Bonsoir, Je poste ici un nouvel topic en espérant d'y trouver une solution : Depuis hier, j'ai contacté l'assistance technique de chez OVH, mon domaine n'avait aucune redirection. Mais j'ai reinitiliasé le domaine quand même pour être sure que cela ne provenait pas de la. Maintenant faut attendre 4 à 24h. Je me pose des questions. Vu que ce problème est survenu sur mon domaine par défaut, est-ce que cela servira à quelque chose? Je veux éviter que mes clients si ils suivent un lien avec www se retrouvent sur une page 404 ou ne peuvent commander. J'ai lu tous les topics possibles sur ce forum, des pistes, mais aucune réelle solution. Pourtant ce n'est pas si compliqué à gérer, à l'époque avec la 1.4.8 je n'avais aucun problème. Tout tournait avec ou sans www. Maintenant je ne comprends plus comment faut faire. J'espère que la team de prestashop me répondra, cela resoudra les problèmes de beaucoup de personnes concernant : l'url rewriting avec et sans www, l'authentification côté client et BO, ajout et commande panier... How to have the same availability information from product page (product.tpl) on the product list (product-list.tpl)? with possibility of translation I've follow this fix here but can't be translated and this method is not calling real data from the Availability settings is there a way to call the product status from the "Displayed text when in-stock" and "Displayed text when back-ordereding is allowed" from Availability settings instead call it from Quantity? it makes more sense to just display the same availability status as the product page availability status. I think this must be in the prestashop 1.6 from the binning! Prestashop 1.5.6.2 Default Theme Tanks. -
Bonjour à tous, je souhaiterai désactiver l'affichage des frais de port pour les visiteurs étant donné que ces derniers vont dépendre du pays de livraison , du transporteur etc..(les frais de ports actuellement affichés par défaut sont destinés au clients français pour une livraison en point relais). Je me suis rendu compte qu'on pouvait faire cela dans la rubrique transporteurs, on peut ainsi cocher les groupes clients pour lesquels on souhaite afficher les différents transporteurs. J'ai donc demandé à ne pas afficher ces transporteurs pour le groupe visiteur. Mon problème c'est que du coup je me retrouve avec le module "estimation de frais de livraison" sans transporteurs. Je voudrais donc savoir s'il était possible de désactiver des transporteurs pour le groupe "visiteur" mais de les laisser tout de même actifs pour ce module "estimation des frais de livraison" afin que le visiteur puisse faire une estimation des frais de ports avant son inscription. Bonjour, Je cherche à accrocher le module productacategory sur un autre hook que product-footer et lui faire appeler un autre tpl pour l’adapter à mon thème mobile sans pour autant perturber la version web. J'ai donc modifié le productcategory.php pour ajouter le hook et lors de l'installation le module est bien greffer mais rien ne s'affiche en FO. Quelqu'un a t'il déjà solutionné ce problème et si oui comment ? Merci ! -
Hola a todos, tengo un problema tras la instalación de Prestashop 1.5.6.2 si que puedo acceder al back office pero no al front office, el leido todos los post sobre el tema y he probado todo pero nada, ademas después de activar los errores no se muestran solo la página en blanco. Sinds een paar dagen doen de statistieken het niet meer in Prestashop v1.5.6.2 BO. De velden in sommige kolommen hebben de waarde 0. Zie de attachment voor meer info. Ik heb gisteren een aantal modules hersteld die met Statistieken te maken hebben, ook heb ik de cache geleegd. Daarna werkt het weer, maar ik werd vanochtend wakker en keek nogmaals en waren de statistieken weer pleite. Iemand een idee? Hi all, I am banging my head against the wall and need some help. I have a fresh install of PS 1.5.6.2 (sorry guys, not upgrading to 1.6 yet until more modules become compatible) and get attached image. I have checked all other tabs and everything looks fine. I searched out on the forums for possible fixes, checked the ps_tabs table, only one instance of modules, then checked my controller/admin file and it wasn't there. I uploaded a copy and now I get a blank page (token issue?). Can any assist me with this please? I know its not a hosting issue because I have another shop in another folder that works just fine. This one has me a bit stumped. Thanks in advance. Brandi Matteson

Buenas, necesito cambiar un texto fijo que está en la top_bar. La tienda tiene una plantilla transformer y no sé como cambiarlo. Adjunto una imagen. Gracias!!

Bonsoir , j'espère que quelqu'un pourra m'aider à résoudre un petit problème au niveau de la confirmation des commande après un paiement paypal. Je m'explique, je me suis en mode multi-boutiques (2 boutiques) avec prestashop 1.5.6 et la dernière version paypal (3.8 je crois). Sur ma boutique par défaut, le paiement se fait normalement et je n'ai aucune erreur. Toutefois sur la seconde boutique, lorsqu'un client règle sa commande avec paypal, la transaction est bien validé, je reçoit bien la confirmation paypal. Le seul problème c'est que la commande ne passe pas au statut "paiement accepté" mais en "erreur de paiement". Le client reçoit alors un mail d'erreur de paiement. Le pire c'est que je ne reçoit pas le "traditionnel" email du module paypal qui m'affiche le code erreur. merci pour votre aide -
Hallo Community, Vor Kurzem habe ich mir ein Template/Modul gekauft und dann auch gleich die passende PrestaShop Version heruntergeladen. Es handelt sich um die Version 1.5.6.2. Nach der Installation habe ich nun das Modul installiert und ich kann in der Template Vorschau auch mein gekaufte Template in klein sehen. Wenn ich aber von außen auf meinen Shop zugreifen will (also aus Kundensicht) dann erscheint nur eine weiße Seite. Mehr nicht. ;( Ich habe schon bereits gegoogelt und leider kann ich keine Lösung finden. Kann mir jemand bei meinem Problem weiterhelfen ? Viele Grüße, Robby1199 -

