Hi! As the title suggests, I would like to allow customers to only put one product per category into the shopping cart. If a customer tries to add a second article of the same category to the shopping cart, there should be a (customizeable and translateable) popup-message, which notifies the customer about this limitation. In the backend I'd like to set to which categories this rule should apply to (it should not apply to all!) Does anything like that already exist? (I can see that there are modules out there, which for example limit the quantity per customer group.) Otherwise: Anyone willing to provide me with a proper solution, I can spare a few bucks …

There is no way to override the validation regex mask provided in the src/Core/Domain/Customer/ValueObject/FistName.php and src/Core/Domain/Customer/ValueObject/lastName.php files. Or for any ValueObject ? Some people advised to alter those files : but, it's not a good idea because changes could be overwrited in case of core update. Instead of that, the validation process should use the Validate::isCustomerName() function to check is the field is valid or not. Hello, I have gotten a task from my boss to help a customer on his PrestaShop. The current problem I have encountered is that I get the wrong price to the different customers and have gotten to hold after hours of searching, trial, and error, with no success. I have asked my colleagues for help and they are at a blank too ( just to notice I'm an apprentice/intern ) For example, when not logged in the normal price is shown and then there is the discount product which is correctly shown images are in danish When logged in I get instead 10% on the same product It's meant to take the best discount 600.00 DKK but is instead taking 10% for the member discount. I have found some articles from 2014 where they override the standard code to get a discount, but think there should have been an easy way inside the back panel to do it easily. The rules for the product are like Hope there is some already built function, so I don't need to spend much more time getting the right product, I like to code but the customer is paying by the hour.

Hi! I have encountered the following problem: I have a customer group in which customers get a 10% discount on their order. I created a cart rule that gives a 10% discount on all products. Is there a way to prevent users in the customer group from getting the second 10% discount? Because currently they have 20% discount in total. I could not find a way to prevent this in the cart rules settings page. PrestaShop 1.7.6.5

Customer gets the message "This item is unable to be returned" when requesting a return. Merchandise Returns are "enabled". The item is withing the 30 day window. The order also has the status "SHIPPED". Prestashop 1.7.4, php 7.3

Is there any way possible to block an email address in the back office? Let's say you're getting nasty messages from a visitor who does not register, plus the email is a random address that cannot be tracked... Is there a way to just prevent this person from contacting again through the back office... exactly like blocking an email address in gmail.

I have a Book list module where clients can upload the type of book they want. and admin will map the books according to the product.My only problem occurs when i try to create a cart for the customer using their id . but on login the cart is not displayed on the users side. Dear community, i am trying to run some PHP Code after a new customer successfully created an account in our onlineshop. my question is where to insert this PHP? i assume the best way is to write a module which calls the CustomerAccountAdd Hook ? (And how does the Code has to Look like) And the PHP Code or rather the Module itself should get triggered whenever a new account gets successfully registered. Is this automatically happening or do i have to tell the CustomerAccountAdd Hook That it always runs the module after an account was successfully created? *Edit In this module i need to access the Email of the recently created account and Save as PHP var I would be very glad if someone could help me out. ¡Hola a todos! Veréis, tengo un problema al registrar un nuevo cliente desde mi Back Office de PrestaShop. Al rellenar todos los datos, me devuelve la siguiente excepción: Se ha producido un error inesperado. [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Customer\Exception\CustomerException código 0] Este error se muestra tanto rellenando los campos obligatorios y dejando vacíos los campos opcionales, como rellenando todos los campos del cliente. Hice unas modificaciones hace unos meses para cambiar el campo siret y reemplazarlo por el DNI, modificando la clase Validate.php para que el algoritmo de comprobación no pusiera problemas. También traduje las palabras desde el traductor del Back Office para que mostrara DNI. Comento esto por si tuviera algo que ver con mi problema, ya que es lo único que he modificado. Por otra parte, he hecho una instalación limpia de PS en local y este error no ocurre. Tampoco quiero actualizar la versión de PS si no es extrictamente necesario, ya que he hecho ciertos cambios en el core y al actualizar estos se perderían. Si alguien sabe como podría solucionar esto, se lo agradecería mucho. Gracias y un saludo.
