Hi! I've spent hours looking for any info but i've found nothing so far! What I have is a checkout page, where customers input their address details and next step is shipping. What I need is, when in the address section of checkout, when "Country" United Kingdom is selected, at the top of the page I need a red alert to appear, either on the page itself or as a pop up, to say something like customs and extra tax importing to UK may occur. How do I do this please? Thank you!!

Bonjour, Le block information client permet de rédiger du contenu pour les visiteurs visible à l'accueil du site. Cependant, je souhaiterai modifier la largeur de celui-ci qu'il puisse prendre toute la largeur du site et non pas la moitié comme sur la capture d'écran. Pourriez-vous m'orienter svp ? Comment faire pour que le contenu rédigé dans le block CMS information client puisse être visible sur toute la largeur du site ? Merci d'avance.

Hello, I am a newbie in Prestashop development and I need to get the customer information and use it in header.tpl. More specific, I need to get that information like the customer ID and if the customer is logged in and pass it to a script for tracking. It doesn't seem to work if I just add something like a variable I created in FrontController and smarty assign it. Moreover, no errors occur, but the variable is empty. I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.13. Any help regarding how to use variables in header.tpl or customer information inside <head> in header.tpl is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello! My previous boss, who is dead now, inserted a text zone that I must modify right now because the informations are false. The texte is on the first page of my website: http://www.sos-smartphone.ch/fr/ ("Mon but est de rendre les réparations de smartphone..." See the picture ). I searched for a long time on the admin pages but I found nothing, while it seems very basic... My second question.. same problem for the info at the very bottom of the website on the right "Informations sur votre boutiquewww.sos-smartphone.ch, rue de la forge 13 1376 goumoens la ville" I didn't find where to change ! Does somebody can help me ? Thanks, Guillaume

Hola a todos Necesito de su ayuda ¿Cómo puedo obtener la información de las tiendas, esto en el apartado Store Contacts? Por ejemplo, para obtener las categorías hago esto --> $categories = Category::getCategories($context->language->id); Esto en código PHP, lo que necesito realmente es obtener los horarios de la tienda para visualizarlos en una aplicación móvil, pero ya teniendo la información de las tiendas de contacto, haría un foreach para almacenar. Gracias -
Bonjour je ne poste pas ce problème dans rapport de bugs car apparemment il faut être plusieurs à attester qu'il existe. Et visiblement à part moi personne n'a été confronté à ce souci. Du jour au lendemain la commande en 1 clic sur une boutique en fin de développement s'est bloquée : lors de l'authentification dans la page de Commande rapide en tant que client déjà existant (Zone Compte : déjà inscrit, cliquez-ici), les scripts d'affichage des méthodes de livraison moulinaient à l'infini, comme le montre l'image jointe. Toute poursuite de commande était impossible. Dans la console d'erreurs Opera, il m'était signalé ceci (à l'infini) : Uncaught exception: TypeError: 'price.toFixed' is not a function Error thrown at line 86, column 1 in formatCurrency(price, currencyFormat, currencySign, currencyBlank) in /themes/prestashop/js/tools.js: price = parseFloat(price.toFixed(6)); J'ai donc remplacé la ligne 86 incriminée de themes/prestashop/js/tools.js price = parseFloat(price.toFixed(6)); par celles-ci price = parseFloat(price); price = price.toFixed(6); et maintenant tout marche. Néammoins si un pro du Javascript pouvait me donner une explication... j'aimerais bien en avoir une, histoire de comprendre un peu le pourquoi du comment. (pourquoi d'un coup, pourquoi devoir parser ce script en 2 lignes, pourquoi ce problème que chez moi, ou pas que chez moi d'ailleurs ????) En attendant, si ça peut servir à quelqu'un. Amicalement

Hallo zusammen, eine Freundin und starten gerade einen Onlineshop und wir hängen an einem Punkt. Wir haben die Artikel schon mit den Varianten versehen und möchten jetzt das sich nach auswahl der Variante, die Artikelbeschreibung verändert. Es wäre wichtig für die größe, denn die kleinste ist aus einer anderen Materialstärke als die größeren. Gibt es dafür vielleicht ein Modul oder muss ich jetzt für jede größe ein neues Produkt anlegen? Im voraus großen dank. LG Chris

hola buenos dias tengo un problema yo utilizo la variable global $CustomerName en prestashop 1.5 para mostrar el nombre de usuario en el header de la siguiente manera: <div class="item-top"> {if $logged} <span>{$customerName}</span> <a href="{$link->getPageLink('index', true, NULL, "mylogout")}" title="{l s='Log me out' mod='blockpermanentlinks'}" class="logout" rel="nofollow">{l s='Log out' mod='blockpermanentlinks'}</a> {else} <a href="{$link->getPageLink('my-account', true)}" title="{l s='Login to your customer account' mod='blockpermanentlinks'}" class="login" rel="nofollow">{l s='Log in' mod='blockpermanentlinks'}</a> {/if} </div> el problema es que al desconectarme e iniciar sesion con otro usuario me sale el mismo nombre de la sesion anterior: este codigo lo he colocado en el modulo blockpermanentlinks-header.tpl de mi plantilla. pero ese es el problema que queda la informacion anterior guardada saludos.

