books category.) Is there a way to set a priority for the discounts? So if I list all things Red at 25% off, it would overrule the 20% off discount within books in general. Did I explain my dilemma correctly? Thanks!

Buenas! Tengo un problema que por muchas vueltas que le doy no logro solucionar. Todos los productos de la tienda tienen asignado un precio especifico (me refiero a que mediante la opción "precio especifico" le asigno un descuento individual al producto). El problema es que quiero crear una regla de catalogo para hacer un descuento en determinados productos pero cuando hago esto no coge esta regla sino la de precio especifico. Lo que necesito no es que coja un descuento u otro, necesito que se SUMEN los dos descuentos. Ejemplo: - Descuento A: 5% - Descuento B: 10% - Nuevo descuento: 15%

Hi, I've managed to get my prestashop 1.6 up and running successfully and now it's time to fine tune it. I have a website selling e-liquids and would like to offer a discount for multilple items. I only wish the discounts to be applied to the liquids though. for example 1x bottle £4.99 2x bottles £7.99 3x bottles £9.99 I have been playing around with it for hours now but I just can't seem to get it to work correctly. i think i'm missing something quite simple but if someone could provide me step by step I would be forever greatful. It's giving me a headache now. Thank you in advance.

The "Cart rules" option is useless for multistore. An employee from shop "one", can create a voucher for customer in a shop "two" by some reason or mistakenly (and to create a chaos) I think it is a bug. What do you think? Thank you.

Hi, I wonder if PS provides the possibility to make discounts based on total quantity of the cart. E.g. I establish that if quantity is 5 (or greater), I'll apply a 20% on all the amount of the cart. Note: This quantity is not supposed to be mandatorily of the same product! I could have 2 products A, 1B, 1C, 1D or 5C or 6D and the final price will be reduced by 20%. Is this possible and, if yes, how?

Hi All, I have created multiple stores using multistore option. And also added different categories and products in each store. And also created different employees to maintain different stores with limited permissions(Similar to Logistician). Here my requirement is I need to give option like adding cart rules/price rules to employee who is responsible for the respected store(This employee can do this after login with his/her credentials). For this i have changed the permission and now he is able to add cart rules. But this cart rule is displaying other stores also and he is not having option to Restrict the Cart rule for the perticular store. And this option is having only admin(Super Admin) like Admin can restrict the cart rule for each store while creating the Cart Rule. But my doubt is why it is not restricting when employee created Cart Rule. Because I am selecting respected store while I am creating an employee, so cart rule should be limited to the perticular store to whome he belongs to. And it is working for when he creates categories and products, those limiting the perticular store and why the samething is not happening for Cart Rules. I need help. Thanks inadvance...

I want to implement a rule in my site where in we have multiple products from which if a customer buys 2 random products he should get it at a fixed price. For eg - amongst pencils, pen, eraser, sharpener - if a customer adds any 2 he should get it at fixed price of $4. how can this work? I tried creating a separate category for this and added these products in them and put a catalog price rule - selected min quantity-2, reduction- $3 and in condition group 1 - selected the category I made for this. but even though when i select these products they are displayed without discounts . Please help!!

Hi everybody, I need to put an extra price to the shipping cost for a list of days, for example december the 25th, o january the 1st, or the mother's day. (we need to apply the rule if the user wants to ship his product on these days) For example, I have a shipping cost of 5€, and in those days I want to add 3€ as an extra, so the final shipping cost will be of 8€. But only in certain days, and for every product and every category. I saw different developer modifying cart rules with cronjob. Can somebody tell me if is this possible in my case? Hello everybody! i'm trying to make a cart rule / catalog rule so that after 10kg of products is reached all the products have discounted price. My problem is that the discount is not fixed in %, neither in the amount, since the discount will be on single product price! After 10kg -> product "coffee" price will change from 4.10 to 3.90 euros Thanks everybody for help!

I want to automatically reduce the prices on fixed time intervals. For example, all products older than 2 weeks get 30% off, after 3 weeks, 40% etc. I don't think I could do that using the built-in price rules module. Suggestions?

Hi, I'm having problem adding specific prices in Prestashop 1.6.0.5. If I have a product with the cost of $75 and add a specific fixed price of $50, it outputs really weird results. On the product list page it outputs $62.50 $62.50... and on the product page itself the price is $125? Anyone else having problems with specific prices and know how to fix this? Or is it a bug perhaps? Grateful for replies!

How can I show a product with the price set to "Price on Application"? Sometimes the price or availability of a product is too volatile to show, so it is better to show the product as "Price on Application" or "Call us for Prices". This must be a common issue, but I can't find it in the forum. I am using Version 1.5.6.1. All help welcome, thanks.

Good morning, I have an issue setting a coupon discount on my websites (Versions 1.5 and 1.5.6). I want to use the coupon discount with just one brand/manufacturer but when the client add several products (from different brands) the discount is applied to all the products and not just for the bland I selected. Any one knows a module or solutions to solve the problem? Many thanks for the help.

Hi guys, I'm building a site for a client who needs a B2B platform and I chose PrestaShop as e-commerce solution, but after spending two weeks on it, I still can't find the right settings. We have three different kinds of clients (dealers, wholesalers and distributors) and we need to specify three different prices for each product, so that dealers see ONLY their prices, and so wholesalers and distributors. So for example, adding a new product - like a laptop - I need to set € 700 for dealers, € 600 for wholesalers and € 500 for distributors. Every time a new client subscribes, we have to set what kind of client is, so that online he will find ONLY the correct price for each product (important: a dealer, who pays € 700 for a laptop, doesn't have to know that distributors pay € 500). I can't find how to set PrestaShop to act this way. At the moment, I created three client groups (dealers, wholesalers and distributors) and set a different discount percentage per group. Every time a new client subscribes, I add him to the correct group, so that he sees the price resulting from the connected discount. The problem is, percentage discounts are not the right move, we need three specific prices per product. I imagined I could have specified them using excel (three columns > three prices) and then the csv export, but I can't find the way. I look forward to reading your suggestions. How to create price rules depending on time? I need to give X% discount on some categories starting 13:00 till 16:00 for example.

I am trying to find a way to hide all products to which a price rule is NOT applied. This means that only products that are currently with reduced prise will be shown on my website. The main idea of my website is to offer only sales/promotions organized as limited in the time events. So after the event is over all products that belong to it should disappear from the front office. Thanks!

Hi, Im using Prestashop 1.5.3. and have some small problems with catalog price rules. I use catalog price rules for discount, example: Quantity: 50 will give 2% discount for category 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 Quantity:100 will give 4% discount for category 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 Quantity:200 will give 6% discount for category 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 So for each rule I’ll use multiple categories. After I’m done with inserting these rules it appears only the last rule is visible. Tried to sort it out and went to the price tab from a product which should have discount 2%,4% and 6%. After I clicked on the price tab, the price rules were a bit messed up. Only the 6% had 1 row, all other rules have more rows and are not displayed.
