  1. I'm currently trying to get the IMAP Customer Service settings setup with our MS Exchange O365 setup. The settings seem to be correct and i get this as an error message: This results in the sync not working either. The account in question is set to have POP3 and IMAP enabled as well as basic auth enabled, so on AAD end everything looks like it's set up correctly as well.
  2. No consigo configurar el servicio IMAP en Prestashop en 1.7. Eston son los datos que he configurado: En Atención al cliente > Customer service: OPCIONES DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Tengo configurado todo tal y como se indica en la página de ayuda de Gmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=es También tengo activado: Permitir aplicaciones menos seguras. Y me aparece este mensaje: Cannot connect to the mailbox : [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response) También he probado activando: Opciones IMAP (/ssl). Y también falla.

Hello Tous, Le bo m'indiquait dans la partie SAV que les paramètres Imap n'étaient pas fonctionnels, je les ai donc renseigné, cependant je pense qu'il y a une erreur car depuis je ne peu plus accéder à la partie SAV du BO et ne peut plus lire les messages. J'ai lu déjà pas mal de truc sur le sujet je vois que je ne suis pas le seul mais j'aimerai une réponse et une solution car je suis novice, Please Help!
  4. Prestashop : 1.7.8.6 Hébergeur : PlanetHoster - nouvelle plateforme : NOC Bonjour, j'ai un problème depuis que je suis passé sur la nouvelle plateforme de PlanetHoster la NOC. Quand j'ai une commande et que je clique sur le bouton de "Préparation en cours" une fenêtre s'ouvre avec ce message : "Une erreur est survenue lors de l'envoi de l'e-mail au client". J'ai reconfiguré le SAV avec les nouveaux éléments (serveur, identifiant, etc...) mais rien à faire cela ne fonctionne pas. Je vous joins 3 capture d'écran Merci par avance 🙏 Par contre, dans les paramètres avancés-> e-mail cela fonctionne bien en utilisant " /usr/sbin/sendmail " au format texte et HTML

Hi, i'm trying to configure an email account with IMAP to recive mails about the Customer services but everytime that i try to save some modifications, the website spawn up this warning "Cannot connect to the mailbox : Can't open mailbox {mailserver.tls :143/ssl/novalidate-cert/tld}: invalid remote specification" I've tried some combination with the server ports (like 143, 993, 25, 995 with pop3 setting on) and with the settings to make it works but the error message change from "Cannot connect to the mailbox : Can't open mailbox {mailserver.tld :143/ssl/novalidate-cert/tls}: invalid remote specification" to "Cannot connect to the mailbox : No such host as mailserver.tld". Here i attach some screenshot of the configuration and the screen of the error that i found here Have someone an idea on how to resolve this problems? Thank you in advance!
  6. Bonjour, Je suis en train de monter une boutique en ligne. Je suis donc sur la dernière version 1.7.5.1 avec le thème par défaut. En configurant la partie SAV et plus précisément, la partie imap, je me suis rendu compte d'un bug. Lorsque j'envoie un mail de test (html ou texte brut) depuis un client Oulook 2013 à l'adresse service client de ma boutique, j'ai une erreur d'importation de mail (corps absent). Cependant le mail apparaît bien dans la liste des messages mais sans le corps du message. Déjà, c'est pas très pratique. De plus, le back-office se mélange les pinceaux et me crée un nouveau message à chaque fois que la page SAV est rafraîchie. Et la cerise sur le gateau, c'est que ces multiples messages créés n'apparaissent que sur une seule ligne dans la liste des messages. Comme si les messages avaient été empilés. Du coup, pour les supprimer, je peux le faire que message par message en supprimant celui au dessus de la pile. En complément, les tests que j'ai faits depuis le client mail ios ne pose pas de soucis. De plus les messages posant souci ont l'air tout ce qu'il y a de plus normal quand je les visualise via le webmail. Quelqu'un a déjà constaté ce bug ? Je fais quoi j'ouvre un bug sur GitHub ? Jim
  7. Hi guys I have Prestashop where I have an issue with the contact form. When you try to send it you get the prompt message that email is sent. And yes it is at least partially it is shown in the Customer Service tab in the backend however no e-mail is sent to the email define as customer service. Config - SMTP or mail() both are working when trying to sent test email both works. IMAP config works too I can do the synch. If I send a test email via backend it's working What's doesnt work is sending emails from the contact form. There are no errors what soever

