After upgrade to Prestashop 1.7.5 The company’s address disappeared from the pdf invoice How can I return it to the first column of the invoice under the logo? Many thanks

Hi, I created a product with 15 combinations each of them have impact on price, then I upgraded my shop to the latest 1.7.5 and I found in my front shop the product still there with all combinations and correct prices, but in the admin dashboard they just disappeared, I tried to rollback to 1.7.4.4 they appeared then upgraded again to 1.7.5 and they disappeared again, now I am afraid to continue using prestashop without solving this other wise I might lose similar data with future upgrades.. any solutions? PS1: I use the default theme

It's now the second time my shopping cart has disappeared, the first time it was in the ver. 1.7.2.3 and I could not get it back and could not remember all the changes I had made so I made a complete reinstallation this time with ver. 1.7.2.4 and now the same thing had happened! I would love to have it back - can anyone help me? I'm missing the Cart on the front page and there is no "Add to cart" on the product pages! This is my first attempt with Prestashop and I'm really not impressed, the error with the cart comes after approx. 1.5-2 days in the shop setup and you have already spent 10-15 hours of work on the shop and then the most important item in an internet store disappears - I really hope that it's an error I've made. I have installed prestashop and I have configured it. Now to start introducing products, I have erased all the categories that were in series and I have started to create new ones. Now I do not see the category menu. I have the default theme. And if I put a custom if they appear. For what is this? What I can do?

Hello, I use prestashop 1.7.3 I've been trying to configure slide captcha module. It required inserting one line of code to contact-form.tpl in default theme. It didn't work so I reversed all changes (removed the line from the code). However, after all this (and obviously clearing cache and so on) the send button completely disappeared. It is somehow possible to send a message by placing your cursos on email field and pressing enter, but would be much better to have regular send button. Hello All, Recently I observed that in my Prestashop 1.5.6 version TinyMCE disappeared in all Products, Categories and CMS modules. Screen shot attached and below is the error I get in debug mode. I have not done any changes since a long time, but I don't know why. I have done all research as defined in previous topics but none has helped. website: www.commonsealstore.com In my website, where earlier on mouse hover home page products 'Add to Cart' & 'More' button were used to display, now all of a sudden they are disappeared. None of the product contains attribute. I tried to open the website in chrome as well FF and IE but none of them showed these two buttons. Please help.

Hi, I was editing my categories (adding descriptions, embedding a video). I then clicked 'SAVE'. Next thing I know, I try to access my front end only to be greeted by 'INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500'. I cannot no longer access my front page. I can access the back office, and see that all my categories that I worked hard on (and uploaded numerous products to) have disappeared! Hey guys, SITE URL: Removed. I created & uploaded a theme with http://www.presta-theme-maker.com/ With this theme my product comments module doesn't seem to work. I definitely need this to work! The website states that product comments will work after I upload the template. Also, when I installed the template there was an option to DISABLE PRODUCT COMMENTS. I unchecked the box so that the module product comments WOULD NOT be disabled. Any help is much much much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi, I really hope there is someone who can help me here. Column / menu on the right side are suddenly disappeared from the front page - all other pages is OK. Is there a clever person who will look at this page www.shopnsave.dk - I've attached a picture so you can see how it is about to look.

The strangest thing happened this morning after updating a product's description as I've been doing on a daily basis and without any problems. All products disappeared from both front and back end, they're simply gone and no where to be found. After updating a product's descripion, basically changing a "no" to a "yes", I received the following error message; "an error occurred while updating object product". At this point, all products are no longer visible although everything else in my BO seems to be ok. Not 100% sure of the version I'm using but I think it's 1.1 in case that matters. So I don't think that paying Hostgator another 15$ for restoring the site is the solution because the problem actually needs to be resolved but I have absolutely no idea what's causing it. BTW, I have another site (for the International market) with the exact same products and I just tried updating the same product's description and did so without any issues, so I'm 100% sure that the actual description is not the cause. Any help, input or suggestions is appreciated!
