I made a fresh install of Prestashop 1.7.0.1 with Softaculous and Manual, and have the same problem, The installation process is all normal and sucesfull, and the website loads, but when i try to go to backoffice i get: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, from all browsers i tried, cleared all cache, still the same, i curentellly have php 5.5, but i also tryed php 7, but all the same, don't know what to do, any one had this problem and solved it?- 7 replies

Merci pour ce merveuilleux forum! je vous explique mon souci (enfin si il y en a bien un! ^^) 1&1 m'impose de passer du php5.2 au php5.5 hors j'ai une boutique presta version: 1.5.6.1 ma question est : la version que j'ai: presta 1.5.6.1 est t'elle compatible avec la version PHP 5.5 voir 5.6?? un grand merci pour votre aide!

Bonjour, je viens de passer notre boutique presta 1.4.7.0 hébergée par 1And1 en php 5.5 et je rencontre un message d'erreur avec le module "Store Commander" : Donc je comprends bien qu'il faut passer l'extension mysql en mysqli mais je ne sais pas comment m'y prendre et si cette modification ne va pas poser problème sachant que tout le reste de la boutique tourne correctement. Merci pour votre aide. -
Hello: I've a shop on line in prestashop 1.5.6, my hosting provider has changed the version of PHP of 5.2 to 5.5 I have to change the version of PHP 'cause my hosting provider don't support version 5.2 any more. My question is, ¿it's totally functionally prestashop 1.5.6 with PHP 5.5 or I've to upgrade prestashop to 1.6? Thanks a lot.

Hi, I recently upgraded from PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.5, now my website gives me errors of mysql extension deprecation, is there an option in admin to switch to mysqli. Thanks, Hassan
