Bonjour à tous, Je sollicite votre aide car je rencontre un problème avec mon site e-commerce développé sous PrestaShop. Depuis 2 jours, mon site affiche une erreur 503 et je n'ai plus accès au back end. Voici le message d'erreur qui s'affiche lorsque j'essaie d'accéder à l'administration du site : "Erreur 503 Backend fetch failed Backend fetch failed Guru Meditation: XID: 887461006 Varnish cache server" Cette situation est survenue après avoir effectué des mises à jour de modules. Auriez-vous des conseils ou des connaissances à partager pour m'aider à résoudre ce problème ? Je vous remercie par avance pour votre précieuse collaboration. Cordialement.

Buenos dias. He creado un CSV con unos 7000 productos. El problema es que cuando lo subo el CSV y comienza la importación al poco rato da un "Error 503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later." He probado a actulizar a la ultima version estable de la 1.6 (1.6.1.18) pero el problema sigue igual. El caso es que en ocasiones me deja importar hasta unos 800 productos y otras veces sale el error sobre los 300. He borrado la cache de prestashop y tengo desactivada la opcion de Geolocalizacion por IP que he leido por ahí que podria venir por aqui el problema. Os ha pasado a alguien? Alguna idea de lo que puede ser.

There is a lot of combinations, because power can be from +8,00 to -10,00, then astigmatism can be -0,75, -1,25, -1,75 or -2,25 and also axis can be from 10 to 180. Presta shop will not handle it. Won't generate, won't save, nothing. When I close the product and I am trying to open again there is an error. [500] HTTP ERROR 500 or [503] Service Temporarily Unavailable. Try again later. I have tried to contact with our service team, but they said, there is nothing wrong with the website. So where is the problem? Does PrestaShop have the limit of combinations for one product? I tried to separate contact lenses for + power and - power, but that does not change anything. Is there an addition/plug anything I can pay for, dowlnoad and add every combinations that I want? Ahoj, včera jsem updatoval e-shop pomocí 1-click-upgrade na 1.5.4.1. Obchod jsem vypnul a hodil tam svoji IP, abych měl přístup do front office. Celý den jsem nastavoval a ladil, teď večer jsem to chtěl spustit a bohužel tlačítko pro zapnutí eshopu v nastavení není (přikládám obrázek). Administrace (back office) i front office (pouze pro mou IP) funguje v pohodě. Zkoušel jsem tam zajít přes stránku proxy a ta obchod neukáže a hlásí chybu 503 server overloaded. Taky jsem prováděl akce v databázi pro smazání testovacích objednávek. Nevíte co s tím? Díky moc
