i there I hope you can help me now as I am now really frustrated. I tried upgrading to 1.7.4 using the One-Click-Upgrade and it gave me an error. I recovered from backup using FTP. Tried again and it again failed. I changed file permissions and still the same result. Eventually I got tired and left it and deleted the entire installation and I then reinstalled fresh 1.7.4. Now when I go to the new function under themes , HOMEPAGE CONFIGURATION, then it gives me ERROR 500. I guess this small problem can be solved..... My bigger issue is this. I have about 500 products. My customers are 3 type. Retail client Wholesale client Agents Now I need to import my products in. I got it working with the CSV however my concern is this: Retail Client should get R200 price on ITEM1. Wholesale Client should get R160 price on ITEM1. Agents should get R125 price on ITEM1. These prices are not according to a ratio. I need to have 3 Specific prices but set according to the customer groups. This is possible by going to each product and setting a specific price and setting the customer group... See the picture below. Is it possible to do this by CSV / Excel file import as I have checked many paid modules too but don't find this function? Opencart has this function under the same xls file as product import. I feel that prestashop should include this in their import fields as they already have most of the fields there. They could easily include this GROUP + Specific price. The date field is already there. I hope there is a solution as I can understand that 500 products is difficult, what about people that have 2000 or 5000 products? Thanks alot

Hi! I'm using the latest Prestashop version (1.7) and still have found no way to import URLs as features of my products. I've seen workarounds that involve changing prestashop files but still would imply going to each product configuration screen and add the feature. So, my generic question is: how can we use csv bulk import for values containing ":" in fields where ":" is a separator character, like in "features (x:y:z)? Is there any way to change the importer to look for a different char, for example? That would be an easy solution... Thanks in advance! Mário

Hello. I'm trying to create product importing from CSV file. Unfortunately all fields are imported but not the image URL. It is accessible from browser, and seems that PS just ignore the field. I'm only able to upload it from product backoffice. This is the image attached of product details after uploaded CSV. Any suggestion ? Thank you. Prestashop 1.7.2.4

I was under the impression that bulk product uploading is very complex in case of Prestashop. However, I recently invested some time to explore how it works and found it very easy. Follow this useful video to understand the steps involved - (this is 1/4 video; you may get rest 3 videos listed in right column of YouTube screen) Note that you need to create semicolon delimited CSV file for bulk upload (bulk import) and to create it, you need Apache Open Office; MS Excel wont help as it uses comma separated CSV and not semicolon.
