Bonjour à tous, Si certains rencontrent des problèmes de connexion client en FO et/ou de différents formulaires en BO cela vient probablement de la dernière mise à jour du script de Google Tab Manager. En effet, celui-ci s'insère avant la soumission, serialize le formulaire, execute son propre code puit exécute un form.submit(). Sauf qu'un form.submit() n'envoie JAMAIS la valeur de l'input type="submit" si celui-ci n'a pas de valeur (ce qui est le cas dans de nombreux formulaires Prestashop, seul le name étant utilisé. Bonjour, Voici une solution simple et efficace pour pallier un manque dans la version 1.7 de PrestaShop qui a un comportement différent par rapport à ce que nous avions connu sur les versions précédentes. Ainsi, lorsque vous désactiviez une langue celle-ci disparaissait de la boutique pour les clients, mais rester disponible dans les pages du backoffice, permettant ainsi de faire tranquillement les traductions dans une nouvelle langue sans que les clients puissent y accéder et être déçus des textes qu'il aurait pu rencontrer. Ce module va donc votre permettre de retrouver ce fonctionnement pour continuer à travailler sereinement et surtout vous pousser à passer votre commerce en multi langue afin de toucher un marché toujours plus grand pour vos produits. Hi, Where is the tpl for product page on FO where I can add a highlight to the text that appears when a product is not in stock but you can purchase it? "form_stock_oos_allowed_backorders_2", I'd like to add a BG Color to make it more clear. Regards

Bonjour, SVP, on peut bien configurer le text qui s'affiche des qu'un produit est en rupture du stock dans le BO Paramètres de la Boutique -> Config. Produit -> Stock des Produits -> "Étiquette pour produits en rupture de stock avec réassort autorisé". Mais ce n'est pas assez pour bien le faire évident aux clients, donc j'aimerai mettre un bg_color pour cette étiquette pour bien la mettre en évidence. Où est-ce que se trouve le tpl à modifier? Merci -
Hey guys, I am using the PS 1.7 version for a long time now and never had a single problem - but today everything crashed and I have no access to my Backoffice as well as my FO. But what happened: Prestashop 1-click-upgrader told me there was an update available. I put the shop in maintenance mode and started the upgrade...at the point where it wanted to update the database everything just stopped working. I waited 30 minutes but nothing happened and then the connection was canceled. After that I was still able to log-in into my backoffice (although it looked very messy and no modules were installed) and did a Rollback - successfully if I believe the screen. After a reload of the page the "HTTP error 500" message showed up and that´s it. No access to FO and BO. Please understand that I will not name my URL/shop here, because this is too shamefull and could risk my ecommerce business. The shops name is attached in the error log file which is ok (is it the error-log btw.?) What do you guys think happened? How can I restore everything? I didn´t do a database backup but have full access to my database which seems to run fine. I could share FTP and database login data in private and I am willed to reward the one who can fix the problem :-) Best regards and thank you in advance access.log.current

