Nuevamente gracias por el apoyo, esta es una consulta, tengo varios dominios en un mismo hosting, realicé una instalación de ps8 en uno que no uso con el fin de hacer pruebas y eventualmente ponerlo en producción en otro dominio dentro del mismo hosting, quedando todo listo ya solo era descargar el respaldo y reinstalarlo en su destino final, pero me encontré que no me resultó tan fácil (estas cosas técnicas no son mi fuerte) y se me ocurrió que quizá solo intercambiando el nombre de las carpetas a la que apunta cada dominio, y si, hubo que reconstruir las url’s desactivando y habilitando nuevamente las url’s amigables y en la configuración de SEO establecer el nuevo dominio pero de ahí en más parece que todo funciona como debe, y francamente me fue más fácil y rápido que descargar y reinstalar, y de ahí me surgió la duda, en realidad es eso y ya? Habrá que cambiar algo adicional? Pudiera eventualmente haber algún problema de indexación en motores de búsqueda o con el SEO o de algún otro tipo? Es decir, pudiera quedarme así o de plano mejor descargo y reinstalo? Gracias por cualquier comentario. -

So I wanted set up prestashop ( V 1.7) and when I wanted proceed install, I received this error: (Pls see in pic) Quote:We can't start installation PrestaShop installation requires at least the zip extension to be enabled. You can contact your web host provider to fix theses requirements. So I went to my CP to turn on some ZIP. First I go to php pear packages and zip was installed. ✓ Then I go to php version selector - extensions. And turn ZIP on. ✓ So after I do this fast configuration all should by working but it's showing again and again ZIP error. I'm using googie hosting and 1.7 prestashop version. Hola, hoy he tratado de actualzar presta con el Modulo de actualizción y parece ser que hay errores. Me gustaria saber que debo hacer para arreglar esto y poder actualizar sin problemas. Porque tampoco me deja volver a la versión anterior. Creo que hay un problema de permisos, no ?¿ El hosting lo gestiono yo totalmente, desde Google Cloud tengo total acceso al servidor. Hi, does anyone know if a turnkey prestashop cloud service exist? What I am looking for is a hosting that has the latest prestashop version installed, and if possible is always updated. What I am finding is “Prestashop Ready” hosting services, but then I have to install and maintain it myself, which I would like to avoid. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hola a todos, Hace 4 días mi web empezó a ir extremadamente lenta, y en mi servidor vi que mi web estaba consumiendo el 100% de los recursos de la CPU del servidor. Pensé que algún modulo podía estar produciendo un error, pero los desactivé todos y sigo igual. Se lo comenté a mi hosting y me recomendaron usar Cloudflare. Ya lo tengo activo y he visto que en 24h mi web ha recibido 200.000 peticiones en total, 85.000 de China, 25.000 de USA, etc, por lo que creo que mi web podría estar sufriendo algún tipo de ataque de bots. ¿Le ha pasado algo similar a alguien? ¿Se os ocurre algo que pueda hacer? Gracias.

I hope a managed server will save me from much security work and worry. Currently I'm on 1&1 Managed Cloud Hosting (2GB RAM, 2 vCores, 76GB free on SSD) but it is so slow that several back office functions are not completing, and giving a Gateway Timeout after 30 seconds eg: Adv Param > Information - never appears; or clearing the cache; or backing-up the database. If I 'upgrade' to 4 vCores and 8GB RAM it is just as bad! It is slower than the shared hosting I was on before! 1&1 seem unable or unwilling to look at this. How can I find a managed server that will give enough Apache/PHP/MySQL configuration options, and actual processing power, to give reasonably good performance? I have PS v1.7.5.1 with mod_security disabled, and Smarty Cache enabled. Activity My shop is only partly developed - it has prices but does not take payments yet. Salve a tutti, vi ringrazio anticipatamente per l'aiuto sono alla mia prima esperienza d'uso di un cms e prima volta su prestashop , di cui sono molto contento per la sua praticità che mi ha piacevolmente stupito. Installato prestashop in locale su xampp , ho creato il primo prodotto , ma quando arrivo ad aggiungere gli addons non mi da nessun addons in catalogo , anche se risulta connesso in alto a destra . All'inizio dell'installazione di prestashop mi sono registrato con la mail che ho inserito appena collegato il marketplace sempre nell'installazione Devo registrarmi anche fuori dal locale , sul sito prestashop con la stessa mail? coinciderebbero le cose oppure devo fare altro ? Un altra domanda importante a cui non so rispondere è quale servizio hosting scegliere ? premetto che voglio creare un negozio online con non più di 30\50 pezzi al momento quindi nulla di gigantesco premetto che non ho conoscenza di questi linguaggi , e da quanto ho potuto capire la soluzione migliore e più semplice per me sarebbe Un hosting condiviso ? ditemi cosa ne pensate e quale sarebbe il servizio migliore (ovviamente dovrei trasferire il mio locale sul servizio hosting ) dove una volta caricato il tutto non necessita di manutenzione o linguaggi troppo tecnici, tutto con criteri di sicurezza come l' ssl ed altro Vi ringrazio ancora ed apprezzo ogni vostro consiglio data la vostra esperienza Buona serata

