hi, i have facing some crazy problems when uploading product csv file in localhost , it gives following errors Name (ID: ID) cannot be saved Property Product->on_sale is not valid when ignoring On sale column it gives below error Name (ID: ID) cannot be saved Property Product->available_for_order is not valid when ignoring Available for order (0 = No, 1 = Yes) column , error become Name (ID: ID) cannot be saved Property Product->condition has bad value (allowed values are: new, used, refurbished) but i was wondering when i upload that csv file to online it shows : Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at www.........net Port 80 the amazing thing is every thing works fine besides all products image shows the 1st image of the provided image link and 2/3 products shows 3 images where all image links are working , im getting stuck with those problem , if any one facing same kind of problem or had solution or solve on this issue , please help , nb, im adding the product csv file too in zip file csv_pro_f3.zip

Hi, help to change the invoice and the way prices are displayed on it. I need to have prices per unit without tax (this price with 3-6 decimals) and TOTAL (without tax) for Products Example: PRODUCT UNIT PRICE QTY TOTAL (without tax) product A 1.4556 per unit without tax, 10 pieces - TOTAL(without tax) 14.5560 product B 0.7228 per unit without tax, 17 pieces - TOTAL (without tax) 12.2876 product C 0.05522 per unit without tax, 15 pieces - TOTAL 0.8283 Total without tax: 27.67 (rounded from 27.6719) Tax 21%: 5.81 (total with tax rounded minus rounded total without tax) Total with tax: 33.48 (Total without tax + 21% , rounded from 33.4807) It's 1.5.3.1 and still invoice/tax calculations are wrong................... At the bottom of invoice, if discounts are added for customer from BO, calculation of "Total TAX Excl" is correct, "Total Tax" is wrong without calculation of discount.

Hi, I searched for the relavant topic but couldnt find it. Is it possible to improve the search functionality, its very common in most of the sites but not in my shop. When I searched the word "clock", its showing all proper results from "Wall clocks" category. When I search 'King" it is getting a result from "Wall stickers" category. However, when I search for 'King Clock" it shows 0 results. It is supposed to show both of the above results combined. Hi all! I hope someone can help me with an issue we have. We have added the right column on our site, and all looks good in all browsers except for Safari. Hey everyone! I'm pretty new with Prestashop. I just downloaded 1.5.4.1 and I'm on a Windows 2008 R2 server, running IIS7 and I already have the URL Rewrite module added. I've been searching for days and days now to solve this and I've got about half of it done. At first I was having an issue with images not showing on the product page, but I fixed that. Now, all of the 'pages' won't work. The URLs that go to website.com/<something>, index.php?controller=<something> when it's not a friendly URL, don't work - like /contact, /my-account, /authenticate, /sitemap, etc. This is my web.config file, the rewrite section, now. It doesn't seem like the first rule ever works? When I test the rule in IIS, though, it works as expected. HI, I am looking for some help from the community. I am just trying to get it done. Looks like friendly URL is working for me but not for module pages. Sorry.. i couldnt attach images as just 20 kb is allowed for attachments. Before friendly URL: it looks like this and working fine to redirect to fb page. https://omytus.com/module/fbconnect_psb/login After Friendly URL: Page: fbconnect_psb - login ( this is module page and selected from drop down list) Re-written URL: fb-login And finally when i tried to use the page..its giving error and broken URL.. https://omytus.com/fb-login?module=fbconnect_psb&controller=login ( 404 page not found) I am not sure where i did the err..i would appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction. Buenas noches compañeros de este mundo tenebroso y oscuro, a ver el problema que tengo es que estoy utilizando el blocktopmenu o menu horizontal superior en la version 1.5.3.1 pero no me salen los desplegables con las subcategorias, solo me salen las categorías y al pasar el raton por encima de cualquier categoría con subcategorias debería desplegarse pero no. Lo tengo configurado correctamente en el modulo o eso creo, os lo muestro en la imagen, la categoría bisutería debería desplegar en collares, pulseras y pendientes pero no hay manera. La web es www.magnifique.es No se que más tocar, he probado a instalar de nuevo el módulo, a reiniciarlo, a probar con otros menus superiores, por supuesto a limpiar smarty y compile y a borrar cookies y nada me funciona. Por favor alguien que me arroje un poco de luz o me recomiende otro módulo que vaya bien.

