Hello everyone, I tried also in default demo prestashop https://demo.prestashop.com/#/en/front after adding all the products (present in the shop) in the cart, it starts to takes 1 second to cart. my store use the same address to add the product: https://www.ingrossoborseonline.com/en/cart payload: token=bea08fe764c68f00006704d68eb4e1dd&id_product=6915&id_customization=0&group%5B2%5D=26&qty=1&add=1&action=update time (after 150 models added in cart): 5.49 seconds demo store after added all the products present in that store: https://probable-look.demo.prestashop.com/en/cart payload: token=5b2196eed6915b6edb57327708e63eb8&id_product=3&id_customization=0&group%5B3%5D=19&qty=1&add=1&action=update time: 1.02 seconds Why i am saying these things? Is there a fix for that please? -
Hello, I noticed that the Demo shop online has a slightly wider layout than the Classic theme. I spent a lot of time analyzing the differences but cant find it. Does anyone know to make the Classic theme a bit wider? Thank you! Regards, Fem

Bonjour à tous, J'ai installé Prestashop 1.7.5 sur apache et il est impossible de désactiver le mode démo. Rien ne se passe quand je clique. Ainsi que le lien "quitter le tutoriel". J'ai tenté de passer en php 7.3, 7.2,7.1,5... rien ne change. Du coup le soft est inutilisable... Merci pour votre retour d'expérience.

ciao a tutti sarà perché è sabato e sono cotto, ma ho installato prestashop su un nuovo sito , e mi ha installato anche tutti i dati di demo ordini categorie e prodotti ho cercato in giro ma non trovo un semplice modo per cancellare e avere un database pulito prestashop 1.7.3 mi potete aiutare per cortesia grazie mille Ilario

Cómo se pueden quitar los clientes de ejemplo, pedidos, etc para la version 1.7.4??? No hay forma de encontrar el prestashop cleaner. Gracias -
Hallo, ich suche ein Modul. Leider habe ich bei meiner suche im Shop nichts gefunden, vielleicht kennt das ja einer von euch. Produktseite, rechts steht der Preis und da sind die Kombinationsmöglichkeiten angegeben. Bei einem Modul das ich nun nicht mehr finde, waren darunter noch die Angaben mit welcher Version das Kompatibel ist, man konnte einen Demolink angeben und man konnte angeben von welchem anderen Modul das Downloadprodukt abhängig ist. So oder so ähnlich habe ich das in Erinnerung. Habe aber nun schon wieder 4 Std. mit suchen verbracht und finde das ding nicht mehr Kennt einer von euch solch ein Modul und kann mir nen Link dazu geben? Vielen Dank im Voraus MfG -
Boa noite, estou começando uma loja virtual porém ela irá funcionar como uma versão demo para que o cliente veja, fiz a criação do perfil de demonstração, gostaria de saber se é possível remover a barra que fica no topo para o perfil demo (ver imagem), onde aparece para poder ativar a loja como "modo demonstração", para que não seja exibido para o cliente e sempre a loja está em modo demonstrativo. Buenas a todos. Muy seguramente parezca que es una respuesta obvia, solo es entrar al back office y en el botón del demo desactivar dichos datos, sin embargo mi problema es que uno de mis empleados, para no pedir permisos del host y una serie de cosas, instalo prestashop de una manera que desconozco, a pesar de que funciona de manera correcta y la tienda ya esta montada y casi 100% funcional (www.smartyteck.com), dicho botón simplemente no existe, no esta en ninguna parte del back office intente recurrir al modulo que limpia los datos, pero no puedo activar todas esas funciones por que ya tengo el catalogo montado, y tampoco tiene nada que ver con el catalogo. Si me pueden ayudar a borrar los datos desde los archivos mismos del back office se los agradecería, adjunto dos imágenes de mi inicio del back office para mostrar que el botón no aparece.

Bonjour, Je viens d'installer Prestashop mais je vois que les produits de démo ont été installés par défaut. Dans votre documentation il est marqué ceci : Sauf que l'option a coché n'apparait à aucun moment pendant l'installation... On ne peut pas installer Prestashop sans ces produits de démo ?! Merci

I am trying to go from the demo to build a new PrestaShop. But even after using the PrestaShop Cleaner module function, switching off the "demo" slider on the dashboard, I still get the old "fashion" demo items. It is on the top banner and the marquise. My actual product is placed between the demo items under "New" and "Popular". How do I get rid of the demo items and start with a clean database? I've used the PrestaShop Cleaner several times but it does not get rid of it.

