When actual international customer does checkout, the shipping price shows free, but after they clear cache of there system the shipping price shows properly. Hoping to find some help or at least an explanation. Developing a module with fetches shipping costs based on an API request/response. From the front-end, everything is working as expected. I have created carriers and the cost in the cart and through checkout matches my API response. However after the order is completed, my s hipping cost is 0. What is happening from final checkout screen that my shipping cost of the order is getting wiped out? I would assume if the value is in the cart at checkout, that value would funnel down into the shipping cost of the final, paid for, order. Is that not the case? Thanks!

Hi all, I'm wondering how one might go about creating some kind of override or module that would allow all/most countries on the billing address, but restrict delivery address to only one country (US). I've tried switching on "Restrict country selections in front office to those covered by active carriers" but this will then hide all countries for the billing along with the shipping. The situation we have is that some International customers might be wanting to either purchase a gift for someone in the US or use a third party service like Reship that creates a virtual USA address for package routing. As of right now, I've had to turn off all countries except US so folks don't get frustrated after entering their info only to find out we can't ship to their country. I'd like to be able to turn countries back on so they will show up for billing address, but somehow restrict the shipping address to only show USA in the country dropdown. Seems like this could be a simple tweak, but I'm not advanced enough with my PS dev knowledge to know how to write it or where to look. There might also be a plugin out there that does this, but I haven't been able to track it down yet, so any pointing in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks for any help! 🙏

The Connect to UPS module(v1.4.0) consistently gives the incorrect amount for UPS Worldwide expedited. It is almost always off by $15, so I thought I would just add $15 to non US shipping, however none of the changes to the module i've made seem to have any effect. Perhaps I am changing the wrong bits of code. If I wanted to add $15, which line of code would I need to change? Edit: I have attempted to add it using the "handling fee" however, the UPS module just blanket applies it to every single carrier, and the Shipping>Preferences>Handling Fee doesn't apply when I set "Apply handling fee" to yes in the carrier.

Hi everyone I'm just wondering how do I go about setting up my webstore if I want the following: 1. I want only certain items to be available to be shipped internationally 2. When these products show up, the international shipping option will be made available but not the local shipping option. I'm running Prestashop 1.5.3.1 Thank you

I am in the US and my international customers can register an account successfully but when they go to check out, it says no carriers available. I am using the USPS Module and the only selections I have for shipment are those in the US (first class, priority mail, express mail, etc.) How can I either get international customers to be shown international ship rates via USPS OR get USPS to offer me more options for shipment? My website is http://www.weebittrendy.com

I am running a fresh install of 1.5.6. I am struggling in figuring out how to get the shipping right. Here is what I am trying to do: 1. All U.S. orders are free shipping. 2. Calculate international USPS shipping cost for anyone outside of the U.S. 3. We only use USPS and I already have an active API for it, but there is no international. I am stumped and I want to get this right. On a side note, I seem to only be able to update shipping by having to go to each product individually. That sucks when you update a couple thousand products. Is there a way to do a mass update? Seems like there would be unless everyone has really tiny stores. I appreciate any kind of information.

Hi, I currently only do local shipping for the products on my store. I am looking at allowing certain products for international shipping. Is there a way to just limit international shipping to say few products (eg. 5 - 6 products) on my store? It seems that if I open international shipping it will be valid for the whole store. Does anyone have a solution to the above problem? Thanks in advanced!

Anyone willing to help me, I have a major issue with international shipping. I set up 2 shipping carriers: 1. USPS Domestic - zone is North America only 2. USPS International - zones are all except North America I have price ranges set up for USPS Domestic and weight ranges set up for USPS International. The US shipping works fine based on price range, however, when I try the shipping to a foreign country I get the message "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address." I also have to mention that Billing option for USPS International carrier is set to "According to total weight" and for USPS Domestic is set to "According to total price". Any ideas? Thanks, Mike
