Bonjour à tous 🙂 Je recherche un module qui me permettrait de proposer du paiement en plusieurs fois ( en plus de 4 fois), j'ai vue que certain proposaient le paiement en Nfois ( par abonnement ) comme le crédit agricole, payzen ou Stripe. En connaissez-vous d'autre ? Que me conseillez-vous? ( je vais résilier mon contrat avec le crédit agricole et me faire rembourser le module car il y 0 assistance technique, le module fonctionne à moitié ) Je vous remercie infiniment de votre aide -

Bonjour, J'aimerai ajouter une méthodes de paiement par un crédit bancaire, ou on peut avoir une page de simulation de crédit, et la durée de paiement, avec le choix de la banque, le salaire, ..etc. Est ce qu'il y a un module qui fait ça? Ou si ça nécessite un développement spécifique, quelqu'un peut me donner le coup de démarrage, je suis développeur mais nul en prestashop, Merci -

Hello guys, This is my first post in this forum. So, i have a question. In the country i wanna start my e-shop noone use Credit slips, so I want to totaly remove the Credit Slip funcionalty/module of my Presta Shop 1.6.1.17. I don't want to remove it just from the theme, i just want to stop this anoying function. Is it any way to do it? Thanks in advance. -
URGENT! We need to place credit card logos + logo for our payment service (that links to their page) and we cant find where to do it. The two existing modules that we found (Product payment logos block and Payment logos block) are not giving us the option to put 5 card logos + payment service logo with a link. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I want to know if there are any modules through which I can provide voucher codes to customers for a particular amount in case they receive broken products or if I can add the amount to their registered accounts which can be used by them in the future to procure other products. Let me know of any such modules, preferably free as I can bring back customers to my website.

Hi, I've an older install of Prestashop (1.4.8). When i create a credit for a customer of mine it results in a voucher being created and my customer is receiving a voucher-is-created-email. Are there any of you with this same issue. PS: upgrading is NO solution! Thanks, Eric -

I have an account with First Data, installed and configured the First Data Module, and entered my credit card info at checkout. When I hit the "validate order" button, my credit card info is cleared, and nothing is submitted to the payment gateway. The following is appended to the url: ?step=3&cgv=1&firstdataError=#firstdata-anchor I called First Data's support line to make sure I was doing everything correctly. They went so far as to successfully submit a test transaction with all my credentials. I found this topic of the same issue, but it's zero help. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/265447-problems-whit-firsdata-gateway-module/ Just like that topic, First Data claimed it's a PrestaShop problem. I understand that thousands are using this module with no issue, so is there a scenario where a unrelated parameter is interfering? -
Ciao a tutti, ho cercato tramite la barra di ricerca del forum e non ho trovato discussioni che riguardano il problema "Il mio credito scivola". Ho un ecommerce con prestashop e ho comprato uno dei moduli di addons.prestashop ( http://addons.prestashop.com/demo/FO5730.html ) Siccome l'ecommerce sarà prevalentemente in lingua italiana mi chiedevo come si fa a rimuovere quell'orribile scritta Il mio credito scivola dal footer. Ho provato sul back office tramite Localizzazione > Traduzioni ma non trovo dove si possa cambiare. Voi sapete aiutarmi? Grazie mille!

Hallo Leute! Ich brauche mal Hilfe bei folgendem Problem: Ich habe in meinem Shop Warenrücksendungen aktiviert. Funktioniert soweit auch ganz gut bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme: Wenn ich für den zurück genommenen Artikel eine Gutschrift erstelle wird eine merkwürdige Email an den Kunden versandt die nicht im geringsten etwas mit der Vorlage "credit_slip" zu tun hat. Die Option "Gutschein erstellen" jedoch funktioniert einwandfrei. Die zwei angehängten Bilder zeigen einmal die Vorlage aus dem Menü "Übersetzungen" und einmal was tatsächlich ankommt. Die versendete Email kann ich in dieser Form auch nirgendwo im Ordner /mails/de finden. Ganz schön kurios... Folgendes Experiment habe ich durchgeführt: Ich habe mal zum Test einen weiteren Bestellstatus hinzugefügt und auch hier ausgewählt dass der Kunde daraufhin eine E-Mail mit der Vorlage "credit_slip" bekommt. In der Vorschau im BackOffice wird dann auch das korrekte Template angezeit wenn ich auf das kleine Auge neben der Emailvorlage klicke, aber letzten Endes kommt der selbe Email Müll beim Kunden an wie auch bei dem eigentlichen "Gutschrift erstellen" Vorgang Folgende Lösungen habe ich bereits versucht: Ich habe den kompletten Mails Ordner aus der unberührten aktuellsten PS Version auf den Server kopiert. Ich habe bei den Übersetzungen kleine Modifikationen am Template durchgeführt und dann neu abgespeichert um evtl. der Datenbank zu sagen: "Hey, guck mal diese Vorlage hat sich geändert. Registriere das mal bitte und versende zukünftig diese neue Version von "credit_slip" alle Caches gelöscht und ausgeschaltet einziges Fremdmodul "germanext" deaktiviert Hatt alles nichts gebracht :-( Mein Shop: Aktuellste PS Version 1.5.5.0 -> letzter Upgrade von 1.5.4.1 ->Ursprungsversion irgendeine frühe 1.4. Frage: Falls nicht sowieso schon jemand eine Idee hat, wo wird definiert wann welche Email Vorlage versendet wird? steht das in irgendeiner Datenbank Tabelle oder kann ich das in irgendeiner .php Datei nachschauen?

Bonjour j'ai un soucis avec le paiement bancaire. j'ai un module carte bancaire + E transaction (crédit agricole) Lorsqu'on valide une commande, je perds tous les produits dans le back Office. Pourtant le paiement passe bien etc ... Je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir ce qu'a commandé le client. Auriez vous une idée d'où ça pourrait venir ? Par ailleurs, l'email automatique de commande ne part pas. il semble qu'il y ai un soucis de liaison avec prestashop juste aprés le paiement. Hi, I am trying out the Prestashop 1.5.0.15 version. I am trying the RMA features and have a question. When I return products from the front office, and accept the return from the back office, I get a credit slip. But the store credit isn't applied automatically on my next purchase and I can't even see an option of using it. Can anyone tell me how to use the credit please?

Hej folkens, I en shop på 1.4.7.0 er der på mystisk vis ordrer, som består af en betalt vare og en betalt fragt, som jeg ikke kan kreditere. De små felter til kreditering og godtgørelse af fragt er simpelthen væk! Er der nogen af jer gode folk, som kender sådan en situation - og en evt. forklaring/rettelse?
