Buongiorno a tutti, questo è il primo post che scrivo su questo forum, ma lo frequento da oltre un anno (specialmente quello in inglese), ma oggi sono qui perché non riesco a trovare da nessuna parte una risposta alla mia problematica, ne sul forum inglese, ne su quello italiano. Il problema che ho da circa un mese, è che il mio sito Prestashop con installato il modulo PayPal per accettare i pagamenti, mi da problemi. Nello specifico, quando un utente aggiunge al carrello un prodotto e prosegue con la procedura d'acquisto, riceve un errore non meglio specificato nel momento in cui seleziona come metodo di pagamento "PayPal". Ho provato a contattare il sistemista e PayPal, ma entrambi non sono riusciti a darmi una mano. Di seguito trovate la risposta del centro Assistenza Tecnica di PayPal: "Gentile xyz, Grazie per aver contattato l'Assistenza Tecnica di PayPal Il problema e' nel codice del plugin per cui quello che ti suggerisco e' di rimuovere e re-installare il plugin di PayPal ed eventualmente provarne uno differente o chiedere direttamente allo sviluppatore oppure verificare con i forum online di Prestashop se qualcuno ha gia avuto questo problema e come risolverlo: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/forum/57-forum-italiano/ Ti prego di contattare con loro ed eventualmente chiedere per i log di questo errore in particolare. Essendo un plugin di terze parti non possiamo intervenire sul codice del plugin stesso. Non esitare a ricontattarmi qualora necessitassi di ulteriori spiegazioni in merito a questo argomento. Comunque tornando al mio problema, questa è la schermata che ottengo quando dopo aver aggiunto un prodotto al carrello, tento di procedere col pagamento: Carrello pieno: Dopo aver selezionato "Pay With Your Card or With PayPal Account" mi succede questo: Prestashop 1.6.1.11 Template di default, ovvero default-bootstrap Qualcuno di voi sa cosa potrebbe essere e di come io possa risolvere questo problema?   2. Hola gente como va? Tengo la tienda configurada para cobrar por medio de paypal, en teoría se puede pagar tambien con tarjeta, pero el problema es que obligadamente el comprador debe tener cuenta en paypal. Lo que quiero es que la persona pueda directamente poner sus datos de tarjeta sin necesitar loguearse o dar de alta una cuenta previamente en paypal. Ya instalé un modulo gratuito PayPal v3.7.2, cambié mi cuenta de paypal a cuenta de Empresa (de lo cual me arrepiento porque ahora me van a cobrar comisiones por venta) porque vi que con la Standar no se podía, intenté con el módulo en inglés PayPal USA, Canada y nada, lo mismo. Ya no se que hacer, espero que me puedan dar una mano gente. Un abrazo! PD: Anteriormente postee una duda y me borraron el post. Si estoy violando alguna regla del foro por lo menos háganmela saber por PM y despues si quieren borren el post.
  3. My PayPal Pro module will not list dates past 2019 in the drop down menu. I am on PayPal Pro version 1.2.3. We were told from PayPal that it was not an issue with them, but with our module. How can I changed this so that it can update with future dates? We are losing customers because people with newer cards cannot put in their cards.
  4. Hi all, I have been testing my site and the checkout process using a Sandbox PayPal account. Orders have been going through smoothly with 2 exceptions: 1) If I have tax enabled the order won't actually go through (if it is shipping to a taxable state). I can go through the whole PayPal process and the charge will show in my PalPal account, but rather than taking me back to the confiirmation page it takes me to the Guest tracking page and the items are still in my cart and there is no order present in Prestashop. 2) If I set-up a separate Delivery and Invoice address, only the Invoice address transfers into PayPal for payment. This has cause 2 issues - A) if it shipping to a taxable state, PayPal does not register this and does not calculate/charge for shipping after entering credit card information (using guest checkout in PayPal) you are taken to a review page which shows teh shipping address as your Invoice address (not delivery address). Is there a configuration somewhere I may have missed or over-looked? Is this an issue with the PayPal module possibly? Thank you for any insight!!! I am excited to get my site live and this is my final step!

