Hi everyone, i've a problem in my store with Block Search in PS 1.6.1.11. Search don't work, I've tried to restart module ..rebuild index..etc..but nothing. Anyone have a solution?? Thanks for your support, Fabio

I'm using Prestashop and Wordpress, is there a way to have my search bar from my Prestashop side on my Wordpress part of the website. The biggest technicality seems to be that Wordpress does not use tpl file extensions to create web pages. If anyone could get back to me on this subject I'd appreciate it. I'm not certain this is the correct place to post, let me know if it isn't and I'll get this removed promptly. Cheers, Gary

I am customizing a theme so I want to add small magnifier icon in searchbar appeared in top menu. Moreover, I want to add a default value in that searchbox that will be hide when user click on the searchbox. I edited the template block search files under themes folder but no help. Is there any other way to do this? P.S. I am using the Prestashop 1.6 with default bootstrap theme. My website is play.game5ive.com

ciao, ho installato il modulo block search gratuito per la ricerca nel sito e funziona ma visualizza delle immagini enormi praticamente le dimensioni del "thickbox" anziché le immagini "home". Eppure se guardo la proprietà delle immagini fa riferimento a "home" ma le dimensioni appunto sono quelle del "thickbox". Come faccio? Chi sa aiutarmi? Grazie

Bonjour, Les résultats de recherche sur mes sites sont dupliqués au nombre de sites qui partagent le produit. Cas n° 1 : recherche article "venus" Si "Venus" est partagé sur mes six sites, il y a six résultats qui s'affichent menant chacun à la bonne url du site où la recherche est faite. Cas N° 2 : Site 1 : vend des casserolles, des fourchettes, des cuillères, des louches, des assiettes, des verres. Site 2 : ne vend que les casserolles partagées avec le site 1 Site 3 ne vend que les fourchettes partagées avec le site 1 site 4 : ne vend que les cuillères partagées avec le site 1 site 5 : ne vend quel les louches partagées avec le site 1 site 6 : ne vend que les assiettes partagées avec le site 1 Si sur le site 6, je recherche "casserolles", il va afficher comme résultat, toutes les casserolles du site 1 plus celles du site 2 plus les articles de tous les sites, tout articles confondus, avec un prix à zéro, car à la mise en ligne des articles casseroles, je les ai supprimés sur le site 6 et donc il n'existent pas en back dans cette boutique. J'ai réindexé toutes les index des recherches sur chaque boutique. Cela fait trois jours que je cherche l'erreur de configuration. J'ai vérifié la classe search.php et il à l'air pourtant de faire appel à id_shop. Aucune remontée d'autres personnes relatant le même problème n'a été trouvée. Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider. Ma version ps : 1.5.4.1 Site exemple : www.irall.fr Il ne contient pas de corsets et pourtant, faites en la recherche, c'est édifiant. Merci d'avance

Hi all, I'm very new to PrestaShop and I'm having a few troubles right now. One problem I'm having is that the search bar isn't working at all. I just get "Page not available." My site is at www.ShopTangent.com (it's only been up for a couple days, so it's kind of incomplete-looking...). Any ideas on how to get my search bar working and get rid of the "Page Not Available" message? Thanks!

Hi there, I'm using the new prestashop theme, which I think is known as the 1.5 default theme on my site running version 1.4.6.2. I'm still styling it to get it just how I want it but I'm thwarted by a niggly aesthetic problem. I put the search block module it in the top of the right column, and there's quite a big gap between it and the module underneath. I've been trying endlessly to close this gap a little, only by say 10px, but it would make a huge difference to my well-being I've found that gap is caused by the margin-bottom: 20px and padding-bottom:20 px which seem to be common to all blocks I've looked in /modules/blocksearch/blocksearch.tpl, and added styles to <div id="search_block_left"> and <p class="block_content">, without effect. Is there any way to overide these margin and padding values for this module only? Hope you can help, I know it is not a big issue but I'd really appreciate it

Zdravím, S přibývajícím počtem produktů v kategorii řeším problém vyhledávání přes základní search modul obsažený v prestashopu. U jedné značky mám cca 700 produktů a většina zákazníků využívá pro hledání právě název značky. V takovém množství produktů to zřejmě nebaví zákazníky hledat. Narazil jsem na řešení viz. níže. Už jsem to viděl mockrát a právě to hledám pro prestu. Hledám modul, který po zadání klíčového slova do vyhledávání nejenže zobrazí produkty tomu odpovídající, ale nad výpisem produktů zobrazí seznam kategorií ve kterých toto klíčové slovo bylo naleznuto. Např.: Kočárky > Sportovní kočárky Kočárky > Kočárky - golfové hole Autosedačky > Autosedačky 0-13 kg Autosedačky > Autosedačky 9-18 kg Tyto výpisy jsou jako odkaz na uvedenou kategorii. Víte někdo jak to vyřešit? Díky David
