Hi, i'm trying to configure an email account with IMAP to recive mails about the Customer services but everytime that i try to save some modifications, the website spawn up this warning "Cannot connect to the mailbox : Can't open mailbox {mailserver.tls :143/ssl/novalidate-cert/tld}: invalid remote specification" I've tried some combination with the server ports (like 143, 993, 25, 995 with pop3 setting on) and with the settings to make it works but the error message change from "Cannot connect to the mailbox : Can't open mailbox {mailserver.tld :143/ssl/novalidate-cert/tls}: invalid remote specification" to "Cannot connect to the mailbox : No such host as mailserver.tld". Here i attach some screenshot of the configuration and the screen of the error that i found here Have someone an idea on how to resolve this problems? Thank you in advance!

Buenas a todos! Estoy gestionando una página web para un cliente, en la cual tienen categorías de productos con más de 500 productos. Necesitan ordenar productos en la categoría, por lo que ya tengo activada esta opción en los parámetros de la tienda. Tras esto, voy a Catalogo->Productos y pulso en el botón de reordenar, para luego moverme a la segunda página de productos (el máximo es 300 por página). El problema que tengo es que al ordenar los productos en la segunda página y pulsar el botón de guardar, estos se guardan como si esta página fuera la primera, es decir, en vez de ordenarse desde la posición 301 a la 529, según como los mueva, se actualizan sus posiciones y pasan a estar en la posición de la 1 a la 300. ¿Es algún bug de prestashop o hay alguna forma de aumentar la paginación a 600 por ejemplo y que no me de este problema? Hi! I am managing a web page for a client, in which they have product categories with more than 500 products. They need to order products in the category, so I already have this option activated in the store parameters. After this, I go to Catalog-> Products and click on the reorder button, and then move to the second page of products (the maximum is 300 per page). The problem I have is that when ordering the products on the second page and pressing the save button, they are saved as if this page were the first, instead of being ordered from position 301 to 529. Their positions are updated to position 1 through 300. Is it a prestashop bug or is there a way to increase the pagination to 600 for example and not give me this problem? Thanks for all!

Bonjour, je possède une categorie de CMS que j'ai mise dans mon menu haut (ps_mainmenu). Cette catégorie contient 2 pages. Je voudrais désactiver le clic sur la catégorie cms car ça me renvoie vers une page avec deux liens vers les 2 pages. Je souhaite supprimer la possibilité de cliqué sur le titre de la catégorie tout en gardant le menu déroulant. Merci

Bonjour, Je viens d’installer une version toute fraiche de Prestashop 1.7.6.5. Je navigue sur la page Team > création employé. Sur la page, les sélecteurs de profile, de langue sont figés. Conséquence, il m’est impossible de créer un nouvel employé. Avez-vous le même problème ? Merci de votre aide.

Buongiorno, Lavoro con il gestionale x4shop che mi sincronizza i prodotti automaticamente sul prestashop (ho la versione 1.7.6.5). Per poter sincronizzare gli articoli padre devo impostare la giacenza del prodotto a 0, questo crea problemi con articoli non piu disponibili. Ci sono dei moduli che permettono di gestire la disponibilità di prodotti con varianti in modo da avere un modo automatizzato di filtrare quello che è effettivamente terminato a magazzino? Hi there, I just installed a fresh 1.7.6.5, I am very familiar with 1.6 but not with 1.7. The problem is that this "pages customization" is not functioning at all (circle 2 in the attached pic). It seems the module is still loading for ever (circle 1 in the attached pic). I cannot customize the pages, when put the crosser on the menu or slider or whatever, nothing is changing (circle 3 in the attached pic). Please help?

Bonjour à tous ! Voilà des semaines que j'ai un problème de traduction des modules sur mon site. Je peux traduire tous les autres éléments (BO, thèmes, e-mails) mais aucuns des modules installés (ceux de prestashop par défaut, ceux du thème et ceux que j'ai rajouté, acheté sur la boutique officiel) ne peut être traduit, le système me renvoi sur une erreur500, avec le mode debug, j'ai ce message : Call to a member function isUsingNewTranslationSystem() on null (voir la capture d'écran pour le message complet) Merci par avance

Buenas tardes! tengo un error instalando y activando un nuevo tema de prestashop, este es el segundo servidor que pruebo y me pasa lo mismo, el contenido sale todo en blanco, les ha pasado antes? estoy usando prestashop 1.7.6.5 estoy usando el tema vinova_digimart3 1.1.1 ya probé regenerar las miniaturas ya probé borrar caché lo configuré para forzar el compilado Si activo el modo de depuración me muestra esto: http://panamaemailmarketing.org/comprarlofacil/ Tenía tiempo sin usar prestashop y veo que hay muchas cosas que cambiaron, tal vez se me está pasando una tontería.
