Hello fellow geeks, so there has been a couple of complaints from customers who had forgotten their password, no problem, they simply click on the "forgot password" link and help in on the way right? We did some testing and indeed the customer receives the email to reset the password, the link provided seems fine but if I click on it, we land on the 404 error page. I notice that if I copy and paste the link works just fine. If I rest my mouse on the link received by email, I notice that it adds the address to my log in for the BO so it obviously throws that 404 not found page error as no address exists that way. So for example, the received link is something like this: http://www.tivicr.com/store/es/password-recovery?token=..... When you rest the mouse it displays this: www.tivicr.com/store/admin/http://www.tivicr.com/store/es/password-recovery?token=..... I initially thought that the problem could have been caused because I was logged in as an administrator hence the reason the system added the "admin" part before so I created another user and this time when clicked on the "forgot password" link I received a reminder of what the password was (weird because it wasn't doing that before) but then received another email to reset the password although it had the same problem ending up on not found 4040 error. Ha anybody experienced this before? I am running 1.6.1.7 -
Hello everyone After installing "Module PrestaCenter XML Export Free (PS 1.5.x)" module to my presta 1.6 shop i'm unable to visit any category & subcategory pages & products pages say there are no product found. Please someone help me to find solution. I've tried disable enable friendly url, checked all urls -
I want to have an admin controller for a module but WITHOUT tab.. As this post mentions, if you don't add a tab for the admin controller of the module, it will always show "Controller not found".. Any suggestions?

Hola a todos! He conseguido importar mi sito de local a remoto. La home page se vee correctamente pero se clico en las categorias no aparece el contenido o bien, sube el error 404 page not found. Hay alguien que me ayude? Gracias de antemano -
I'm going crazy ! I have all the correct requirement of PHP and Mysql. My MySql server is 5.5 and support innodb. I can't finish the installation wizard because I always have the message "Database Server is not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields". Every database information are correct ! No additional space while copying, nothing ! I have installed Wordpress on the same server in a different directory and set the database credentials and it word like a charm ! What is wrong -
I am having a major issue! My page not found report is showing that no pages are registered but when i go to my visits stats, it looks like this: it seems like close to half of my visitors are on page not found. I go through my website and cant regenerate it, all i can think is maybe somethings wrong with external links but doesnt make sense why half of our visitors would get it. Any help would help greatly with this issue. Im not sure when this started but its really causing a hit on this website.

Hi Got a bit of a strange issue. My shop version is 1.5.2.0. I go to a category and, say for example, 10 products are showing. I then click on Page 2, which displays correctly. Then I select 50 from the "products per page" drop-down box and it gives me a Page Not Found. Any ideas?

In my website some people arrives in a wrong link so they found the page 404 error (Page not found). I would like to know how can i redirect the people to the correct link. Example: Wrong link: mysite.com/en/folder/folder/file.php Correct link: mysite.com/folder/folder/file.php I need to know where and what php code i have to use, in order that, inside the page 404 (ONLY if the the link is present the string /en/ ) goes redirected to the correct link. When I try to click such buttons as my account, login, order or any other type of buttons on my webpage, it just loads a white page and nothing keeps on happeninng. I contacted my hosting provider and they responded like this: The issue seems to be related with the Rewrite urls. Error log suggests that those pages cannot be found. I have installed prestashop using softaculous. What can be done in this instance?
