Hola, gracias de antemano por su ayuda. Tengo mi tienda en prestashop 1.7.7.0 y he configurado las alertas por correo electrónico, pero no llega ningún mail de pedidos, cambio de estado, nueva cuenta y tampoco los emails a clientes. El módulo instalado de alertas está en la versión v2.2.1. La página la pueden ver en mobilecenter.es Alguien me podría decir si tengo que configurar algo adicional por favor. Saludos.

Hello, I have a minor problem. Due to a failure on the mail server side, notifications of new orders could not be sent. The mail server crash has been fixed and I thought that I would simply be able to manually resend the e-mail to seller about new orders, but I don't see this option anywhere. How do I resend e-mail with a new order notification to the seller? Can anyone tell me what code and where to add, so as to add a button on the order card to resend the notification to the seller for a given order? I have: PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.5 ps_emailalerts v2.1.1 Regards.

Bonjour, sur une prestashop 1.5.2.0 (hébergement OVH mutualisé) j'utilise le module "Alertes e-mail" pour m'avertir d'une nouvelle commande. Je reçois les notifications de façon aléatoire (en gros une commande sur deux ou sur trois ...) Une idée ? Une piste pour trouver le problème ? Merci à tous

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con el módulo de "Redsys" y "Mail Alerts". Cuando un cliente quiere hace un pago con el Redsys y al final el pago se cancela, el módulo Mail alerts manda un correo conforme hay un "New Order". Y solo debería enviarlo cuando el pago se realiza con éxito y no al contrario. Tambien es verdad que a continuación manda un correo indicando el pago rechazado, pero yo no quiero que haga eso. Solo quiero que mande el correo cuando el pago ha sido aceptado. Un saludo

Hi, just to know if the prestashop 1.5.6.0 has the option I can enable to receive the email notification by prestashop when the user make registration. something like mail alert but for new customer. Or if there are module that can do this. Thanks a lot.

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to notify the prestashop store owner by email when a customer abandons their order. Is this possible? I have a client who doesn't want to keep logging in to see if there have been any abandoned orders and would prefer an email alert containing the abandoned order details and registered customer details. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a problem with prestashop sending multiple order confirmations the the client. For example I get one that the order is confirmed then i get one with the invoice attachment. Then i get another email in the same order. also i get forwarded email from the clients personal email with the same order confirmed and invoice. Un return Db::getInstance(_PS_USE_SQL_SLAVE_)->getall(' pourrait faire l'affaire ? Le retour doit se faire dans un tableau non ? How do I disable the email a customer gets telling them an item is back in stock? I'm using PrestaShop 1.4.3 with the Mail Alert 2.2 module. One of my customers keeps receiving an email from us notifying her that an item is back in stock. Apparently she utilized the Product Availability tool to be notified when an item was back in stock. She purchased the item from us after it came back in stock, but is still getting the emails that it's back in stock. I've looked everywhere in the Back End and can't find anyplace to turn off the notification. Any idea where it is in the database? I don't want to turn off the entire Product Availability module, just remove fix the one for one product and one customer. Any help would be much appreciated.
