I have an issue with PayPal module and i can't seem to find a solution to it. When i get to the payment method on the checkout page, i select paypal ( it's in sandbox mode ) and log in, but after logging in it just gives me this error: I have set up the module with sandbox account, created a sandbox account for the "buyer" with enough money. I just can't figure out what's happening. Could someone please help me out?

A little help needed, prestashop 1.4.7.3. Can anyone point me at a Tutorial for setting up PayPal Sandbox on Prestashop? A number of searches give me results that make reference to a "sandbox mode" but I cannot find any such parameter in the paypal module settings. I have created my sandbox biz accounts and personal accounts to test with, but how do I fill in the parameters on the prestashop paypal module settings? The API signature I managed to find, but the API username and password? which do I use? There's the 'sandbox account' signon and also the emails/pwd combinations for the test accounts created. But how do I configure prestashop to send the txn to the sandbox and not the live system? I think Prestashop is trying to send the sandbox credentials to the live site and this is why it is failing. I have tried many combinations but they all end in an error... where is this "sandbox mode" parameter? Is there an idiots guide to setting this up anywhere? [UPDATE 15:20 : I have found the sandbox mode setting - it's set to active now. Don't know why it still isn't working though. But hey I will figure it out I guess ... but if anyone know of an idiots guide I would still like to see it ... ]

Hi all, Hoping someone may have seen this error already and be able to help. Info: Prestashop 1.6.0.9 PayPal Europe Module version v3.7.2. Have setup Sandbox Paypal accounts at Paypal. If I enter the Sandbox credentials (username, password, signature) and select "Test Mode" I get the error "<b>PayPal response:</b> ->" If use live mode and LIVE PayPal credentials then it works. Other settings in Paypal module config for reference : solution "Website Payments Standard". express checkout : YES Paypal login : NO Use a Sandbox : testmode Payment Type : Direct Sales Have I misunderstood the config? I retrieved the Sandbox credentials from the developer.paypal.com site directly as the FIND MY CREDENTIALS in Prestashop paypal module doesn't recognise the sandbox credentials. Any help appreciated, otherwise I will have to look at alternative hosted ecommerce solutions. Thanks.
