Hi there, I just installed a fresh 1.7.6.5, I am very familiar with 1.6 but not with 1.7. The problem is that this "pages customization" is not functioning at all (circle 2 in the attached pic). It seems the module is still loading for ever (circle 1 in the attached pic). I cannot customize the pages, when put the crosser on the menu or slider or whatever, nothing is changing (circle 3 in the attached pic). Please help?

Hi everyone, I install fresh PrestaShop 1.7.6.2. I check requirements with phppsinfo so I attached the screenshot below. The problem is with backend. I always get the welcome notice and when i try click "Start" and configure my shop it stuck and nothing happened. When i try click "Later" and click on left menu bar it's log off me from backend. Waiting for proper solution guys!

Hi everyone, I need SEO advice. I already prestashop in the main domain, because of incompatibility of the theme with the multinegion I created a subfolder in the main directory and I made a new installation to have the second store, I chose this solution more than the subdomain to avoid problems if in the future I wanted to change hosting. Now my doubt is this, SEO side I have to create a new sitemap from the BO of the new store to be sent to various google etc or all the new pages of the store2 will already be present in the main sitemap? To have a correct indexing of the pages of the new store which is the practice to always follow that there is one? it's the first time I create a second store inside the same site. Thanks to anyone who intervenes.

I tried to move my shop (1.7.2.4) to another domain (live domain), using the clone utility of installatron. So moved from www.testdomain/installation to www.livedomain.com The actual server is the same and the folders look like: /home/domains/testdomain/ /home/domains/livedomain/ Now almost everything is working, except the products page in th admin: - The tinymce editor doesn't show up. - Images are not showing that were saved earlier. - Can't drop/add images. The field of existing products show the HTML text only. When i test it by cloning to /home/domains/testdomain/secondInstall it's working fine. Hope it's clear... Any idea how to fix this?

Hello, I am an absolutely newbie in PrestaShop, just installed PrestaShop version 1.6.1.6 My webhoster provided that per 1-click. Now I am wondering, how many days/weeks would it typically require to administrate the store. It seems to me that it will take a couple of weeks and not days before I can release it to a public domain. How to say it, the PrestaShop admin panel is as confusing as the PrestaShop online forum. I seem to have a portfolio of issues, the starting point is the language: Most of it is English, but some is German and Polish. What are your experiences with it? How much time did you spend to administrate the shop before you told family & friends about it? -
Hi I just install Pestadhop using Softaculous,all went well but when I try to login in admin I get this mesage here is one error. The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect.I have put in the right email and password, why is this happening? Thanks

Sorry if this has been asked before as I can't seem to find it. Basically, the scenario is: I have website xxx.com and I want to port all the configuration to yyy.com which is similar and i want to retain all the configuration settings in the backend. From what i found out so far, I will have export the sql data as well. What else do I need in terms of physical files in the directory, besides the login information which I need to replace the config.inc.php for the password to work. Thank you.