  9. Ciao tutti, ho installato la versione 1.5.3.1 e non riesco a sincronizzare la posta (IMAP) all'interno del Servizio Clienti. Cliccando sul pulsante "Lancia Sincronizzazione" ricevo il seguente errore: ------- TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to sync. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror ------- Qualcuno ha già avuto questo problemae l'ha risolto? Grazie a tutti. Ciao Salvatore

My server does not utilize IMAP mail server but PrestaShop apparently utilizes IMAP to send customer emails relative to order status etc. Is there any way to refer that correspondence to unencrypted POP3 or (preferably) PHP mail? All attempts to send emails to clients results in a "500 Internal Server Error".
  11. Hola, buenos días. Estoy configurando el servicio al cliente, y me pasa algo un poco curioso. Si envío un mensaje de pedido, dentro de Pedidos-Pedidos (Veo el pedido y voy al cuadro mensajes), llega correctamente, y permite la opción de contestar. Esa respuesta va al mail correctamente, pero no se visualiza en Prestashop. Sin embargo, se crea un ticket en Servicio al cliente. Si mando otro mensaje desde el ticket en Servicio al cliente, llega correctamente, e indica el link para contestar (un formulario de contacto). Si contesto directamente desde el correo, en lugar del link, también llega. También aparece correctamente dentro de Prestashop. Me gustaría saber si hay algún error en la configuración, para que no lleguen dentro de Prestashop, los enviados desde Mensajes, pero sí, los enviados desde servicio al cliente. Adjunto la configuración que estoy poniendo. En usuario y contraseña he puesto la dirección y el pass. Agradezco la ayuda y aclaración, saludos!

Estimados, Necesito de su ayuda, esto antes no pasaba y no se modificó nada, les comento: Cuando quiero abrir para mostrar todos los mensajes se demora un montón en cargar la página y ademas me aparece un error de IMAP con el correo. El correo está enviando y recibiendo correos, debería estar bien, pero desconozco cual podría ser la causa: 1) Ingreso en el link "Mostrar todos los mensajes" 2) Se demora en cargar la página y cuando carga aparece el siguiente error: Cannot connect to the mailbox : [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response) Saludos.
  13. Saludos a todos Quisiera saber si alguien ha podido solucionar y de qué modo este error que aparece en el servicio al cliente. Cuando envío una prueba de correo, funciona y envía el correcto perfectamente, pero si lo envío desde la tienda en 'contacto' o 'contacte con nosotros', entonces da un ERROR al enviar el mensaje. Y antes funcionaba. Creo que es un problema que existe en la versión 1.6, pero supongo que habrá algún tipo de solución, pues ya estamos en la actualización 20 y por lo que veo persiste. Alguien me puede ayudar? Gracias de antemano.
  14. Hi, something wrent wrong when I changed the imap settings. Now I get a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to reach the customer service page. Which file and where is it, where I can change the settings via an editor?
  15. Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas à synchroniser les messages du sav avec l'option Imap. Pourtant j'ai bien un message : Synchronisation effectuée avec succès Voici ma config (Je suis chez OVH) : - url imap : SSL0.OVH.NET - Port : 993 - utilisateur : [email protected] - Pass : XXXXX - Option imap ssl activé. Je ne trouve pas beaucoup d'info sur ce sujet. Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider svp ? Merci !

  17. Hello, I am trying to configure access to my email server through the IMAP interface in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am sure to use the correct information provided by my webhots. However, the interface does not have access to my e-mail server and an error message appears: SECURITY PROBLEM: insecure server advertised AUTH = PLAIN could somebody help me? Thank you!
  18. Does anyone make the Customer service feedback system in Prestashop version 1.6.0.9 work with Gmail? Customers can send me messages, but when I reply via the back office they don't get my replies. While it works when I answer the feedback via email, it would have been great to have all the communication in the back office. IMAP is enabled for my Gmail address in Gmail's Settings >> Forwarding and POP/IMAP >> IMAP Access I'm using the following settings in Customers >> Customer service: IMAP URL: mail.gmail.com IMAP port: 993 IMAP user: My Gmail address IMAP password: My Gmail address password All settings below this are set to NO, except for IMAP options (/ssl). When I click the Run sync button I get this error message: 'Cannot connect to the mailbox:."No such host as mail.gmail.com"' I'm using the default-bootstrap theme and under Advanced parameters >> E-mail I have selected 'Use PHP's mail() function (recommended; works in most cases)' Is that what's causing the error? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
  19. Hi, When a customer uses the contact us form on our website we need it to: a. Create message in back office. b. Send an email to our Outlook account so we can reply We have entered the Correct IMAP setting and Run Sync which is successful. When we test the contact form we are getting: a. Message in back office b. NO email to our IMAP Outlook client We need to get the emails to our Outlook client, we dont understand why it doesnt work as we HAVE synced IMAP. Any ideas? Thanks Matt.