Hallo Community, ich habe mich vor kurzem entschieden einen Shop mit Prestashop zu erstellen. Hostinganbieter: webgo Es war soweit alles in Ordnung bis ich das SSL Zertifikat installiert/aktiviert habe bei webgo. Nun ist der Shop nicht mehr erreichbar und im Dashboard kann ich nicht mehr alle Einstellungen durchführen. Ich habe Prestashop mit neuer Datenbank auch neu installiert, lief auch ohne Probleme, jedoch bleibt der Fehler bestehen. Wie gesagt erst seit dem ich das SSL Zertifikat aktiviert habe (Let's Encrypt). Fehler beim aufrufen der Seite: Diese Seite funktioniert nicht www.beispiel.de hat Sie zu oft weitergeleitet. Löschen Sie Ihre Cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS Cookies und Cache wurden bereits bereinigt, über anderen Browser ist der Shop auch nicht erreichbar. Mit dem Service von webgo habe ich bereits gesprochen, alle Server laufen sauber. Bitte um Hilfe bzw Antwort ;) Danke schon mal -
Hej za jakiś czas będę musiał podjąć decyzję czy zostawać na VPS w OVH czy przejść na coś innego. Myślę czy przejść na VPS zarządzany czy może na hosting. I tak wogóle na jaki? Jestem w trakcie kończenia budowy sklepu na Prestashop 1.7 i przeniesienia się ze sky-shop. Parametry sklepu: Produkty: 8000 - 9000 Aktualnie brak powiązań ale w przyszłości będą ruch na poziomie 60000 odsłon i rośnie Moduł importu działający co 3 godz przez cron wymagany ionCube

I have bought domain kwiatynatelefon.com from one of companies. Since domain is not on my hosting I have installed Prestashop on my server in directory kwiatynatelefon.com. My demo webpage is under link http://krimarg.nazwa.pl/kwiatynatelefon.com/index.php. How can in htaccess redirect to directory kwiatynatelefon.com? How can I have my webpage as kwiatynatelefon.com not as krimarg.nazwa.pl?

Hola nuevamente, vengo pidiendo opiniones sobre hosting y dominio para crear una pagina web con prestashop para un cliente, nunca contrate estos servicios y quisiera saber sus recomendaciones, la tienda no pasara de los 300 productos y las compras se haran por mercado pago, nose si esos datos son relevantes pero por si acaso. Nose si es mejor contratar un hosting de argentina o me sirve igualmente alguno de españa como profesionalhosing. Desde ya muchas gracias y disculpen las molestias

Hallo, ich habe mich hier eben ganz frisch angemeldet. Seit Stunden versuche Presta auf meinem Webspace bei eins und eins zu installieren. Kurz vorm Ende bricht der Installationsassistent mit einer Fehlermeldung ab. Buongiorno a tutti! scrivo questo post così tutti ci possiamo confrontare su quali server/hosting sono i migliori per prestashop. io uso Ps 1.5.3. con aruba hosting linux. tutto bene a parte la scritta in Preferenze>Url&Seo Riscrittura degli URL (mod_rewrite) non è attivo sul server o non è possibile verificare la configurazione del server. Se si desidera utilizzare Friendly URL è necessario attivare questo mod. Buenos días, Quiero lanzar una tienda online que he estado trabajando en local desde hace unas semanas. Como es un proyecto de prueba he contratado el hosting con 1&1 que es lo que me salía más barato. El caso es que he ido siguiendo los pasos que se supone que se deben realizar al hacer una migración, es decir: - He copiado toda mi instalación en el FTP del hosting - He creado una nueva bbdd y he importado las tablas de mi instalación local - He configurado las URL en la tabla de la bbdd ps_shop_url - He cambiado los parametros de la bbdd en el fichero app/config/parameters.php Cuando entro en la URL me lleva a la HOME (faltan algunas imágenes, pero eso es lo de menos) pero cuando intento hacer click en cualquier categoria, producto o , incluso, entro al admin, me da un error 500. ¿Alguien sabe que puede ser? Gracias! -

Vengo con una duda sencilla: haciendo unos análisis y auditorías de mi tienda de tecnología en Prestashop, obtengo siempre la alerta para que actualice la versión de PHP a través de mi hosting. Quisiera saber qué versión me conviene configurar para que sea compatible y no tenga errores a futuro. Me han recomendado PHP 7. Muchas gracias.

