Hi, I have the problem when going to the backoffice url when I put the accesses (correct) and try to login. The page simply resfresh does not access. I have tried many things but I can not solve this problem, the prestashop version is 1.7.2. Someone with the same problem or some solution? Thanks

Got a problem on Prestashop with combinations, tested on 1.7.2.5 and 1.7.3. I found related topics, but none of them has an answer yet. Select an attribute in combination panel and click on "generate" seems to have the same effect of the save button. No error is showing neither in the console, nor in memory tools. A green pop-up on the right-top corner mention "Settings up to date", but nothing happens. No combination line appears on the page. When I save and quit/refresh the page, the "combination" tab is removed, and the product become a "Simple product" (with no combination) again. Can you help me please ? I Need an urgent way to fix... Thank you in advance. EDIT : The big part of my problem come from my child theme. It seems that child themes can't work properly with some themes which have a lot of tricky dependencies (mine was a Postheme). Moreover, a part of the problem came from a override of a theme which ask to replace the "src" folder by his own. I think that the sources they bring are to old to work on my Prestashop version.

Hi. I'm using Presta for a while. Did my backups and all. When I paste my admin URL in browser and enter, won't show me back office login. It shows http 500 error. I'm not sure what to do. This is my httpd-vhosts.conf NameVirtualHost *:80 <VirtualHost *:80> DocumentRoot "C:/xampp/htdocs" ServerName localhost </VirtualHost> Do I have to add ServerAdmin? Can I find another way? If i configured bad, how did i make it work to now?

Hello, I can't add a new item in theme configurator module. When I click on the "Add item" button, new item's form slides down and, suddenly, this form slides up. I tried everything. Please help, thanks. Prestashop version: 1.6.1.17 Theme Configurator version: V.2.1.2

Hello! My previous boss, who is dead now, inserted a text zone that I must modify right now because the informations are false. The texte is on the first page of my website: http://www.sos-smartphone.ch/fr/ ("Mon but est de rendre les réparations de smartphone..." See the picture ). I searched for a long time on the admin pages but I found nothing, while it seems very basic... My second question.. same problem for the info at the very bottom of the website on the right "Informations sur votre boutiquewww.sos-smartphone.ch, rue de la forge 13 1376 goumoens la ville" I didn't find where to change ! Does somebody can help me ? Thanks, Guillaume

Hello all. So I have got PrestaShop up and running on a 123-reg web server. All was okay until it came time to add my first product. When I press add product I then give it a name but when I press save is just clears the name I put in and doesn't add the product. Any ideas? Thanks, Ethan.

Hi I have a large csv to import and have hit a problem ive searched for answers but not found them. Some have said you can just use the category id instead of the category name but i have just found this to create a category with that number.. Some have said pre 1.5 versions of Prestashop had the import option to use category ID to place product in the correct category, I cant say but would rather not have to go back and install older version and don't even know if what i read is correct regarding that. So im thinking the easiest way surely is to change the code in the import control files to use the category id and not the category by path.. Are there any bright sparks that could tell me how to achieve this?? Im using 1.6 and have no restrictions server side... Would be a nice to have this option to use category id instead of category name and using paths in future release.. This problem forced my to look into using other eCommerce platforms but after testing half a dozen personally Prestashop is light years ahead which makes it even more frustrating.. BIG Thanks to anyone who can solve this... -

Dear Everyone, I need your help, I've modded some files on my Prestashop installation themes files, but now after i use 1 step check out, i got a bug when I add new address, it will replace existing address, not creating new one(Edit Existing). http://jiekley.com/index.php?controller=address I really need Prestasahop developer suggestion, because i've replace all folder controller & classes in webserver, with working function on localhost. Hi Guys, I didnt find solution for this by searching forum, so here it goes: I cloned my 1.6.0.6 live site to test subdomain so I could upgrade it to 1.6.0.9 but I cant translate any of fields in Localization>Translation>Front-office translation I dont have issues when translating another type (BO translations, Installed modules, PDF, Mail, etc) I translated missing fields, but when I hit Save (or Save and stay) I get this message: [an error occurred while processing this directive] (Debug is set on true) Eventually, after few tries of refreshing and loading page I got this messages: Notice on line 273 u datoteci /home/hejkupim/public_html/presta/controllers/admin/AdminTranslationsController.php [8] Undefined index: Warning on line 282 u datoteci /home/hejkupim/public_html/presta/controllers/admin/AdminTranslationsController.php [2] mkdir(): Invalid path Direktorij "" nije moguće kreirati (The directory "" can not be created) Does someone knows how to solve this? Whenever i try to create a categoy it doesent happening anything, I reinstalled prestashop and tried to edit one of the existing categories but when i saved it it just dissapered from the backoffice (I could still se it in the front office)! This is on 1.6 and I had the same problem with an erlier version. I don't know if i am doing something terreblie wrong but i dont think so.... This is really annoying if somebody could help me that would be nice!

Hi !! , good afternoon Im trying to install prestashop , is not the first time that i do this, i know how to installit mysql database and all that. But whith this installation i have a problem because when the installation process shows me the License Agreement andi check the box it only reload the page and uncheck the box and i can't move forward through the installation anyone has the same problem ? how can i fix this- 9 replies

Hello, i have problem, i can't log to my website as user. I registered sucessfully, i got email with login and password. But when i insert login and password to my website i can't log in and page is only refresh. I think it's something with mysql, but i don't know what i have to do. Have a nice day, Erko

Hello everyone, Please help me resolve this issue: returning customers can't login & new customers can't register. I get a BLANK PAGE only. If I put a wrong password, I get the ERROR message as I should. But when I put the right password, I get a BLANK PAGE. This is a site I maintain for my uncle. Please help me to resolve this issue.
