I am using PrestaShop 1.6.0.6, default theme. Customer invoices have suddenly started omitting product details (see attachment). Been using PrestaShop since January 2014 and my online store has been live since August 2014. The ordered items show in the back office but not on the invoice. If I manually create an order in the Back Office the product details are still not showing on the invoice (although the prices and shipping details ARE shown). This is a major, major problem for me … could someone please help? I know HTML and CSS. Additionally (andthis may or may not be related), every time I try to save ANYTHING from the Back Office, I end up with a white screen – If I back the browser, I find the save has been made.

Hello everyone, I have problem about invoices. I don't know how this problem occured but i want to solve this and need help. There are 3 of picture and 1.png shows that "Orders" screen. As you see the invoice icons are available on 14th October. But other orders don't have these icons. I even set same status with working order but there is no change... And 2.png shows that invoice PDF. This file doesn't contain product image or product information. Lastly, 3.png demonstrates my invoice settings. I already swich on "Generate invoice"... So i need your help i will be happy to solve this. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, howe are you? Im having a major problem on my CMS prestashop. Im new to all related to the CMS prestashop. Mostly graphic designer experience and some web sites . Im doing some tests for my site, and since 2 days a go, I got a big problem with the orders: prestashop 1.5.6.2 -every time that someone want to buy something, during the order process a new item its added. for exemple: I buy a usb drives and a keyboard ( its mark as an item that people who buys usb drives buys too) is added automaticly to the carrier during the order process, chaging the total that this person has to pay. - after that, if the person confirm the order and pay, this person its gonna receive an invoice with the right item choose and the right amount he pays) - but, the invoice who's receiving the administrator of the site its the one with the other item , on this exemple the key board and a total dif. amount. also, at the admin panel on the orders category the second product that the costumer didnt choose its mark as return. I see the same problem using dif, email for dic costumers olds and news. The technical support of the site where I buy the theme that ima using says that its a issue with the prestashop engine and no the template itself. Hi, I am using prestashop 1.5.4.1 on a remote server. I placed an order in the my shop and after generating the invoice, it just shows approximate date of delivery is between Array and Array. Could you please let me know how can I fix it? Thank you very much, Mojtaba
