Trying to add ICELAND as a country in my back office. I pick no zip code needed and the last 3 tick boxes to negative. I get this error when I save. Invalid address layoutDuplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' Anybody have any idea what it actually means without me having to go fishing around in PhpMyAdmin to find out what it relates to? a2hosting is a recommended partner of Prestashop which was the reason why we chose them for a new Prestashop install. With a customer base in Europe, we decided to go with the shared SSD server in Iceland. Unfortunately, since we started out two weeks ago, there were already two outages, the most recent one today lasting 8 hours and STILL counting. What e-commerce shop can afford to be offline for straight 8+ hours? Apparently, they had an "unrecoverable failure" and now have to reload from their "most recent backup" (whatever that means - https://my.a2hosting.com/serverstatus.php). While they advertise RAID 10 on their shared SSD servers, their response as well as the time it takes them to restore service gives me the impression that they do not use RAID 10 even though they prominently advertise it on their website. Based on our today's experience with a massive outage of 8+ hours without an end in sight, I strongly recommend to look at other options first.

I need your help! My store is available in Iceland. 1. I cant change the shipping cost it always shows "free shipping!" when I add product to the cart. I have allocated free shipping to purchases above certain amount but it still shows in the cart "free shipping!" if the amount is below the certain amount. How can I fix it? 2. In the check out process I always get this message: There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected. I want my customers to have 2 options. 1) Pick up in my store. 2) Have it sent with the post office. Regards, Tomson.
