How does the Customer Loyalty and Rewards module convert from points to a voucher? What settings need to be set up to accomplish this automatically? As you can see from the screen shots below, I have it configured to the point where the points are awarded, but the voucher isn't being created. There has to be something simple I'm missing here. I'm using PS 1.5.5.0 and Customer Loyalty and Rewards 1.8. Note: I've tried on 1.5.4.1 and get the same behavior. I've stripped all other modules installed except the defaults and get the same behavior. Thanks for the help! Teo

I am using 1.5.6.2 and my Loyalty and Reward module is 1.9. I am unable to configure anything and keep getting the same error - You must choose at least one category for voucher's action Even if I don't change anything and click the save button, I also get the error. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
