Whenever someone buys something from my webshop and payment is recieved, prestashop sets "Payment accepted" but does not send the payment accepted mail with the invoice. However, when I go into the specific order and change the status to anything else and then back to "Payment accepted", then the payment accepted mail with the invoice is sent. Does anyone know why it has this behavior and how to make it so it automatically sends the payment accepted mail without my manual input? - aftertherobes.dk

Hola, he empezado hace poco con prestashop 1.6 , de manera local estoy probando la sección de contacto y los emails no llegan a mi bandeja de entrada. Dentro de Preferencias -> Parámetros avanzados -> Correo electrónico -> enviar un email de prueba me sale un mensaje de que "Un email ha sido enviado a la dirección de correo especificada" pero realmente en mi bandeja de entrada no llega el correo. Estoy utilizando una dirección de correo "usuario.gmail.com". Si alguien me puede ayudar, muchas gracias!

Dear friends, i am using 1.5.4.1 and until before a while all emails were being send normally to the customer after he was placing his order. I have allowed only Preparation and Order confirmation emails to be send to him and an alert to me the administrator. Strangely enough, like the last 5 days, some notification emails are being send, some of them not. I can see this because in the Orders i see the increasing number of the order but not the email in my email box. Also, i have tested myself to place orders and sometimes i receive the emails correctly and sometimes not. Did someone experienced the same thing and if yes, did he managed to solve it so as to inform me also of the solution? I noticed that sometimes it takes kind of a lot of time to go to the confirmation screen (on the website) after confirming the order in the last step. Some times it is pretty fast. Is it possible something is causing there some kind of problem? Thank you, Nikos

He seguido todos los consejos que dan. - He cambiado las configuraciones smtp - He probado con php - He instalado el sitio de nuevo en el mismo servidor - He instalado el sitio de nuevo en otro servidor de otra compañía - He reinstalado todo de cero - He probado con la versión 1.3.6 y la versión 1.4.9 de prestashop - He probado con distintos correos en la configuración - He cambiado los puertos, la seguridad, el correo y todo en la configuración smtp - He leído sobre algo llamado MX, pero olvidan que uno es vendedor y no programador, y no dicen dónde rayos se encuentra eso - He escrito a mi hosting y dicen que el problema no es de ellos (vaya novedad). El problema es que he probado con dos hosting y en los dos hay problemas. . Pero no lo he conseguido solucionar. ¿Alguien me puede ayudar?
