Hi! Let's see if anyone has suffered this: I have a multisite with two domains and one language for each domain: Spanish and English. In English from "store 1", I import the products and later the variants, everything is fine. Later, I can import the products in Spanish, but when I import the variants, it does nothing, the products in Spanish continue as simple. If I look at the product in English it appears as a product with variants, if I look at the product in Spanish, it appears as a simple product. If when I import I tell it to delete the previous combinations, delete the combinations of the other language, for example English, and correctly put the combinations of Spanish. Hola! A ver si alguien ha sufrido esto: Tengo un multisite con dos dominios y una lengua para cada dominio: español e inglés. En inglés desde la "tienda 1", importo los productos y posteriormente las variantes, todo correcto. Posteriormente, puedo importar los productos en español, pero cuando importo las variantes, no hace nada, los productos en español continúan como simples. Si miro el producto en inglés aparece como un producto con variantes, si miro el producto en español, aparece como un producto simple. Lo he intentado de todas las maneras. Si al importar le digo que borre las combinaciones anteriores, borra las de la otra lengua, por ejemplo inglés y pone correctamente las combinaciones del español. Everything is going well except the images of the second shop aren't displayed. If I diselect the url-friendly option for this second store, then all work perfectly, but I want to implement the SEO optimization. Hi, I'm dealing with a problem, I have my site 1 in www.mysite.es and my site 2 in www.mysite.dk. Both are in store group in which I don't share customers and I don't share orders. But my problem is that If open each site in different browsers with different accounts, the cart is shared. For instance: If I add one product in my cart in the www.mysite.es, and after that refresh the www.mysite.dk appear in the cart the product that I added in my first site. Some information: PrestaShop version: 1.7.3.3 Server software version: Apache PHP version: 5.6.40 MySQL Version: 5.7.26 Anyone have this problem or already solved it? Thanks! Best regards,

El cliente ha creado productos sin hacerlo en la opción de todas las tiendas. Necesito obligar a todos los productos a aparecer en todas las tiendas nuevamente forzándolo. ¿Hay alguna manera de hacer esto?

Bonjour, J'avais une boutique version 1.5 à la racine de supports-de-cours.com mais elle ne fonctionnait pas bien en https. J'ai donc installé via OVH la version 1.7.1.2 dans un répertoire www/boutique afin de conserver l'accès à l'ancienne. La nouvelle boutique fonctionne bien avec le certificat SSL et le https activé sur toutes les pages du site. https://supports-de-cours.com/boutique/ Mais j'ai voulu changer le répertoire racine sur ovh dans multisites (voir image attachée). A raiz de este hilo desde el foro de soporte de Google: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmaster-es/T8H0n5hkqDM ...se concluye que para los dominios gTLD con carpetas para paises (dominio.com/es/, dominio.com/uk/, dominio.com/fr...) es necesario registrar cada carpeta de manera independiente en webmaster tools para realizar posteriormente una segmentación internacional desde la misma consola, es decir, indicarle a qué país pertenece cada una de las carpetas añadidas. Todo bien, hasta ahora. El problema consiste en asignar los diferentes sitemaps, que de manera automática crea Prestashop para cada pais (1_en_0_sitemap.xml, 1_es_0_sitemap.xml...) a sus respectivas urls dentro de webmaster tools. Me explico: Cuando deseo añadir un sitemap a la url de inglaterra /gb/, WMT me indica la ruta donde debe estar el sitemap para que complete su dirección, es decir: www.midominio.com/gb/... , en donde en los puntos suspensivos debería colocar: 1_gb_0_sitemap.xml, sin embargo, como es lógico, cuando inserto esta url Google NO encuentra la ubicación ya que los sitemaps los guarda automáticamente Prestashop en el raiz. No sé si me he expresado bien, espero que sí. ¿Tal vez algún módulo de sitemap? $ ¿Hacerlo manualmente? Esto no se si tiene sentido pero, ¿quizás reescribiendo los sitemaps desde htaccess? Gracias.