Bonjour à tous, Je viens de mettre en place une boutique pour une cliente via Prestashop 1.7 autoinstallée de base par l'hébergeur 1&1 sur un contrat unlimitedpro. Nous rencontrons quelques soucis majeurs aussi bien en Front qu'en BackOffice. Sur la partie Front-office, lorsque l'on change de page produit par exemple, l'on clique sur le numéro de page en bas et après le changement de page l'on ne remonte pas automatiquement en haut de page. Bug thème ou Presta, impossible de l'identifier mais surement un script qui s’exécute mal. Sur la partie backoffice, la est le plus problématique. Lorsqu'un client passe une commande, cette dernière s'enregistre bien sur le BO mais dans l'affichage de détail de la commande, l'on a des enregistrements de statut de commande à des dates antérieures en mode automatique, ainsi que pour les modes de livraison on cela l'enregistre deux fois, voir intègre même automatiquement un numéro de suivi, alors que dans le panier et sur le montant facturé au client le bon montant est payé par le client. Je vous joints deux images en attachement pour vous rendre compte du soucis. Le site est actuellement en 1.7.2.0, impossible de faire la mise à jour en 1.7.2.2 car la semaine passée cela à fait planter tout le site totalement à 24h de la mise en oeuvre. Bonjour, Je me permets de laisser un message car j'ai dupliqué des produits et j'ai bien changé les références mais en FO j'ai toujours la même référence du produit qui a été dupliqué... Je ne comprends pas pourquoi en FO la référence garde l'ancienne référence. Merci pour votre retour, Jonathan -
Bonjour, je suis avec 2 sites en multi-boutiques en PS 1.6.1.4, dernière version. avec un produit commun aux 2 boutiques, je m'en suis sorti sans aucun problèmes jusqu'à ce que les déclinaisons ne fonctionnent plus dans une des 2 boutiques. pour être plus clair: voici le même produit dans les 2 boutiques : ici celui-là fonctionne avec un thème appelé universel et ici celui-là est le même produit mais les déclinaisons ne sont pas là pourtant quand on ajoute au panier les déclinaisons par défaut s"y mettent bien. C'est le thème par défaut pour être sûr de moi (bootstrap). j'ai bien essayé plusieurs solutions depuis kks jours...ainsi que celle de Eolia qui propose de supprimer le bloc à facettes ici Merci d'avance, Ornot :) -
My Prestashop website is dead slow both back office and front office already it is VPS account and smart cache is enabled. It is taking almost more than 1minute to load. where customers dont liike the delay. Please any one help me. Thank in Advance.

Hola amigos! Resulta que en el FO de mi web aparecen las imágenes en forma de diapositiva grácias al módulo de "Diapositivas de imágenes para tu página web". Al ir a cambiar las que hay actualmente, que no son las de por defecto ya que las había cambiado ya anteriormente, resulta que no me aparece el módulo en el back office. Si lo busco por el nombre de "homeslider" me sale con el botón para instalar, pero al intentarlo me dice que ya está instalado. Alguien me puede echar una mano? soy muy novata en prestashop gracias!

A fresh install turned out bad, no idea where to start.. after install and renaming admin folder I'm just getting a blank BO and FO.. Then i set dev mode to true and i get this error .. Bonjour à la communauté ! J'ai un souci depuis 1 semaine : j'ai acheté un mac, et donc maintenant j'utilise MAMP au lieu de WAMP... je pensais que le changement allait être simple.. faux ! I'm configuring multistore on my shop. Have parked the 2nd domain and 3rd domain in control panel and pointed them to 1st domain. In front office it seems to work. When tapping my 2nd domain in Google I see my shop. So far so good. But in Backoffice (PS admin) I have a weird problem. When I want to switch configuration to 2nd or 3rd domain, it always redirects to the principal domain (default). So I cannot configure my derived stores. What did I do wrong in the config??

I have upgraded to the latest 1.6 version. At first i was impressed , because the front office looks better. However, All photos are resized and look really funny and doesnt fit the new frames. It looks really unprofessional. the option in image settings is too complicated i do not understand it. I would mention as well that i am a businessman not an IT guy this is why i use software like prestashop so i do not have to program things myself/, right?! Now the problem i experience as well is that every time i was trying to so something after a while i was kicked back to the login page...... , my host tech did something that is not happening that often but stll after i log in i can see stupid sign" access denied" and then everything else works ok. Is really Prestashop went so bad that they desperately need to force people to buy templates to make money, because clearly the template in 1.6 is not compatible with the previous one, i have so called "upgraded " my version and my shop looks really bad!!!!!!! I am ashamed to show it to my business associates, Can somebody fix it please???? Can i go back to the previous version please ? And the new one you can stick it somewhere where the light doest get to.!!!!!!! Look what the upgrade did to my website, it look shit!!!! Allo, So even though my website can send emails without issues (set up using SMTP in the Back office). Customer order emails etc are all sent fine, the test email from the BO is sent fine as well. However, when a customer tries to request a password using the 'forgot password' area, it returns an error and no email is sent, instead you are just left on the page with the following error;