Goodnight. I have an eCommerce that is in the process of implementation (www.tiendamedicauca.com), it is created in prestashop and I have to add the free SSL certificate provided by the hosting provider (inmotion hosting), communicate with the inmotion support and notify me that the process had already been carried out and that it should not take more than 20 minutes, however, it has already passed 6 hours and it has not yet been activated. I was reading and it says that it can be for the security complements in the content management system. Tengo una eCommerce que esta en proceso de implementación (www.tiendamedicauca.com), esta creada en prestashop y debo agregar el certificado SSL gratuito que me brinda el proveedor de hosting (inmotion hosting), me comunique con el sopote de inmotion y me notificaron que ya se habia realizado el proceso y que no debia demorar más de 20 minutos, sin embargo ya paso 6 horas y aun no se activa. Estuve leyendo y dice que puede ser por los complementos de seguridad en el sistema de administración de contenido. Pueden por favor ayudarme para saber donde están estos complementos? porque dice que debo desactivarlos temporalmente mientras se realiza el proceso. Agradezco su ayuda. -
Hola a todos, No se si por este foro me pueden recomendar un buen Hosting para Prestashop. Desde que mi Hosting hiciera una migración a Amazon Cloud mi tienda no es la misma. Primero tuve el problema que no podía entrar, ahora que si pude entrar trabaja todo lento y el servidor tiene mucho problema. No se que Hosting me podrían recomendar, estaba pensando en Profesional Hosting, pero veo que tiene muy malas reseñas. No se que otro Hosting hay para Prestashop y que sea bueno.

Hallo allemaal, Wij zijn begonnen om een webwinkel te creëren maar onze hosting provider is één groot drama. Regelmatig werkt de email niet ( ook op andere domeins die wij daar hebben), problemen met SSL, klanten support = 0, etc etc. Nu wil ik naar een andere hosting provider overstappen. Vraag 1: Hoe kan ik de webshop "meenemen"? Vraag 2: Kan ik anders de webshop opnieuw installeren, soort "clean install" en dan het thema waar we voor betaald hebben er ook weer opnieuw opzetten? Vraag 3: Ik wil naar een Nederlandse hosting partij maar uitsluitend een Franstalige website, de zogenaamde front-office. De back-office maakt me niet uit in welke taal die is. Kan dit of krijg ik door die Nederlandse hosting ook een Nederlandse prestashop? Dit i.v.m. transport. modules etc. Er staan nog niet onwijs veel artikelen in, maar wel een transport module en een PayPal module. Die Paypal zou moeten werken maar door de aanhoudende problemen met de email ben ik er eigenlijk nog niet aan toegekomen die te testen. Ik zou het niet erg vinden om er een dagje voor te gaan zitten en alles opnieuw te moeten doen, als het dan maar wel werkt ! Graag advies voor de beste oplossing. Ray -
Bonjour à tous, On est entrain de monter un projet de site e-commerce connecté à notre ERP Sage 100C à l'aide d'un connecteur. Le site sera en accès privé à notre clientèle connus, on a environ 4000 clients en BDD qui bien évidemment ne se connecterons pas simultanément. Max 100-200 connexions par jour. Le presta devra récupérer pas mal d'informations stockées sur notre ERP, notamment les stocks, les prix uniques par clients, l'historique du client. De plus à chaque commande passé, presta renverra les infos vers l'ERP, commande, des fichiers ZIP uploadable par le client (1-2mo en moyenne et 8mo max) des devis pdf (pas très lourd). Les produits que l'on vend sont très techniques et disposent de multiples déclinaisons, on aura pas plus d'une centaine de produits en catalogue mais avec des dizaines de milliers voir des centaines de milliers de déclinaisons différentes avec en plus ce module https://addons.prestashop.com/fr/tailles-dimensions/19389-produits-sur-mesure.html Qui permettra à nos clients de personnaliser leurs produits et d'avoir des prix dynamiques calculés à base des valeurs qu'ils saisissent. Je souhaiterai vous demandez votre avis sur quel type d'hébergement / serveur prévoir pour faire tourner le site correctement ? Merci d'avance. Jean-Julien Hart -
