  1. Salut, J'ai un bug depuis deux semaines et je ne trouve pas de solution. Aidez moi!! Certaines transactions sont bien acceptées et payées, mais ne sont ni renvoyées sur le Back office (donc impossible de savoir qu'une commande a été passé sauf en allant dans la liste des transactions de mon prestataire de paiement...) et ni renvoyées sur le front office, le client ne reçoit aucun mail de paiement accepté, et sa commande n'apparaît même pas dans son historique de commande. En fait les commandes sont sur Paypal mais ne figure pas sur mon back office dans "commandes". Elles sont dans paniers dans "non commandé" la plupart du temps. Et certaines fois, je n'ai même pas de trace de la commande. Je ne reçoit pas toutes les commandes par mail ni tous les avis de paiement de paypal. C'est très aléatoire. J'ai contacté Paypal, ils m'ont demandé de changer l'URL de notification instantanée de paiement IPN au format http://www.monsite.com/modules/paypal/ipn.php . Ce que j'ai fait. C'est activé.Ils sont bien envoyés mais le problème persiste. Prestashop après 10 messages en une semaine sans réponse m'a dit de réinstaller le module paypal, ce que j'ai fait mais rien n'a changé. Par ailleurs, je ne comprends pas aussi pourquoi sur une commande , il y a deux paiements dont un de 10,25€ qui apparaît sur paypal et l'autre de 952€ qui apparaît payé par paypal sur le back office et qui n'est pas dans paypal sachant que la cliente nous a bien dit n'avoir jamais commandé les 952€ de produits. Enfin, ce n'est pas normal non plus que durant le we où tout a commencé, il y a eu 85 paniers abandonnés du même produit d'une valeur de 69.30€ . Nous faisons-nous pirater?
  2. Bonjour, J'ai une boutique PS 1.7.1 avec modules payplug. Lors des phases de tests tout à bien fonctionné au niveau du flux commande. Le paiement "Test" était bien pris en compte par payplug et le retour vers le site marchand se faisait correctement avec mise à jour du statut de la commande (paiement validé) et envoie des mails. Le problème se pose lorsque je passe en "Live" sur paypal et sur mon site. Je reçois alors, de la part de payplug, l'erreur IPN suivante : Bonjour, La transmission vers votre serveur de la notification de transaction pay_S9xdlmXEb7m5j2xxxxxxxxx (IPN) a échoué. Votre serveur a renvoyé l’erreur suivante : HTTP 500. Entre le mode "TEST" et le mode "LIVE" rien n'a changé sur mon serveur PS, Je n'ai effectué aucune màj ou installation. D'ailleur si je repasse en mode test tout fonctionne correctement. Avez-vous une idée sur la cause ou l'origine du problème ? Par avance merci de votre aide
  3. I am now having problems with paypal IPN The customers can get to checkout and make payments, which does come through, but then they are redirected to a 500 error page. I tried removing IPN details from the settings on paypal site and then after payment they are redirected back to /module/paypal/ecValidation.php ecValidation.php is not located there, its at /modules/paypal/controllers/front/ecValidation.php so i tried entering this on the paypal site and the 500 error still occurs. paypal is trying to redirect back to /modules/paypal/controllers/front/ecValidation.php but it fails still Any help appreciated. Our customers are paying multiple times and we are having to refund due to this error.
  4. Bonjour, J ai installe le module de paiement Paypal 4.2.1 sur mon site prestashop 1.7.1.2 pour permettre les paiements. Lorsque je simule un paiement (via sandbox), paypal me renvoie le message : une erreur inattendue est arrivee (Le meme message apparait pour un paiement non simule.) J'aimerai pouvoir activer les logs et traces du cote de paypal, car aucun messages ou logs ne remontent sur l'interface web developper paypal (ou tres probablement je m y prends mal)... je ne comprends pas bien le principe de fonctionnement (API, IPN, webhook, notifications)... si quelqu un pouvait m'aider a "decoder le message d'erreur... " Merci d'avance...
