Avant de valider son panier, le client doit pouvoir indiquer un mail de contact spécifiquement pour cette commande, qui recevra les notifications du processus de commande. Hello. I think... when the owner sent the message from contact form to another employee by the admin panel (Customer Service), normally the message was sent only to that employee. But In my client's store, the message which is sent to their employee was sent to the customer (who send message at first by the contact form) also. Normally it doesn't happen, but only once (maybe... I hope it was only once...) , that thing happened. They didn't use mailer, they used the Admin Panel always to send customer's messages. We can't understand why or how it happened but we afraid that the same thing will happen sometimes... Is there someone who knows the case like that...? Thank you in advance.

Hi guys, I've just found ther's a problem changing Shop Contacts information in Menu > Preferences. I installed PrestaShop for a client using my own email address, but now that I need to change email information for newsletters, it doesn't work. I changed the email and saved. It appears the normal green successful message, but when I exit or reload the page, the email set is still the old one. Newsletters arrive from my own email address. Please can you help me fix this problem? Thank you!! Franz

Hello, This is my first time using prestashop and I've been experiencing several problems. I've gone through the user guide but cannot find the answers to my questions. We've just launched our online shop however when adding products to the cart it is not possible to check out. When clicking the button, the page keeps redirecting until a message error from the browser appears saying it is not possible to reach the page. The same happens with our contact form. I've gone through all the modules and configured the contact information but it just doesn't work. I asked the theme author and they answered: "About your redirecting problem, this has nothing to do with the theme, and the problem is most probably wrong configuration of Friendly SEO url's or htaccess or cache." I don't know how to change the configuration of Friendly SEO urls or htaccess in order to make things work. Also I do not know how to configure credit card payment, and where to introduce our company details in order to receive payments. Thank you for your time and help.
