Hi, Been trying to install the module 'Smartblog' and have had some trouble. I've been told to clear the cache on the back end but i am worried it will delete everything on my site. Will this happen or will it be perfectly fine? Thanks

Hello, I have Presta 1.7.3.2 and I made a clear cache today. After this I cannot acces admin folder. It says error 500. The frontend looks fine. Hello guys im using version 1.7.3.1 but i got this error since first 1.7 version Everytime i try to clear cach for example i got a error messahe HTTP 500 from server. Hello, Every time i empty the cache ( Advanced parameters > Performance ), the modules page becomes unaccessible and I am greeted with the following message "Cannot get catalog data, please try again later. Reason: Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache" until I re-upload the 'cacert.pem' file in the app/cache/prod folder. Is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening ? (I am hosting the website on an OVH pro hosting and running 1.7.1.1 ) Thanks in advance

Hola, os escribo ante mi desesperación porque no consigo que refresque la cache o ya me cuestiono si es problema de la cache. Mi problema es con el módulo blockfacebooklike, que lo he modificado, para que muestre según el idioma una frase u otra en el header de las caras si tiene marcado el show faces, que en este caso si lo tiene. Incluso le he cambiado el class del div que lo contiene y en el css también y ahora el css me lo ha refrescado pero el html o el div DOM en cuestión sigue exactamente igual. Está desactivada la cache en Rendimiento del backoffice, activado el forzar el recompilar, etc. Incluso borro manualmente por FTP cache/smarty/compile/ etc. También borro mi propia cache del navegador evidentemente, pero aún así no hay manera, y sé que es ese tpl que se está ejecutando ya que si le quito la línea al método que lo escapa de la clase, no me aparece. ¿Se le ocurre algo a alguien? ¿Algo de luz? He pensado en el servidor, pero cambio otra cosa de otro módulo y funciona, de este en cuestión, no. Y sé que este módulo en concreto tiene hecha una especie de cache propia de archivos para las caras, pero vamos, mi caso es antes de que llegue a leer las caritas.