  6. Bonjour, je suis en train de créer mon site :www.legendauthentic.fr , mais je n'arrive pas a paramétrer le module Pay Pal. En effet , je bloque a ce niveau 4. Cliquez sur Créer le bouton. 5. Choisissez un type de bouton et complétez le formulaire. 6. Copiez le code HTML et collez-le dans un fichier texte, puis enregistrez-le afin de l'utiliser sur votre site. Peut-on m'aider? Merci.   8. Hello, I have been stydying hundreds of posts in the past few days, related to Prestashop not creating orders after paying with PayPal, seemingly in a random way and starting not long ago. I have that problem and I think I finally found a very good clue of what is going on but still can't find the solution. All hints to solve this problem will be deeply appreciated. I am using Prestashop 1.5.6.0 and PayPal USA, Canada version 1.3.8. I use PayPal Standard. I noticed that sometimes orders were not created after successful payment in PayPal. I thought it was a random error, but I finally found a pattern: it is related to choosing a billing adress other than PayPal's. I noticed that initially in the live account and then moved to the sandbox to investigate. When checking out in the store, the client has two choices for shipping and for billing: "My Address" (the one provided at the website) and "PayPal". Here is the error scenario: If he chooses "My address" as billing address, the client is forwarded to the PayPal website, he chooses whether logging into his account or paying with a Credit Card without logging in. He pays and gets confirmation of payment on screen by PayPal (and he is actually charged). Then he/she can click on a link to return to the merchant's site. Back there: The customer lands in the order history page, rather than in the one of order confirmation. No confirmation of payment is displayed by Prestashop or sent to the customer via email by Prestashop. No order is created in the backoffice The cart is not released: the items continue there as if they were not paid for yet. The cart appears as abandoned In the other hand, when the customer chooses "PayPal" as billing address and log into PayPal for paying, the process is consistetly smooth. The client is charged, the landing page is a confirmation page notifying a reference number, the cart is released, the order is created, the cart appears as closed with the corresponding order number. Intiriguing finding in the PayPal logs: Looking at the logs in the sandbox business account I found that: In both cases, if the payment is completed in PayPal, PayPal sends a message with the payment status "Completed". No matter whether I had chosen PayPal's billing adress or not. Or whether I payed with a credit card without logging in or if I actually logged into the PP account. Although the status is completed, looking at the transaction details, the message sent is slightly different. (see images) For the cases where Prestashop created the order successfully, PayPal returnded a message with the payment status "Completed", and the text is "OK to complete the transaction" For the cases where Prestashop did not create the order, PayPal returnded a message with the payment status "Completed" too, but the text is "OK to ship" This "OK to ship" seems to be the problem and accordingly to the article below, looks to me as part of a relatively new PayPal security feature called "Payment Review", which would be consistent with people reporting that this started happening recently: https://www.paypal.com/c2/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/securitycenter/sell/PaymentReview-outside If you are wondering: I have IPN enabled The "notify URL" is provided from Prestashop but is also configured in the PayPal account. The store is put out of maintenance mode for the tests. In the PS_CONFIGURATION table PS_OS_PAYMENT value is 2, which is the same as I have defined in the statuses for "Payment Accepted" Thank you in advance for any ideas. ErickQC
  9. Hallo @ all Ich bin am verzweifeln, bin dabei einen kleinen Shop zu erstellen und hab mich nach langem hin und her für diesen hier entschieden, doch nun der Schock... Pay Pal ist laut der Auflistung nicht verwendbar für deutsche/österreichische Shops? Ist das wirklich wahr? Wäre echt schade denn für mich ist Pay Pal ein absolutes Muss. Hoffe auf eure Hilfe
  10. Hola a todos! Encantada de saludaros!! acabo de incorporarme a este foro. Quería plantearos un problema que nos ha surgido y no damos con la forma de solucionarlo, a ver si podéis darme alguna pista de lo que ocurre. Acabamos de abrir una tienda online, tenemos la versión 1.4.8. Los productos se añaden al carrito correctamente, el problema viene al finalizar la compra, cuando seleccionamos el modo de pago. Si seleccionamos transferencia bancaria, se va a la página de "mi cuenta" y si seleccionamos Pay Pal, aparece un error 01: "Your cart is empty" y desaparece el producto del carrito. En ninguno de los dos casos no se finaliza el pedido. Muchas gracias de antemano por echarme una mano!!

