  1. Hallo I have a problem with my gzip compression.  I have activated the Apache optimization most of my files are compressed but the .css and .js files in Themes/assets/cache are not compressed. Thats why i get very bad google speed ranking same for other speed checks.   2. Bonjour à tous ! Je viens vous voir car je galère avec mes images. A priori prestablog/shop réalise une compression de mes images mais elles sont encore trop lourdes d'après pagespeed. Est que quelqu'un pourrait me donner la méthode à suivre pour partir d'une image de 1000*1000 par exemple et la réduire pour que ma page charge plus vite? Est ce qu'il faut que je joue plutôt à la source avec un Photoshop ou un compresseur ou bien j'ai des set ups à modifier dans Prestashop (parce qu'il ne fait pas bien le travail en fait). Merci !

Bonjour, J'ai un soucis, je constate que Prestashop compresse mes images et les re-size (en respectant ses différents format comme large, miniatures etc) Hors, j'ai un theme personnalisé qui attend des images de tailles différentes définie par le fichier lui même. Ma question est: Comment empécher Prestashop de toucher aux photos que j'associes aux produits ? Merci,

  5. Hi I tested on www.gtmetrix.com my customers shop to optimize in speed. Most of the problems I could solve. But I have one strange gzip issue. Maybe someone of you could help me to solve this strange thing. This is gtmetrix.com feedback for gzip: Enable compression for the following resources to reduce their transfer size by 20.6KiB (79% reduction). Compressing https://www.casadeltequila.ch/gin/1261-gin-adler-berlin-dry-gin-kpm-edition-100cl-47.html?ajax=true&hook_0=hookdisplayTop%7C80&nocache=1511123698256 could save 20.6KiB (79% reduction).   8. Hey guys! I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.13 on a subdomain(shop.ambiflux.com). I tried to modify my htaccess with every code that I have found on the previous posts about the GZIP but no results yet. On my main domain, the compression is enabled. I contacted my host and they told me there has to be something wrong with my Prestashop. Any suggestions what should I do to fix it?   13. Hello la communauté Presta ! Une question me taraude l'esprit depuis le début de l'année, à savoir la compression des images par Presta. Je n'ai pas trouvé réponse sur d'autres posts, en même temps, je ne sais pas si quelqu'un aurait la réponse, mais moi qui optimise la taille de mes images (catégories, photos produits, logos marques, slides...) via photoshop & cie, dès lors que je les ajoute via prestashop, et donc que ce dernier me les renomme en .JPG, automatiquement il les "compresse" à nouveau si bien que des images de 6Ko passent à 90Ko ou encore 37Ko passent à 400Ko ! Pas top pour l'optimisation de la vitesse de navigation... Je me demandais donc si il y avait la possibilité d'éviter cette inutile, et ayant pour effet inverse, compression. Pour autant je ne cherche pas à baisser le taux de compression dans les paramètres Presta. Car après la qualité... bof bof. D'où mon optimisation en amont via les logiciels où chaque image est optimisée différemment selon leur rendu final. À ce jour, je ré-upload par derrière chaque image directement par FTP. Mais c'est assez long. Merci à ceux qui prêterons attention à mon post, et éventuellement aurait un semblant de réponse (voir une réponse directement, je ne dis pas non ! ) Une bonne soirée à tous !   15. Hi there, For a online catalog, I modified and customized the default Prestashop theme in order to make it looks like the main website. Because the catalog is on a sub-domain, unlike the main website, I used the full path for the main layout images, in order to avoid having duplicates and avoid our visitors to load twice the exact same images twice when they are coming from the main website and vice versa. However, there is a problem when CCC is enabled for CSS. Every url() properties are modified so it adds the full path to the theme images folder (which I think is a bit stupid; if ones care about minifying and compressing the CSS files, it makes no sense using longer image URLs than those in the original, uncompressed CSS, which uses relative paths...) So, in the case layout images being linked to the main website, the online store URL is added before. In the end, I get broken links, something that looks like this: background-image:url(http://shop.example.com/themes/prestashop/css/http://www.example.com/images/image.png); So as for now, I need to disable CSS compression, even thought everything else is compressed, which is kind of disappointing. So, is there any way to prevent Prestashop from adding the full paths in the images? Or otherwise, any way to fix my issue without duplicating all my layout images? Thanks in advance!
  16. Bonjour, Après avoir vérifié le bon fonctionnement générale du site (v 1.4.1), j'ai activé les "ccc" (css, html et javascript - je n'ai pas activé la compression totale-). Je me suis aperçu d'erreurs en résultant et j'ai donc désactivé ces compressions Puis ensuite j'ai supprimé les fichiers de "tools" "smarty" "compile" pour forcer le recalcul des pages. Malgré tout, plus de 48 heures plus tard, certains liens ne fonctionnent toujours pas, notamment ceux liés à Prestashop (type submit par exemple), alors que les liens "href" fonctionnent correctement. Y a-t-il une "purge" à faire quelque part, un répertoire cache à vider ou une autre manœuvre à effectuer ? Merci

Bonjour, J'ai rencontré un bug sur mon prestashop 1.4.8.3, en effet dès que je j'active le "Smart cache" pour les feuilles de style sur mon site web tout les pages sont OK sauf la page "my-account.php" qui n’apparaît sans aucun style défini (aucun CSS) Par contre dès que je le désactive cela remarche Le thème est compatible avec le CCC (Concaténation, Compression et mise en Cache) Car tout la page était opérationnel avec cette dernière option pour my-account.php. Bonjour, Je viens de m'apercevoir que le site que je gère est très lent (entre 4 et 8 sec pour le chargement de la page d'accueil et parfois plus de 8 sec pour les pages produits) depuis la mise à jour de 1.3.7 à 1.4.7 et suite à la mise en place d'un nouveau template basé sur le thème prestashop_new. Après avoir effectué un test "page speed" il s'avère que je retrouve pas mal d'erreur (plus que les autres sites que j'ai pu voir et qui ne sont pas sous le theme prestashop_new) Les problème importants 1- Problème de compression : alors que les paramètres CCC sont mis en place sur le site il apparait que certain fichier CSS et JS ne sont pas compressés. Ce sont essentiellement des fichiers liés aux modules du template Prestashop_new. Comment puis les intégrés à la compression ? 2 - Réduire la taille des requêtes : ce problème est uniquement lié au pages produits quand on vient depuis une recherche google. 3 - Réduire la taille des ressources javascript Je ne comprend pas d'ou viennent ses problèmes si ce n'est du template car j'ai un autre site, meme version de prestashop mais pas de thème prestashop_new et j'évite tout ces déboires. Si quelqu'un a une idée, un conseil ou une remarque je suis preneur car même si le site n'est pas trop mal référencé, j'ai peur qu'à terme ça le pénalise dans son positionnement mais surtout dans l'abandon de page par le visiteur.