Hi, guys. I'm new to PrestaShop and would appreciate some thoughts regarding my particular scenario and using PrestaShop multistore. I've been reading some of the PrestaShop documentation regarding this but I'm still a bit unsure as to whether I can implement the following scenario. - What I would like to do is manage multiple stores on subdomains for my clients, so client1.mywebsite.com, client2.mywebsite.com, client3.mywebsite.com, etc. - All of the stores will sell the exact same 20 or so products, and I would like to be able to add products, remove products, update product descriptions, update product pricing, etc. whenever requierd across all stores simultaneously without having to go into each store individually. - All of the stores will use my PayPal account and I will pay out to my clients when their stores make a sale, so I must be able to know, when a sale comes in, from which of the stores the sale originated. - Even though the core of the stores, like the theme, the actual products sold, the payment method, etc. will all be identical, I would like to be able to at a store level change one or two things like, say, the logo for that store or the contact information on the contact page for that store. Will PrestaShop multistore allow me to set up and manage that kind of structure? And then finally, just a sort of technical question: Will PrestaShop scale okay in terms of performance as my company grows? As I start adding more and more subdomained stores to the interface, will PrestaShop handle that okay? The shops will be relatively small -- 20 items or so, all the shops will sell those same items, so it's not too heavy a load I'd say, however, there will likely be dozens, hundreds, perhaps even thousands of actual subdomained stores as time goes by. Hello all, I have a site that I've been running for about a year. I'm running a multisite store so that customers can be shared. I have a main site, and 3 other stores running under the same group. Everything was working fine until I wanted to create another store just as I had before, but the new store after I created it shows an Internal Server Error (500). The other shops work fine except the new one. I've been looking for bug reports about this but I haven't found any. Does anyone have any suggestions? Running PrestaShop 1.6.0.9

Hi. I've a multisite configuration, with multiple zones and multiple shop, corresponding to all my shops around the world, in different languages. But the shop name is unique, with no translations options. What is the best option to translate this "shop name" ? thanks.

We are looking to: - Launch multiple sites offering the same products. - Each site is "ecommerce enabled". - We want one backend administration. - We need the ability to edit cats/products on a shop basis to avoid duplicate content. I found Multisite, but by the looks of it this just creates duplicate content and products across several domains. Is there a way around it? Or is there another module which enables us to do what we want? Many many thanks in advance... Jon

J'ai été grandement surpris de la façon dont Prestashop gère les produits en multiboutique, même plus que "surpris" je dirais un peu déçu car mon projet reposait grandement sur cette fonctionnalité. Il est impossible dans Prestashop de créer un produit sur une boutique A et par la suite pour un coup de pub, une vente flash... de décider qu'il sera sur la boutique B. Je pensais retrouver la petite arborescence présente dans les catégories par exemple qui permet d'activer une catégorie ou non sur une boutique. Et bien non ! Si le produit n'est pas créé en "toutes les boutiques" il ne pourra jamais apparaître, donc la seule solution est de créer tous mes produits dans toutes mes boutiques pour décocher les inutiles, ce qui n'est pas une solution viable. Je suis tombé dans le piège car dans mon étude de faisabilité j'ai regardé par rapport à l'ID du produit qui est identique. J'ai compris quand j'ai ouvert la BDD et vu qu'un produit ne pouvait appartenir qu'à un seul et unique shop. Pourquoi ce choix ? Peut-être une contrainte technique qui me dépasse... En tout cas c'est bien dommage car ça limite beaucoup la puissance de Prestashop dans le multiboutique, ou bien dans la nouvelle vague des marketplaces. Qui sait peut-être que cela changera dans une prochaine mise à jour

Bonjour, Nous rencontrons des difficultés lorsqu'on active la cache Smarty sur un site multilingue et multiboutique. Quand on met $smarty->caching = true; dans smarty.config.inc => la page est mise en cache mais le changement de langue n'est pas pris en compte :/. Du coups nous devons desactiver la cache mais le site est alors très lent... Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème et a une solution ? Le prestashop est un presta en 1.5.3.1 mais comme c'est un gros site déjà en place nous avons peur de faire la mise à jour vers 1.5.6...

Hello Everyone. I have a multisite, with some extra stores that sells the same thing. The domain names are different but google has found it as duplicates. Now im trying to index only main site, and disallow google from the other multistore urls. But how can i do this? Can i input disallow /example.com in robot.txt? and still have my main store indexed. Prestashop only has 1 robot.txt to all stores. I have put this in the theme/multistorethemeiwantexcluded/header.tpl: <meta name="robots" content="index,nofollow"> Thanks

Hi, I have a category structure like: + Home - A - B - C I have a shop structure like: + group:default - 1 - 2 - 3 + group:other - 4 Shop 1 should contain all products from A and B (only!) Shop 2 is supposed to show only A and its subcategories (if any) Shop 3 is supposed to show only B and its subcats (if any) Shop 4 is supposed to show only C and its subcats (if any) Problem: When I go on the back office to: Catalog -> Categories with "multishop configuration for" drop down: on Shop 2 -> I get "The page isn't redirecting properly" on Shop 1 or 3 -> it's working properly! Also if I edit a category to not show for a specific shop, it sometimes fails... Am I missing something? Does somebody have a good tutorial (ideally video) for multishops? Thanks,

Bonjour, j'ai une boutique prestashop en 1.3 et je souhaite faire une nouvelle boutique avec d'autres produits. Est-il possible de relier les 2 boutiques au niveau du paiement ? Ou est-il possible de faire du multi site avec la version 1.3? Sinon, quelle serait la solution pour ne pas avoir à repayer un module bancaire? Merci pour vos réponses.
