Bonjour, Google Ads me signale qu'il manque une balise sur mon site, et me suggère donc de la rajouter pour associer Google Ads à mon site. J'ai pour cela 2 solution, soit avec l'ID (mais il ne me semble pas qu'il y ai de module Google sur PS pour rentrer cet ID) soit via le code à insérer avant la fin de la balise </head>. Oui d'accord, mais sur quelle page de mon site dois-je l'intégrer ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide

Bonjour, j'ai un souci de débutant sur la partie Marketing>Google du back office : j'ai bien lier mon compte Google ainsi que mon compte Merchant Center au "module" Google (voir "Capture") mais impossible de lier mon Google Ads dans l'onglet Campagnes (c'est pourtant géré par le même mail). De plus, pour la finalisation de la configuration de mon compte Google Ads, je dois rajouter, soit l'ID, soit la balise html sur l'ensemble des pages (voir "Capture 2"), mais je ne suis pas sur de savoir sur quelle page il faut que je l'ajoute ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide ❤️

Hello to all Prestashop Version Used 1.7.7.8 After putting my site online, Google is having difficulty crawling my site from PageSpeed Insights (it reports the following error) "Lighthouse returned the error: ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Could not reliably load the requested page in Lighthouse. Make sure the verified URL is the correct one and that the server is responding appropriately to all requests. (Status code: 403)" When I try to insert the home link on Google Ads it gives me the following: "Destination not working" I tried to hear Google support and they tell me that it could be either a hosting problem or a site problem. The server farm tells me that everything is fine on their part. Even the search console has a hard time scanning my home. Can you tell me what could have happened? The site has been migrated from Wordpress (woocommerce) to prestashop. At the Front Office everything is ok so that the first orders begin to arrive. Can someone help me? Hello, Mon souci est le suivant. Sur google ads, le problème "Valeur id jamais reçue" est remonté. Sur presta, il faut cette valeur après la validation de commande, sur le fichier themes/sp_autostore/templates/checkout/order-confirmation.tpl. Il y a une autre page de confirmation de commande ? Nous utilisons également shopping, c'est la campagne shopping intelligente justement, est-ce qu'il y a un lien en plus ? Beaucoup de questions... Buenos días, estoy creando las campañas de Display y Google Shopping de mi empresa y tengo que subir el feed de productos a Merchant Center de Google, lo que pasa es que no tenemos ningún documento creado, sino que los productos están directamente en Prestashop. He exportado desde el catálogo de productos de Prestashop pero me faltan algunos atributos obligatorios en como la "url" de cada producto y la descripción del mismo. Mi consulta es ¿cómo puedo exportar los productos de Prestashop a un csv, Excel o directamente al "spreadsheets" de Google para poder subirlos a Merchant Center? Los atributos que necesito son: id, título, descripción, estado, precio, disponibilidad, enlace, enlace de imagen. Un saludo y gracias de antemano.

Have been experiementing with various modules to get Google Analytics, Google Ads & Dynamic Remarketing to work perfectly. But always there are various functions not working/supported in the module. Currently I am now using the: 1. Default Google Analytics module (but this do not include ecomm_prodid, ecomm_pagetype, ecomm_pagetype) 2. Google AdWords Conversion Tracking 1.3.6 by dh42 (This does not seem to include ecomm_prodid, ecomm_pagetype, ecomm_pagetype either) 3. Google Tag Manager v1.1 - by Benichou (currently disabled, since apparently no Data Layer. So not sure what it is good for then?) With module 1 & 2 both Analytics and Google Ads conversions are working, but not Dynamic Remarketing due to the missing tags. I did link Analytics Enhanced eCommerce data to Adwords, but since no ecomm_prodid, ecomm_pagetype, ecomm_pagetype tags not really working either. A bit weirds since have all the eCommerce data in Analytics, so can see all sales etc. - so not sure why these harvested data is not enough for Rermarketing to work properly. So what do people recommend as best practice for Prestashop 1.6 and Google Analytics / Google Ads / Remarketing and perhaps even Facebook pixel. There are many paid modules out there with huge price and feature differences. I guess best practice would be to go with Google Tag Mananager, but I assume such module should offer data layer on all pages, right? - Secondly it seem pretty technical to setup smoothly.

Buenas tardes, Desde el 24 de Julio que Google Adwords ha pasado a llamarse Google Ads y los cambios que ha realizado, Google Adwords no me recaba las conversiones. Me pone etiqueta inactiva. He probado a poner el nuevo código según explica google ads y tampoco parece que funcione.
