Dear, a query .... I am looking for a module for author. I am developing a book store where I need a module to be able to associate an author to a book or to several books and, at the same time, several authors to a single book. Also that users can access the author's information, such as a biography. I tried to use "Brand" but you can only associate 1 brand to 1 product, and in this case of books you should associate more than 1 brand (author) to 1 product. Any help, thank you very much !!!

I'm not sure if there's a way to do this in Prestashop by default, or if there's an add-on already created that does this, or if it's even possible at all. This is the situation we're running into. We have a book on our store that can either by the physical book, or a PDF download. If we set the product to a physical product, we want to be able to use combinations (with a dropdown) for the customer be able to select PDF as the "Book Type," and then switch the product to a virtual product so they receive the download link after purchase, but if they select "Normal," then they are ordering the physical book instead. Is there a way to do this, either in Prestashop, or in an add-on for Prestashop? If I need to clarify the problem, please let me know. Thanks! -

Buenas compañeros. Me preguntaba si existe algun modulo de prestashop para visualizar archivos pdf como un flash book al estilo de Calameo e Issuu, (estos funcionan genial pero en su versión gratuita te incluyen publicidad). ¿alguien conoce algun modulo de este estilo? Un saludo. -

Hi, I need to start a project for a friend of mine, he have a small publishing house. The publishing house sell mostly paper books ( some eBooks ), this books are mostly scientific and technical ( physic, mathematics, etc. ) in English or Italian language. The question is : Prestashop is the right platform to perform this model of store or there is a specific book-selling cms platform ? ( or is better a solution on WP, Joomla Virtumart, Magento, etc. ) I love Prestashop i've found no-limits in this platform, function very well and it appears to be very stable but i like to know same testimonial concern the project i'm approaching to do. Or maybe there is same examples of Book store made using Prestashop ? I would like to thank you since now for your kind reply !