Hello, I need to configure my server to support IMAP and/or POP3 and my only question is if any configuration made to postfix, dovecot/courier would somehow affect my Prestashop installation or is it completely independent from these underlying components? My shop is configured to use the PHP mail() function and no manual configurations have been added, so all the communication at the moment is done using the web form to give feedback or ask for information. If Prestashop integrates with some of these services, is it limited to postfix and may I thus freely reset my courier configuration or even replace it with dovecot without affecting the functionality of my Prestashop instance?
  21. Hi everybody, i get an error message when i try to Sync my emails with IMAP in the Customes Service section. If i press the Sync button on the bottom i get the following error: Unable to create selectable TCP socket (1483 >= 1024) Did anybody else have this issue? Quisiera saber si es normal que no se agregue al hilo de una conversación en el apartado de Servicio al cliente Prestashop, el mensaje de respuesta de un cliente a otro enviado desde este mismo apartado por el administrador de la tienda. Ej: 1º Cliente >>> Realiza Consulta desde Formulario de la web. 2º Tienda >>> Responde desde el apartado Servicio al Cliente. 3º Cliente >>> Responde desde su programa de correo (Outlook, Webmail, .. lo que sea). 4º Tienda >>> NO recibe en el apartado Servicio al Cliente (configurado como IMAP) la respuesta anterior para seguir el hilo desde este mismo apartado. NOTA: Si compruebo que llega perfectamente a la cuenta de correo de la tienda a través de un Webmail. Saludos, Juanca
  23. Hi, I am trying to assign an email box to the customer service on PrestaShop, but after entering the correct details and clicking 'Sync' I get an error to do with CRAM-MD5. My host provider has told me that I need to change from CRAM-MD5 to plain authentications but cannot specify how. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks.
  24. Hello, I am trying to set up my Customer Service Options (under Customers->Customer Service in the Back office). Our support email address is handled by Gmail. I want to be able to get those emails in my email client (like I currently am able to do) as well as in Gmail...and in Prestashop. Presumably this type of setup is the reason that Prestashop has a place for IMAP settings here. The problem is, I can't seem to get it to work! It seems I've tried every combination of settings in the Yes/No options in that section and I followed what looks like the correct Gmail IMAP settings. I have the following: IMAP Url: imap.gmail.com IMAP Port: 993 ...and the proper Gmail address and password. I have also tried using imap.googlemail.com. But nothing works. When I try to "Sync" is see the following error.... TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to sync. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror This is such a basic, elementary feature that I have to believe I've overlooked something simple. Can anyone tell me how you got it to work? Thanks!!
  25. Hi, I would like some one to shed some light on the Customer Services address inbox IMAP Syncing functionality. I have set-up everything correctly so the emails are going out and emails are being retrieved just fine. So there's NOTHING wrong with my settings. My question is basically on the functionality of the "Sync" button. Is there a way for PrestaShop to automatically retrieve IMAP messages from my customer services email address? I mean I know I have to press the "Sync" Button in order to get the emails (or email thread replies) from my customer services email inbox (which works fine). But What if I don't press the sync button? How long does PrestaShop take to automatically retrieve IMAP messages? Is there a way to set up a cron job for this action to be performed? Here's the scenario; My domain's Email is Hosted at Google Apps. I have two email addresses. 1. [email protected] and [email protected] My store email is set to "[email protected]" (under Preferences > Store Contacts > Store Contact Details. I have set up SMTP server for sending emails from PrestaShop using Google Apps SMTP Settings using email addresses [email protected]. (Under Advance Settings > Email) So the emails generated are from user [email protected] with reply-to address of [email protected]. So customers can reply to notifcations directly from their inbox - fine up till now. Now under customer services, I have set the IMAP retrieval from [email protected]. I press "sync" button at the bottom of the page "Customers > Customer Services". The mail is being retrieved and listed in the Customer Support Section in PrestaShop. Here is what I did. I replied from [email protected] to one of the emails generated by my shop that had an issue #. I check the inbox [email protected] and the email was there. But not in PrestaShop (didn't press the sync button). Then I sent another email from [email protected] to [email protected] and checked [email protected] inbox and the email was there but not in prestashop (didn't press the sync button). Then I waited for almost 4 hours to see if PrestaShop would bother fetching new emails from [email protected], while doing my other stuff in Back Office and Front Office, but it didn't retrieve the new emails until I pressed sync after 4 hours.
