Hello, I'm on Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and I turned off ajax mode in cart block. I also have it set to redirect after adding product to cart to the previous page. When I add an item to cart in the default mobile theme of the website it doesn't show a visual indication that anything was added; however, if you click the cart you can see it fine. My normal website cart shows text "1 Products". If there is no way to get a visual indication on the mobile theme, is there a way to have it set to redirect directly to the cart summary page for the mobile theme? But at the same time keep it to redirect after adding product to cart to the previous page for the full version of the website? Thank you so much!

I'm trying to diagnose why my site will not allow "Add To Cart" to function on Google Chrome. It works in Firefox (Although the drop-down box is transparent/black instead of white) ...but the color issue is minor in comparison to Add To Cart not working. I tried uninstalling Block Cart, as well as resetting it in the Back Office. I'm really not sure what the issue could be . Any ideas? www.ciggiez.com Thanks in advance!

Hi, After upgrading PS to v1.5.6 the items are not more displayed on the top cart ( see picture ) or on the right cart. The items are regularly in the cart but the description is not shows neither in the top of page cart or in the right column cart ( that now is disable ). I've inspected the code of the cart template and i found only the truncate:13 in the code, i've made some changes but nothing changed. Thank you Amar, SOLVED : Thanks to majority : ok thank you so much, take a look on this message http://www.prestasho...g/#entry1452570

I'm working on two sites and this problem comes up w/both. The site I need to address ASAP is www.pinpartnersonline.com. When I add items to the cart it shows up in the cart block in the header but when I click on the icon I get the message "your cart is empty". On the back end it looks like the customer ditched the cart. I did have it working and was able to place and complete several test orders. I added affiliate code from OmniStar to controllers/front/OrderConfirmationController.php and was again able to place and complete test orders - but after a few test orders with their code, the cart stopped working. I removed the code and cleared my cache, deleted my cookies, and uninstalled and reinstalled the cart block; it still does not work in Chrome. I also tried unhooking and the re-establishing the hooks for the cart. I just can't get the cart to populate in Chrome. The cart works just fine in Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. 2nd issue: Users can register and can work within the site as logged-in users immediately after registration, but once they've logged out they cannot log back in. The error I receive is "authentication failed". This issue occurs across all browsers, even when I clear the cache, cookies, etc. I'm beyond frustrated with this release. I used 1.4.8 prior to switching to Bluehost for these accounts and since "upgrading" to 1.5.2, it's been one issue after another. I can't take another update, especially if it's going to break my themes again. Please send me the steps to resolve these issues in this version.

Hello we have a problem with the stock. like when ever the client adds one item to his cart it is discounting the item from our stock. which is a good thing but the same time if the client didnt buy the product and just closes the page it still remains in his cart and discounting from the stock.. this way we are having lot of problems because for example 1 product we have in stock 35 pcs, there are 32 clients who added this product to their carts and haven't paid or confirmed the order. now our stock went to negative. how can we solve this problem ?