Witam, potrzebuję wyczyścić statystyki sklepu przed otwarciem. W wersji 1.5 była opcja auto-czyszczenia, w dokumentacji 1.6 też o niej wspomniano, ale niestety nie potrafię (i chyba nie ja jedyny) jej znaleźć. Jest na to jakiś sposób?

Salve, abbiamo cercato di capirlo da noi, ma non l'abbiamo trovato scritto da nessuna parte, ci interesserebbe sapere se la DEMO nella Home page di Prestashop che si vede è la versione 1.6.x e se è la versione Base oppure è stata personalizzata e "abbellita" con moduli extra. Hi there, We deleted the demo products, but we've noticed on live orders we are having these deleted items randomly added to live orders? Someone for example ordered some dog food, and somehow they managed to order two dresses (the demo items) that we deleted before we started up the shop! Please see attached screenshots. I've even tried removing the items from the order but there is one demo item that will not budge. Also, the order was today, but it has added a demo carrier charge from April. Incredibly random and bizarre bug. Thanks -
Ok, I have been trying everything.... clearing cache, turning cache off, etc. But no matter what I cannot get the slider to be on the same level as the two smaller stacked images like the demo shows. I have tried the theme configuator and tried to hook it to top, home, left, right, etc. In the Module > Position I have tried to have the slider hooked into all different positions, I have moved the theme configuator up and down..... I get a lot of messed up looks but nothing close to the demo. In one test I had the image hooked to home with the theme configuator above the popular selling block yet the images showed down by the footer and were made very small... despite the face that the footer hook had neither the home slider and/or theme configuator hooked to it. Can someone please make a step by step guide how to set up the theme configuator and home slider to get the our custom images to appear like the demo? What sizes are needed? What spot in Module > Positions do the various modules need to be in? Why isn't this working? For what it is worth my site is: www.swcoins.com (I have both mods turned off as this is a live site and with them turned on I get all kinds of messed up looks). Much thanks!

Hi, I was looking for my PrestaShop Demo and I saw a SHOP BY option when a I select iPods category but I am not able to create this same option in my categories... So how I could create a "shop by" option in my category like ipods demo category? Where is this options? Tks Thomps -

Hi, Why PrestaShop demo store is not updated to latest version 1.5.6.0? Demo is still 1.5.4.1, while new version was released more than a month ago on October 07. Considering it takes only 15 minutes to upgrade production shop using 1-click autoupdate plugin... Besides new BO has some significant changes from previous version. -
Hola! Haze poco he hecho una nueva instalación de prestahsiop 1.5.4 y cuando hago todo el proceso no me sale la opción de instalarlo sin productos demo como si que pasava en las versiones anteriores. Hay la posiblidad de hacerlo? O de una vez instalado borrar toda la información demo? Muchas gracias!! -
Bonjour, Comment faire pour ne pas Installer les produits de démo lors de l'installation de la version prestashop_1.5.4.0 avec la version prestashop_1.5.2.0 pas de probleme, il y avait la possibilité de choisir d'installer les démo ou pas ! Bonjour , Je suis sur le point d'acheter le thème minimal http://addons.prestashop.com/fr/themes-prestashop/5410-minimal-.html et je m'aperçois que sur la démo, quelques points cruciales tels que : le choix des tailles, des couleurs n'apparaissent pas sur les fiches produits. J'ai tenté de joindre le développeur sans succès. Si l'un de vous a déjà acheter ce thème, pouvez vous m'indiquer si ces paramètres sont réglable. Si oui comment? D'autre part est-il possible de retirer le système de point de fidélité? J'aimerais aussi utiliser l'emplacement du nom de la catégorie pour y mettre une bannière, est-ce possible? Si oui, comment ? Si vous avez réalisé votre boutique à l'aide de ce thème, j'aimerais avoir vos avis et pourquoi pas en voir le résultat. En espérant que vous puissiez m'aider! C'est assez urgent ! Merci d'avance.

Buenas tardes, estoy haciendo una instalación de la última versión de Prestashop, la 1.5.0.17 que la descargué ayer de la página oficial, y si la instalo sin los productos de demostración todo funciona perfecto, el problema "comienza y termina" que si marco la opción de instalar productos de demostración, siempre se corta la instalación en el 75% con el siguiente error Install demonstration data An error occured during installation... El tema de los permisos esta correcto y sin los productos de demostración funciona perfectamente. ¿Alguna solución? Porque a parte una vez instalado ¿no hay ninguna manera de incorporarle unos productos sin tener que ser manualmente? Un saludo, Paz y Amor. -
