Hello, I need help related to discount showing priority on front end.i am using prestashop 1.6.0.8. I firstly added product discount on particular product with add a new specific price ie 4% then i added mass discount 5% with catalog price rule and like this i am having two discounts. but on front end its showing 4% discount that i added on particular product. but i need to show mass discount. Please Help me.. Can we add any priority based on multiple discounts on one product

I recently configured a 20% discount voucher, using Cart Rules (Catalog -> Discounts -> Cart Rules). In the Voucher's configuration I chose to exclude the products which already had a discount (see figure #1). Parallel to this, I created a 5% discount to one of the brands on the e-commerce, using Catalog Price Rules (Catalog -> Discounts -> Catalog Price Rules). However, when the cart had two items, one with a discount and one without, the voucher was applied to all of the cart. Even to the product with previous discount. If I put into my cart only products with no discount and add the voucher, the cart will automatically add the 20% discount to the complete order (just as I configured it). See figures #2 (product without discount) and #3 (cart with voucher successfully applied) If I put into my cart only products with discount and add the voucher, the system will not let me continue due to my previous configuration. Excluding from the voucher's discount those products that already had a discount. See figures #4 (product with configured discount) and #5 (cart with voucher successfully rejected). However, if I put into my cart at least two products (one with a discount and another without one) and add the voucher, the system will apply the voucher's discount to all of the products, even if I chose to exclude every product that already had a discount. See figures #6 (cart with both products, voucher applied to every product - BUG) and #7 (excel table showing results and the difference between what I expected and what really happened) Is there a way to fix this error? Hi, I'm getting crazy about to simple problems. Catalog price rules are not applied like I would love to see it. The result should be quiet simple. Product A = retail price: € 86 = Sell price = € 74 ----> € 12 discount is managed by the csv import & works perfectly On this € 67 I would do a simple EXTRA discount off 15% so the final price needs to be: € 62.90 The extra discount should only be for a few days available. I did set a catalog price rule, this is also perfectly showing in the product detail page. But in diffent browser I get different results (never is catalog price rule applied): Google Chrome = only the first specific pricerule is applied. ( € 86 ---> € 74) Mozilla Firefox = strongly wrong = showing retail price : € 71.07 ---> also same discount as in chrome (€12) ---> € 59.07 when I refresh or I buy the product & I trhow this in the basket, numbers are changing to the same as in chrome.... Strongly wrong information to the potential customer! Edge = the same result as chrome How could I manage the EXTRA 15% discount? & How could I manage the difference between chrome & firefox ---> settings are completely the same, all tested in private window & cleared cache ...

Hello everyone, Currently my store (over 1500 products) is on sale for seasonal change, for this I use a catalog price rule. Now I want to upload products of the new season and, until now, so that they do not have the discount, I used a specific price rule of 0% discount. The problem is that the tab with the offers shows all products with a specific price assigned, even if it is 0%. The ideal scenario would be to have only the discounted products in the Offers tab. I tried, instead of assigning a specific price of 0%, assign a "New Season" category to then configure the conditions in the catalog price rule. However, this solution does not work in my case, since all products are in more than one category, so they end up showing anyway. I've been searching the forum and the Internet, even for some code solution that excludes new products from the catalog price rule, or some code that keep out 0% discounted products from the Offers tab, but I can not find anything! Has anyone had the same problem and has managed to fix it? Thank you very much in advance!

I'm new to prestashop, I'm on the way to launch my store, I want to apply a discount if customer buy 1x product A, 1x product B, 1x product c from the same manufacturer, or the other way is if customer bought quantity of 3 from specific manufacturer then they will have price reduction for each the item. I tried catalog price rule on the back office and already create one the "from quantity" only works for specific products, not for the whole quantity on the chart. I have tried to put "from quantity = 2" I put 2 different products on the cart from same manufacturer but it don't apply the discount. But if I put "from quantity = 1" then the price reduction applied on the cart after I put one products. Is there anyway to make it works on my case, to have the "from quantity" count from the total quantity on the cart on on individual product quantity ? Thanks in advanced.

Hello, I'm using PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 and would like some help to set up a Catalog Price Rule to give a discount based on the total number of products purchased from within the same category. I need my customer to be able to buy any combination of products from the same category like this: 25 of product "A" + 15 of product "B" + 10 of product "C" = 50 products, and with a purchase of 50 or more products from this Category "widgets", it gives a 50% discount on the subtotal of these. It only seems to give the discount if they have ordered 50 or more of the same product, so how can I set up a Catalog Price Rule which would allow my customers to mix-and-match products within a category to give an overall discount of 50% off? Buenas a todos, Como el titulo indica, conoce alguien alguna forma de que se puedan aplicar recargos por porcentaje a los productos usando reglas? Ya que Prestashop solo permite hacer reducciones o descuentos. Para ser mas exactos: seccion prices rules->catalog price rules -> al crear uno nuevo -> Reglas de precios específicos En este post indican como hacerlo pero para versiones anteriores a 1.5.6 y me gustaría ver como seria en 1.6, en mirado también en el foro ingles y no encontré nada. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/191520-aportacion-incrementar-porcentaje-en-regla-de-precio-de-catalogo/ No me importa que me recomienden algún modulo de pago que lo haga también. I can not create a non-cumulative discounts (for loyality customer groups). Situation: Some product are on sale with 5% discount. I have loyal customer group (I made a group: customers/groups, then created for them 10% catalog price rule), they have 10% discount. I'd like the customer from loyality group get 10% discount for the specials produts too (not 5% and not 15%). So I would like apply the higher discounts for the customers. And... when log in a memeber of a loyality group, I don't want to show all products under the Specials („On sale”) menu! PS 1.5.6.2, my test site: shop.flexa.hu Have any idea to make this?

Hello! I have implemented my catalog price rules all right and OK, but the 'reduced' price displayed on my site ends with non-rounded numbers i.e. (.01, .23, 86, etc..) I want the final price after catalog price rule to display a neat rounded number i.e. (.95) for all prices with % discount. I have been searching for a few days in vain. Anyone got any ideas on this?