  5. Ciao a tutti, ho un problema che non mi è mai capitato di affrontare. Ho cercato molto sul web ma non ho trovato soluzione. Ho collegato tramite Api un secondo ecommerce al conto paypal, tutto funziona. Il problema che non riesco a risolvere è: impostare un nuovo IPN per questo sito impostare Funzionalità Ritorno automatico per i pagamenti su sito web per questo sito collegare la nuova pagina di pagamento che ho personalizzato. Per il primo ecommerce ho configurato questi all'interno del sito paypal, ma quest'ultimo non prevede l'aggiunta di più link, nelle varie posizioni. Ho chiamo Paypal, il quale ha confermato che sul loro sito non è possibile farlo, ma che si può fare all'interno di Prestashop, ma non dal plugin Paypal. Ora vi chiedo, voi sapete dirmi da quale punto di Prestashop possono essere impostati queste impostazioni? Grazie in anticipo! PS. Sto usando Prestashop 1.6.1.11
  6. We Migrated to a new server last week - at which point IPN notices failed to arrived. PayPal showed on IPN history sucessfully sent and 200 response code. No orders made in Prestahop back office! We have a PayPal payments Pro account and the module uses IPN for this option. Temporarily I have switched to PayPal standard Payments and thsi is working. However i would like to return to IPN as this offers an iframe entry on site for cards, rather than going to PayPal initially. On PayPal IPN is now showing as disabled. If I switch to Payments Pro again in the module will IPN notices restart again, or do I need to enter an IPN URL in PayPal IPN preferences? Using Prestashop 1.6.4.1 and PayPal Europe module 3.10.10 Thanks Baz

Hi We have just had an issue with PayPal and Google certified shops.-, using tte Official PayPal Europe module - v3.10.10 & Prestashop v1.6.1.4 It appears that when using Website Payments Pro option orders can be made without the buyer returning to the cart order confirmation page. They can simply close the PayPal Payment confirmation window whilst on PayPal and not wait the ten seconds to return to Prestashop. This has profound effects on Analytics and Adwords conversions. We are also a Google certified shop and this morning this was suspended by Google for insufficient order volume. They only tracked 416 orders over the last 90 days - in fact there were 2616 completed orders over that period. I need to find a way to use PayPal Payments Pro where the orders are all tracked correctly. I did try the in-context option which should mean the Prestashop order confirmation page is always loaded, but this option simply refuses to work! Has anyone got a solution?? Thanks Baz
  8. Am using current version of PayPal Europe Module with PayPal Payments Pro (HSS) Orders confirm OK with a status of Payment Remotely Accepted. - No ptoblem. BUT..... When cancelling on PayPal the correct Voided message is received from PayPal, however that message does not update order status as 'cancelled' but 'Payment remotely accepted' again! Obviously Prestashop is processing the cancelled IPN notice, but it's not processing / updating this correctly. VERY confusing for both customer and order admin. Can someone at 202 ecommerce look into this as a matter of urgency!
  9. Hi everybody, I'm using again the Express Checkout after a while. I saw that many things changed during this time, on the handshake process between paypal and prestashop module. My issue is this one: I'm testing e-commerce in sandbox mode. When a transaction is done, paypal does not call back the IPN. The order remains in "waiting for paypal payment" status. My questions are: - Is IPN called in sandbox mode? - what is exactly the callback url Paypal should call? - I cannot find any longer the validation.php file in module. How did things change? Hi There, The PayPal module appears to be working correctly but we are getting these errors appearing in Apache whenever a payment is made: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getSummaryDetails() on a non-object in /var/www/prestashop/modules/paypal/ipn.php on line 156 Anyone else experiencing this and/or know of a solution?   11. My online PrestaShop 1.6 (default theme) went live a couple of days ago. So far I've only had two customers both paying via PayPal (and one requested a refund). I have started receiving the following email from PayPal (several times): "Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing: https://www.MYSITE/public_html/modules/paypal/ipn.php If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account." This appears to relate to the refund which was made through the PrestaShop back office. I have no idea how to resolve this or even whether it is an important issue. Please help!

Hi all, after a long time of struggling, I finally came up with a solution to allow the status of an order to be set to "refunded" once it is refunded in from the paypal module "Process Refund". Now, it is a little cheat, but if you have a better (and easier) ideas on how to achieve this, please let me know. Basically what happens when you refund something from the paypal module on the order details page of your prestashop, is Paypal sends an IPN back to your validation.php file, (found in yourprestashopsite.com/modules/paypalusa/controllers/front/validation.php), with a "payment_status" of "refunded". What you want to do is catch that refunded status and do something with it. The tricky part is that the currency validation "if" statement catches it and throws it out immediately because it has a negative value. The trick is in modifying this part of the code to compare the positive value of the cart with the direct negative value. I have attached the code for your viewing. It works just as I need it too: when the user creates an order, it changes the order status to "payment accepted" and when I click "process refund" I can simply process the refund in paypal and change the status all with just one click. HURAHH!! Again, if you have any other idea of how to make this code better, please let me know. Also let me know if this helped you! He estado mirando en el Foro, dado que lo de la IPN lo solucioné gracias a un post, pero no he visto por ahí nada parecido. Antes no lo hacía, he pensado en desactivarlo de nuevo pero no quiero desactivarlo y estar recibiendo constantemente avisos. A ver si os pasado o sabéis como solucionarlo, que llevo un día con los modos de pago...
