I tried to upgrade from v1.7.5.2 to v1.7.6.0 and I got the following Fatal error: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function has() on null in /home/animaisd/public_html/loja2/vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php:145 Can't I just unzip the new version contents to the old one? Hi there! I have a problem getting my website out of maintenance mode. I have used the 1-click upgrade tool to upgrade 1.6.3 to 1.6.9 and now my website doens't come back from maintenance. Pls kindly help me out of this problem. Thanks.

I have Prestashop 1.6.1.20 and suddenly I am getting a notification in the Prestashop update tab that an update is ready for me. I am guessing this is an error.

Hello Guys, i've a problem with my custum invoice.tpl, i mean , when i updated to the new version, 1.6.1.1 on the invoice it doesn't appear VAT and telephone number and the delevery address and the billing address appear even if they are the same Anyone could help me? Po troch rokoch uspesneho fungovania s PS, mozem povedat nasledujuce: NEODPORUCAM UPDATE Z 1562 na 16014! Preco? Web absolutne pomaly, preklady sa pravidelne stracaju, odozva na block search, ... Mam kupene moduly na cache a java urychlenie, testovanie na hostingu, aj VPS... Proste rychlost absolutna nula. Aktualne som spravil downgrade na PS15602 a rychlost perfektna... Osobne nevidim dovod na uprgrade toho, co funguje. Mam jeden eshop v PL, co bezi na verzii PS1441 a ten zaraba jedna radost... Na fore najdete odpovede na vsetky problemy... Keby nieco, dajte PM, alebo [email protected]!!!

After update from 1.5.3.1 to 1.6.0.9 I have lost CSS formatting for the description of the menu subcategories. Hello everyone, I am new here . Tried to upgrade to prestashop 1.6.0.9 from 1.5.5.0 VIA 1-Click-Upgrade . I've tried everything. Red manuals and guides, tried to install the 1.5.6 and tried with .zip file via FileZilla but nothing seems to working. When the installer done with becking up my database, I get an error that some files can't be copied or modify/upgraded. I tried to deal with the problem VIA FTP FileZilla with permissions but PrestShop's 1 Click module has a list of 5000 files that will be modify through the upgrade process and its an Endless job to set permissions individualy to each and every folder & file. Maybe I am wrong, but this is the latest error I am getting: "Error while copying file /admin0776/ajax-tab.php Error when trying to upgrade file /admin0776/ajax-tab.php." Attached screenshot. more then that, It keeps sending me errors when I tried to Rollback and now my website is under maintanance mode but when I am trying to view it, it's a blank page. I guess due to the upgrade interrapt / files that has been deleted. So now I can't upgarde NOR rolling back and the website is off (B.T.Y - My Admin Panel in Hebrew - donno if it related..) PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!

Hi, i have some errors after upgrading from 1.4.9 to 1.5.6.2. 1, i can't update my translations, when i copy from default theme to my new themes. When i try to copy, it's disappear all my products, images, etc.... I need to restore all. My new theme is made with presta-theme-maker. I ask the theme-maker developer, but not answer. 2. Hello. I want to update my prestashop 1.2.5 version to 1.5.6.1 and i would like to know how does this affect the google results, indexing, traffic etc. and what is the best possible way to preserve the google "link juice"? Also as a possibility can i make another website with the 1.5.6.1 version and use 301 redirect? Thank you As nobody is responding to this post i suggest that the admins delete it. Thanks

Hi! I'm trying to update my Prestashop installation to the newest version but everytime I update it, I lose all the changes I've made to the css and tpl. I made all the changes in the files which are in themes/my template folder/modules/the module name and I used the same folder path as in the module folder in the root. I checked for these changed files and they're there, however, it won't assume them and will always load the original ones from the template. If there are custom ones directly in the theme folder, shouldn't they have priority? Or is there any option to enable this? I already searched for this and followed all the instructions: copy the files to the custom theme, use exactly the same path and names and it would be loaded first. Not working... Thanks in advance!

Ciao a tutti, sto cercando un esperto di prestashop per aggiornare un mio negozio dalla versione 1.4.4.1 alla 1.5.4. Essendo pienamente consapevole della differenza di tabelle nel DB delle due versioni, mi era venuta questa idea: è possibile in locale fare un'installazione nuova di PS con la nuova versione 1.5.4 (e un nuovo template grafico) e dopodichè esportare dal negozio online tutte le informazioni importanti, ordini passati, clienti, e alcune informazioni di configurazione (come le traduzioni) e reinserirle nel nuovo database della nuova versione? E' una cosa fattibile o richiede un'infinità di tempo? Sicuramente immagino andrebbero fatte altre modifiche, ma è in preventivo. Più che altro è più fattibile cosi' o aggiornando PS? Dopo aver fatto questo, dovremo cambiare il negozio da una lingua italiano, a tutte le lingue facendo il redirect 301 dei link in italiano esempio.com/50-prodotto-di-esempio.html a esempio.com/it/50-prodotto-di-esempio.html dal file htaccess. Fatemi sapere se c'è qualcuno disponibile e quanto mi verrebbe a costare il tutto! Grazie in anticipo, Alex
