Customers need to log in to download a new version of our digital products. I found out this also fills up my carts page with abandoned carts which in return is making my database way over loaded and also a lot more work to remove. This is not normal behavior but since this is a new 1.7.8 it really is normal as nothing should have caused this. How the heck do we stop this? This is just retarded and should never have been coded like this. Please help how to fix this. -
Hi, I have encountered a very strange situation. A customer ordered 5 products, and in the order in the backoffice I can only see 3 of them, but the total value is of all 5. The customer paid trough paypal and in paypal all 5 products appear as the cart description. Also, if I check the Shopping Cart history I can find the customer's cart with all 5 products in them. The customer did not issue any return for any of the products. Can anyone point to a possible source of the problem. I have attached a screenshot with the order details and the shopping cart. Hi all There is a bug in my shopping cart (top right - red cart) - everytime I load/open a new page the text in the cart changes for a second and changes back to previous text again. It does this everytime a new page is loaded. What to do?