Prezados, estou com um problema no módulo "Bloco de Informações de Contato v1.1.1 - by PrestaShop" no PS 1.6.0.6. Eu entro nele para adicionar as informações da loja, tais como nome, endereço, telefone e email, salvo, a tela fica verde indicando que que foi salvo. No entanto, assim que eu saio da página e volto, os campos estão todos em branco novamente e, obviamente, não aparece no front office do site. Alguém já teve esse problema? O que pode ser feito? Abraço a todos e obrigado! -

Bonjour, l'éditeur de texte du bloc cms info ne permet pas les modifications. je reviens sur ce sujet qui pour certains a été résolu mais pas pour moi. j'ai cherché un peu partout en vain le contexte sur un serveur dédié ovh prestashop 1.6.08 thème d'origine sans aucune modif. j'ai fait ce qui a été préconisé cache + install ftp depuis une version vierge j'ai bien vérifié les droits chmod désinstallé, réinstallé sur ce serveur j'avais avant installé une précédente version de prestashop qui fonctionnait bien à ce niveau. (1.6.06) l'éditeur fonctionne normalement et les modifications sont bien prises en compte pour les pages cms, mentions légales etc... donc je sèche ! je l'ai installé sur un VPS OVH là ça fonctionne alors je me demande si c'est la version php de mon dédié qui bloque (1.5.2) encore pour quelques semaines le temps de finaliser les boutiques sous prestashop en remplacement des actuelles sous OsC. merci -

Hi everyone. I have 3 stores as a multistore (lovethedove.sk, lovethedove.cz, lovethedove.eu) I use default 1.6 theme and I have problem with cms info block module. You can see in pictures that in .sk cms blocks are displayed correctly. but in for example in .cz cms blocks are not displayed. I translated those blocks to every langueage but no effect. I see in admin that this cms blocks have shop id 1. This would be a problem but when I want add another block, new block is not created. Any ideas?

Witam. Po wyłączeniu sklepu pokazuje się standardowa informacja że sklep został wyłączony.. a ja chcę to zmienić na moją osobistą informację i własne zdjęcie.. a najlepiej wrzucić tam zwykłe jpg które bym zrobił w photoshopie.. Szukałem wszędzie w sklepie i w google ale nigdzie nie mogę tego znaleźć, a wiem że można bo kiedyś tak zrobiłem tylko że miałem ponad rok przerwy w robieniu sklepów i zapomniałem gdzie to może być.. Z góry dzięki za info..

Hi ya'll geeks out there! Ok so I am clear with the fact that through CMS block configuration -> You can sort of "control" various links and information in the Footer. Yet even though I have nothing checked, it seems as if the "default" links are "Prices-drop, new-products, best-sales". How to rid of them links and have only what I desire? It seems this module is dependent of another behavior. regards, AJ -

I am wondering of there is a module out there that extracts your suppliers product stock availability directly from the website. They provide stock in the data feed but all products show 500 in stock, incorrect. If this module is possible how will I know what stock is what is from which product and how will I upload the stock numbers to the proper product efficiently daily! Thank community! -
I was wondering if anyone could help me. My site has been up for about 2 weeks and things have been fine, however when I woke up this morning I noticed I had an order where the shipping cost was 0.00. I went into the back office to check shipping costs and although all my shipping categories were there, all of the costs were set to 0.00. I have fixed the problem now, but I was wondering what could possibly cause this to happen? -
Hej, Jeg vil gerne fjerne user info blokken, som gør at man har login og cart oppe i højre hjørne, som standard. Er der nogle problemer ved at deaktivere denne blok? Jeg er godt klar over at så er cart væk, medmindre man har hooket den et andet sted og user login er væk. Men derudover, er der så andre problemer?

Weet iemand hoe ik de naamkleur kan aanpassen in de user-info (blocktopuserinfo). Ik voeg even een plaatje bij. Zoals je ziet staat de naam in het WIT en kun je dat dus niet zien op een witte achtergrond........ HELP, waar aanpassen??? Ps, hier is de link naar mijn shop