Hello I need one help very urgent - hope some one can help me. I am using 1.4 pretashop and when I moved my site to another server no images are showing in front side and back office/admin too. in front and back its showing as attached "?" where is all images are showing on another server and localhost. We have checked and discussed with hosting and they checked and said everything is working. What i did. As there is more the 15000 products so we uploaded images via SSH from one server to another. DB size is 50MB so we uploaded via SSH I cleaned all old cache SEO URL made OFF and than ON Force to compile makde OFF and than ON Changed all image folders permission 777 Still not working So thought Regenerate thumbnails but its saying Cannot write no-picture image to (products) images folder. Please check the folder's writing permissionswh where is I have already changed persmision of img and other imgage folder to 777 Image link is not working properly and its redirection to 404.gif Can you please help me asap Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have a v1.5.2, with multishop enabled. I already applied the: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/commit/d8c129f11341afccd046981c91a980164f3b1e14 Re-built the intire index, All products are indexed (2008/2008) The search table has over 1,5 million rows. The thing is that when i try searching for some products in front office, they don't show up. They are in the catalog. But search can't find them even after i checked they have the option to appear in both (catalog and search). Can someone help? Thanks -
Two of our website's are created with PrestaShop, Both use the same template (http://www.templatemonster.com/prestashop-themes/39286.html (Support PrestaShop up to version 1.4.7.x) Website specifications ------------------------------ Adeko http://www.adeko.nl/ PrestaShop versie : 1.4.7.3 ------------------------------ Directdrukken http://www.directdrukken.nl/ PrestaShop 1.4.7.0 ------------------------------ The probleem we're having is with our website Adeko (http://www.adeko.nl/). The product image is not showing in the FO at the productpage (or the productlist page), In the BO they show up fine. The website has worked properly but since a month or three it's giving us this problem. Our other website (DirectDrukken) doesn't have this problem and after comparing the template files from both website's we still haven't found a solution to our problem. Twee van onze website zijn gebouwd in Prestashop, Allebei hebben ze dezelfde template (http://www.templatem...emes/39286.html (Ondersteund PrestaShop versie 1.4.7.x )) Een overzicht van de specificaties van de 2 websites: ------------------------------ Adeko http://www.adeko.nl/ PrestaShop versie : 1.4.7.3 ------------------------------ Directdrukken http://www.directdrukken.nl/ PrestaShop 1.4.7.0 ------------------------------ Het probleem waar we tegen aanlopen is bij de website van Adeko (http://www.adeko.nl/). De product afbeelding wordt niet getoond aan de Front Office van de product pagina (of producten overzicht pagina), Terwijl deze wel getoond worden in de Back Office. De website heeft wel goed gewerkt maar heeft sinds een maand of drie dit probleem. Bij de andere website (DirectDrukken) is er niets aan de hand en bij het vergelijken van de templatebestanden is er niets gevonden wat mogelijk de oorzaak kan zijn. Dear Readers, I got a issue with my cms pages after the upgrade to 1.5.1. It seems that i can't edit the cms pages anymore in the back office they give me a white screen. When i add a new one it doesn't fill in the friendly url etc after saving and when i try to edit those i get a white screen again. In the front office all my cms pages give me a 404 error. I searched arround the forums and came to a conclusion that many people here got the same problem or something wich looks like it so i gues it's a pretty big issue and needs a fix inmiddiatly since i can't run my shop now and this is costs me money everyday. Bonjour, J'ai changé une traduction dans un des modules que j'avais (pour le paiement par chèque), et après avoir sauvegardé, 80% de mes traductions de blocs se sont effacées... J'ai trouvé des solutions qui datent de 2009 donc je voudrais avoir un avis un peu plus à jour des versions d'aujourd'hui : savez-vous à quoi cela est du? Comment faire pour réimporter les traductions (j'espère ne pas avoir à tout retraduire? ) et surtout comment faire pour que cela ne se produise plus? J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider. D'avance merci bcp!