Hi, I am a recent member of the community and I am having trouble configuring my store: http://www.docesregionais.com/loja I'm using version 1.5.6.2 Prestashop and I can not get the shopping cart visible at the store. I set up the "Rules of the basket", but NEVER appear cart! Another problem stressing me is setting up payments. I only intend to provide Paypal and bank wire as forms of payment, but none of them work! The bank transfer option does not even appear in the product page and Paypal always gives an error - the message is always the same Error occurred: I plan to use this store for exclusive sale of ebooks. Please can someone help me? Thank you!
  12. I'm really hoping someone can help me out here. I've been using PayPal 3.4.5 which will not accept guest checkouts for me. I switched to 1.2.7, which works flawlessly, but after the sale is completed, my shop doesn't finish the sale. This means no invoice, or record of a sale at all, the customer still as all items in their cart. I'll gladly buy you a beer if you can help! -J
  13. Have an issue that when pay pal was installed it worked and today it is still installed but not letting customers check out it states that no payment module is installed
  14. I have Prestashop 1.5.x setup with PayPal module v.3.5.5 (non-pro), UPS Module v.1.2.4, and Avalara Tax module v.3.2.1. The UPS module is configured for UPS Ground only with no additional handling fees applied and to calculate the shipping costs based on total purchase price (not weight) and shipping address (not billing address) of the customer. The Avalara Tax module is configured properly and has been tested. With a mock customer account setup based in Weaverville, NC (shipping address) and a product is loaded into the shopping cart, the UPS module properly assigns the UPS Ground carrier to the cart and calculates the shipping based on cart total cost and shipping location. For a $17.99 product cost, UPS calculates the Ground shipment from Asheville, NC to Weaverville, NC as $10.61, and Avalara Tax module calculates the tax on the purchase as $1.99 (which is correct for the State of NC). The problem is that when the customer is taken to the Payment interface and chooses PayPal as the option to pay with credit card or PayPal account on the storefront, the Order Summary page shows a figure of $11.35 for shipping and handling costs and a total of $29.34 instead of $30.59 (which is what Prestashop says the total cost of the order should be based on tax and UPS Ground shipping. I contacted PayPal and talked to a representative there. He says that PayPal is correctly pulling information over from the API call to the Prestashop website as an express-checkout calculation. He can't figure out why the totals for shipping and total cost are different and asked that I contact Prestashop for an explanation. Can someone assist me with this issue? We are planning on going live with the Website very soon and this needs to be fixed before we can proceed. Thank you. Dan Calloway

  17. Hola, Estaba ultimando los últimos detalles de la tienda y cuando me he puesto a revisar los módulos que tenía instalados, he visto que paypal tenía una actualización. Le he dado a actualizar y me ha salido un error y mi página web ha dejado de funcionar. He entrado en mi servidor y he visto que los archivos de Paypal están "sueltos" en la carpeta de módulos. Es decir, no están dentro de la carpeta de paypal sino que está todo suelto en modules. He intentado borrar las carpetas y los archivos sueltos pero no desaparecen. También he intentado eliminar y desinstalar el módulo desde el backoffice pero nada... Y al final he instalado manualmente el paypal.. y mi tienda sigue sin funcionar. ¿Alguna idea? Estoy desesperado... mi hosting me ha dicho que es culpa de prestashop.. Así que lo más seguro es que sea culpa del módulo. ¡ayuda por favoooor! después de un mes de trabajo no quiero volver a empezar... :wacko:

  19. i set up the pay pal module, but when i tested it by simulating the buying process when clicking on thr link "pay with pay pal" the browser goes to this address: http://www.bestweboffers.it/modules/paypal/express_checkout/submit.php and what i get is: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.   21. Hi, I installed and configured correctly PayPal v2.8.2 on my website (the free version by PrestaShop). I made sample purchases which were successful, except for one thing - I wasn't charged the tax even though I set it up on PayPal SetUp page. So I called PayPal and asked them to check this problem and troubleshoot it. They said that my PayPal account is set up correctly, it is the coding of the button on my website which misses the tax charge. There is no actual button though with the module provided - It looks more like a link confirming that the customer wants to use PayPal gateway. Did anyone incur this problem also? Is there any way to fix it, without buying any additional paid modules? Thanks in advance, Yuliya.

Hi there, I am using prestashop version 1.4.4.1 and i am getting the error when i try to pay with paypal " PayPal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to" does anyone know how to fix this? i have searched the forums high and low and have tried what was said in this thread and nothing seems to work, this shop is live and my client is itching to get it working, The website is http://inblissfulcompany.com.au/ Please help.