Hi, Im trying to redirect customers who login through FB to a separate group on BO. By default it goes into 'customers'. But I would want them go to different custom group say 'FB customers' so that I can offer them some kind of specific discounts/promotions. Can anyone guide me how can I achieve this. Thank you. hi all, case : i'm using prestashop 1.5.3.1, currently the website got 2 customer's groups (customer : 0% discount, wholesale : 30% discount) on all products problem : some of the product allow customer to customize it.. so artwork fee (see as product, customer will need to add to cart if want to customize the product) will be charge, example USD100, (it's should be no discount for both customer and wholesale group), rather than USD100 for customer and USD70 for wholesale. currently i'm using the specific price function to achieve this.. example : set USD143 as base price set specific price for customer to deduct USD43 (amount) , final price will be USD100 set nothing to wholesale (so, after the 30% discount), final price will be USD100.1 is there any other better way to do this? thanks.

Hola a todos, a ver si alguien me puede ayudar de como poder resolver que en la pagina de la marca veo los productos a excepción de unos 7 productos en una marca, pero si los veo todos al pinchar en nuevos productos sin problema. Estoy usando la version de Prestashop 1.5.3.1 y no tengo ni idea del tema que uso (demasiados cambios previos hechos antes de que empezara con la tienda) pero si os puedo decir que he replicado la web en local y me aparecen todas las fotos, eso si, ha sido en la version 1.5.4.1 ya que no he podido copiarlo a la 1.5.3.1 en local aun. Adjunto dos imagenes para que puedan ver lo que esta pasando y la url es: http://338online.es/1_ugg-australia y http://338online.es/nuevos-productos Por el momento solo tenemos cargado una marca, pero proximamente subiremos mas productos y necesitaria resolver esta incidencia que espero que sea leve. Hi, When I tried to regenerate the images, always it ended in 404 error though midway. So, for once I unchecked the option Erase previous images. o Later, I found some of the recently added product thumbnails are missing in homepage and categories page. Im not sure why every attempt of regenerating thumbnails is resulting in 404 error midway. Can anyone suggest where I should correct or is it related to site speed and performance thing. Thank you. Hola, quería poner en antecedentes un problema que me viene pasando desde la versión 1.5.3.1 y que en al 1.5.4.1 sigue pasando. Tras instalar el módulo, funciona "bine" y lo pongo entre "" por que la configuración principal no funciona, pero deja crear un filtro, tras crear ese filtro, ya no dejará crear mas, ya que si sales de la categoría de creación, quedará "roto" por lo que no volverá a funcionar. He comunicado el error a los creadores, hace ya 4 meses y na de na, el módulo tiene una buenísima pinta y se las (pintaba) muy útil, pero dado el mal soporte y la falta de dedicación por parte de los desarrolladores, creo que no merece para nada el gasto de cualquier cantidad que pidan, ya que compras algo que no funciona. Hallo, der Bestellablauf in unserem Shop will nicht so wie ich will. Erstens sagt Presta immer: Die von Ihnen ausgewählte Lieferadresse kann derzeit leider nicht von uns beliefert werden. Es soll eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt werden, und die Lieferadresse muss benannt werden. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit das zu verbessern? Vielen Dank! Alex

Seit kurzem spinnt unser Prestashop extrem, wir nutzen ein Modul um per qm zu verkaufen. Es wurden keine großartigen Änderungen vorgenommen, aber jetzt kommt immer diese Fehlermeldung wenn ein Artikel in den Warenkorb gelegt wird. Vielen Dank für jede Hilfe! Alex

Обновил Prestashop с 1.5.2 до 1.5.3.1 - вроде все хорошо НО только теперь в разделе СЕО, ЧПУ русскими НЕ пишет, выдает ошибку - "Неправильное поле переписать ссылку (Russian (Ruso))." Кто может быть знает как и что изменить чтобы как раньше было !!! ??????

Estimados: Nos e como fue, sin embargo en mis modulos en B.O. no aprecen modulos que si usaba. deseo poder reinstalar el modulo homeslider lo curioso es que en pagina si se ve. en FTP si lo tengo pero no esta en B.O. me pueden ayudar? Mil gracias.

Hola a todos. Les comento que estoy intentando instalar prestashop 1.5.3.1 en mi hosting con fatcow pero no avanza del paso "Compatibilidad sistema". Estando en este paso me aparece el mensaje "Your configuration is valid, click next to continue!" y al darle click al boton de "Siguiente" me redirige a la pantalla de bienvenida donde elijo el idioma. ¿A alguien le a sucedido esto, me aconsejan algo? Bonjour, Comment faire pour augmenter le nombre de produits phares en page d'accueil ? J'ai transformé le thème default pour qu'il n'y ai qu'une colone en page d'accueil. De ce fait, la liste des produits phares ne s'agrandit pas et il manque 3 produits pour combler le vide. Ou alors est-il possible d'agrandir les produits déjà présent ? Ce qui semble plus adapter à la demande Merci pour votre retour