  14. I am running Paypal USA Canada (Paypal 1.2.7) with Paypal payment standards module (without express checkout) on Prestashop 1.5.6.0. I cannot get paypal to return to prestashop after payment. On Paypal, I see 3 options that I could configure: Return Url Auto return: On or off? Payment Data Transfer: on or off? How should these 3 settings be configure? Thanks
  15. Hi, My shop is not triggering the PayPal IPN, so the order on presta is not getting finishing. We are using paypalusa 1.3.1 with ibndawood's $_POST cleaning patch. Does the paypalusa module rely on another paypal module? Has anybody seen this?

  17. what IPN value does Prestashop sends across when it does the PayPal payment. my pay pal orders are not going through the orders on prestashop, on paypal i enabled IPN, contacted payal and they said i need the ipn url: Paypal: Please contact directly your shopping cart provider/developer in order to check the URL inserted for IPN service as this is not correct. If the URL is not correct, PayPal is not able to delivery correctly the POSTs.

Notification as follows.. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ACTION REQUIRED Dear *************, In a bulletin dated October 18, 2011, we announced that we were going to expand the number of IP addresses for www.paypal.com to improve our site’s performance, scalability and availability. As part of this transition, we planned to discontinue support for HTTP 1.0 protocol starting October 7, 2013. We have recently identified that this change may impact the ability of some of our merchants to perform IPN (Instant Payment Notification) post-back validation or PDT (Payment Data Transfer) posts to www.paypal.com and ipnpb.paypal.com. This happens when the IPN or PDT scripts use HTTP 1.0 protocol and do not include the “Host: www.paypal.com” or “Host: ipnpb.paypal.com” header in the HTTP request. Additional Details Starting October 7, 2013, we will require all incoming requests to have a “Host” header which complies with HTTP 1.1 Specifications. This header was not required under HTTP 1.0. IPN and PDT scripts using HTTP 1.0 may start failing with “HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request” errors after October 7, 2013, which will result in IPN messages not being validated successfully, or PDT scripts not being able to retrieve transaction information.   19. Hi there, I'm using PAYPAL with my designthemedia.com website since a while and it works smoothly etc. I configured my PAYPAL account to have an IPN pointing to this website. Now, I'm creating another website using prestashop. I have to configure another IPN to it. Is it possible ? Can we do that with a premier account ? to have these infos on paypal account is a pain. any leads would be very appreciated
  20. Bonjour, Ma solution Paypal fonctionne parfaitement mais aucune information n'apparait dans mon Back Office dans l'onglet commande. En effet, dans l'historique des IPN accessible via mon compte PayPal, je constate une erreur 403 et l'IPN n'arrive effectivement pas à destination. A toute fin utile, l'url de notification est http://www.monsite.com/modules/paypal/validation.php Est ce la bonne url ? Quelqu'un aurait une piste ? Merci de votre aide
  21. Bonjour, Je suis en pleine migration de la version 1.3.6 vers la version 1.4.4. Cela fait 2 jours que je me bats avec le module Paypal qui refuse de fonctionner... La phase de migration aurait du durer quelques heures, mais ça fait maintenant 2 jours que je suis dessus. Du coup ça fait 2 jours que mon site est indisponible... :-( J'ai parcouru tous les forums Prestashop et Paypal, j'ai tout vérifier et re-vérifier, mais je ne comprends toujours pas d'où peut venir le problème. - mon site est activé - Signature API bien configurée dans le module Paypal côté Prestashop - Permissions fichier validation.php mises à 755 - IPN: www.monsite.com/modules/paypal/validation.php Voici ce qui se passe: 1- depuis mon site, je souhaite finaliser ma commande et pour cela je confirme le paiement par Paypal 2- je suis redirigé vers la page Paypal qui me propose soit de me connecter avec un compte Paypal soit de payer par CB 3a- lorsque je me connecte avec mon compte Paypal et qu'ensuite je clique sur le bouton Payer, j'ai une "Internal Server Error 500" dans mon browser (IE8) 3b- lorsque j'essaie de payer avec une de mes CB ça me dit -------> avec une carte Visa Gold valide: La carte que vous avez indiqué ne peut pas être utilisée pour ce paiement. Veuillez saisir un autre numéro de carte. Alors que ma carte fonctionne très bien ailleurs. De plus j'observe un comportement instable au niveau du module paypal. Aléatoirement je tombe sur des pages avec des layout différents. En revanche le comportement final est toujours le même. Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée? C'est assez urgent car je ne peux réactiver mon site tant que ce module ne fonctionne pas. Merci d'avance.
