This is a big dilemma that I have related to Smarty Cache, I need help please. ISSUES: I start getting blank pages in BO > Orders, Catalog > Products, Customers and some other BO pages My custom module to search Year, Make, Model stops working basically hanging on loading... and not returning any results. TEMPORARY FIX THAT LASTS 1 HOUR I disable Smarty Cache, sometimes I also have to Clear Cache, then everything starts working for about an hour until suddenly I experience the above issues. Then I enable cache and also sometimes have to Clear Cache to resolve the problem for about an hour until it stops working again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I have a website running on version 1.5.4.1 without caching turned on and all is running okay. But, when I turn caching on I get blank pages until the page is refreshed once. All is okay after a refresh but obviously I can't expect visitors to the site to know to refresh the page. Does anyone have any advice for me? Many thanks, Richard.

My site is not accessible from either the front or back ends. I just get blank pages. My host (1 and 1) will not respond to requests for them to alter my php.ini (to insert "memory_limit = 128M"). They say I must do it myself, but there is no access to my php.ini from my 1&1 control panel. I have looked on the forums and enabled errors. Hello, I'm using the 1.5.0.2 version of prestashop and as I was updating several things in the theme and some minor changes in functionality of my shop. www.esplashstore.com The shop stopped working. Categories and home page is now blank and I don't know what is wrong. From PHP error log I'm getting that the categories pages are missing. Please help... Thank you very much...

Hello, I am trying to access the Modules and Themes Catalog page in my installations BO. All I get is a blank white page. I tracked down a possible solution here (on the forum) and then carried out the recommended course of action to no avail. ie... All the php.ini tweaks. Could anyone please help? PS: I have no errors related to this problem when error reporting is switched ON. francois.

I upgraded from 1.4.7.3 to 1.5.1 via autoupgrade and something went horribly wrong as my pages looked distorted. I shrugged and began rolling back to 1.4.7.3, only now all my pages are blank! I have emptied .htaccess, reset PHP and Apache, tried to log errors in config.inc.php, but everything is still blank. Not sure where to go next! Salutare. Am instalat si eu prestashop, am facut setarile, am inceput sa traduc seou & urls. Si am intrat pe front-end. Indexul merge perfect, insa nici o alta pagina din front-end nu se incarca. Ca dau pe contul meu, ca dau pe cauta, pe orice as da, pagina noua este una alba, goala. Care este problema si solutia ??