Hi guys, I was using prestashop 1.4.11.0 and everything was perfect. My web hosting automatically updated to Prestashop 1.5.6.2 trough installatron. I've contacted the hosting but they say the update is a must! So I have to deal with 1.5.6.2, problem is all the online store is messed up, both Front office and BO. After trying to open the "1-Click Upgrade 1.3.13" module to upgrade my store to 1.6 i get a blank page i also got this error: The "1-click Upgrade 1.3.11" version was working just fine, but after I update to "1-click Upgrade 1.3.12" it's stop working Prestashop: 1.5.6.2 (No Core modifications) Can some one help on this one? Thanks.

Salve , ho realizzato tutto da solo questo nuovo sito http://www.farmajoint.it/shop . Vende integratori, sanitari e prodotti di bellezza e cura del corpo. Non mi ritengo un esperto di prestashop in quanto mi occupo del software gestionale che carica i dati, ma credo di aver fatto cmq un ottimo lavoro. vi chiedo pertanto, che ne pensate, è migliorabile ? errori ? Una cosa mi ha irritato è che il template mi ha obbligato a mettere le sottocategorie a mano nel top menù , mentre in altri casi mettevo solo la "home" e venivano fuori in automatico le sottocategorie. Ho contattato l'autore del template ma non ho risolto. Per fortuna ci sono poche categorie. Cordiali Saluti

Error productos lista o cuadricula prestashop 1.5.6.2 He comprado una plantilla responsiva Flower Prestashop Theme - PRS030054 He trabajado con la plantilla en servidor local y todo está bien termino de meter productos configurar y todo me queda bien como yo quería el problema se presenta al subirla al servidor Haciendo una copia de la carpeta y de la base de datos la subo al servidor y todo funciona bien menos la parte de los productos en categoría no se muestran como lista y tampoco se muestran como cuadricula y no sé porque solo se muestran sin ningún formato, pero en el servidor local estaba perfecta, la he resubido a ver si era un problema al subir los archivos pero nada. He buscado en el foro pero lo que encuentro son temas de como listar los productos pero mi plantilla le permite al cliente seleccionar en que forma los quiere ver si lista o cuadricula. Mi tienda es www.enviofloresvalencia.com Si alguien puede ayudarme con este error se lo agradecería. -
Buenos días, quería preguntaros acerca de algo que ha pasado con la tienda que estoy montado y nos ha dejado bastante pillados... Concretamente, estábamos instalando el módulo de Paypal, y después de que se nos confirmara de que se había hecho correctamente, se desconfiguró por completo el tema principal, quedando operativo sólo el tema móvil. Utilizo Prestashop 1.5.6.2, con el tema por defecto. El enlace de la tienda es este: http://www.advonline.es/tienda/ Hemos estado mirando el back-office y los últimos cambios por horas, pero nada fuera de lo común, siquiera un mensaje de error, así que ya no sabemos a qué más podría deberse... solo está eso, la instalación y supuesta puesta en marcha del módulo de Paypal. Ante todo, muchas gracias por vuestra atención. -
Ciao ragazzi, ho concluso da nemmeno un mese il mio primo ecommerce con prestashop ed è stato già bucato. Tutti i moduli erano aggiornati. Avete delle idee? Ho provato ad aggiornare alla versione 1.6, ma mi si sfascia tutto il template che avevo costruito e, per di più, dovrei acquistare di nuovo dei moduli acquistati 15 gg fa'. Ci vorrebbe comunque del tempo per aggiornare il tutto... Non so, permessi su directory o cose simili. Avete qualche dritta da darmi. Grazie

Hi, I updated my 1.5.6.2 to 1.6.0.5, and everything works really well(!), except for specific pricing. I can update the specific pricing correctly in Admin, but when going to the front store it still shows the original price. The product is displayed on the "Price drop" page though, which is strange. The specific prices i had in 1.5.6.2 is not displaying either when upgraded to 1.6.0.5. I have tried upgrading to 1.6.0.5 twice, with the same result. Is there someone else who has this issue or knows how to solve it? Br, Tobias

But the friendly URLS do not work for this language.. so all the pages with http://www.jiseunglee.com/shop/en/ do work, but all the pages with http://www.jiseunglee.com/shop/ko/ do not work.. can anybody help me ? I am using prestashop 1.5.6.2 on an apache server and I am running prestashop in a subfolder named shop.. (also if i remove the KO from the url, it works.. oh yeah, ko is the default language) please help me SOLVED: did clear smarty cache and it is solved.. now have an ssl issue where I cannot get content from CMS when in SSL mode.. but will open another topic for this -

He probado con lo que conosco y con lo encontrado en internet, pero nada, he buscado usar la función rand() y nada. Tal vez sea algo sencillo o complejo no lo se. Pero deseo que alguien me orientada para darle solución al tema. Espero su ayuda. Good morning, I installed prestahop 1.5.6.2 and I need to manage commodity prices to three decimal places eg. € 0.247. How do I configure the two to three decimal places? Currently the price is converted into € 0.25. This is a problem for the sale of products with prestashop. Help me, thank you!
