Hi, I need to receive an email notification whenever a customer creates a new order. This to help me react quickly after a customer ordered something. Hi, just to know if the prestashop 1.5.6.0 has the option I can enable to receive the email notification by prestashop when the user make registration. something like mail alert but for new customer. Or if there are module that can do this. Thanks a lot.

Hello, When I place an order and get the payment done, I should, as customer-tester, get a confirmation via email. However, even though I get a merchant mail notification, nothing happens at the customer level. I did configure email and send a test email and it works. I also checked the spam inbox, etc, but no email was sent anyway. So, would it be possible to have any insights on how to get the right configuration so that customers can receive email notification when order is placed? Thank you

Hi, I have a problem with not getting any notification email of a new registration. However, my new order notification email works just fine. I've done this points below to ensure thing to work correctly: 1. In BO, on tab Administratrion > Preferences > Show Notifications for New Customers = CHECKED 2. in BO, on tab Advanced Parameters > E-mail > Send test email = I got this email Is there any other setting of email field that I should fill? Hi, When I change order status from "Payment received" to "Shipped" an email notification is sent to the customer. I know that I can edit this message in root/mails/language/shipped.txt, but how to configure this notification mail so that it is not sent anymore. Thanks in advance for any help! Regards Jena

I guess it should be within the OrderReturnController.php inside the last IF statement that validates the return.. but i just need the mailing function..( static one, means email address and 2 words body are written in code) Thanks for any help !

Hi everybody, I have been running Presta shop for over 8 months now for a charity to sell little things to try and raise some money for them. We get a sale once a month, sometimes in 2 months and so far only 3 messages through the Customer Service area. The issue is that the shop is not emailing me (or anybody) to let me know that somebody has submitted a question. Is there anyway that the shop can email me to say that somebody has posted a question or forward me the question? The last person who submitted a question did so 5 days before I logged in to see it. As we get so little sales I can't really log in every night to see if somebody has posted one since we get so few sales. If anybody knows of a plugin or setting I can change, I would be very grateful if you could let me know. If though it can't be done, please let me know how you guys deal with it even if it is that you do log in each day to see if anybody has left a message. Hello there ... Ive fresh installed 1.5.6.1.. The problem is that: Customers is receiving emails but it goes empty! The weird is the email test goes ok, but all others (Password recovery, order confirmation etc..) goes empty.. without text; I saw that email test is text-type and all others html-type... what is the problem?

Hello, i would like to ask if anyone knows how can i embed an image inside the email notification that goes to the customer when he places an order. Exactly how it is with the shop logo. Can this be done? I want to embed actually a small image with link to our facebook page. I did this with html and directing to load the image from the web but it is not so efficient since a lot of email clients ask first for permission to load external images. Any answer is welcomed.
