Hi All together. I have the problem, that the bestsellers are incorrect. The problem occured when a customer ordered 100pc of one product by mistake. I corrected the quantity in the order. But the product is still number one on the ranking list. I emptied the cache and I waited already one day, but it didnt't change. Do you have an idea, how bestsellers are calculated and where I can change it? Prestaversion is 1.7.2 I use bestseller as a Widget (Product List) on the home page.

..jak w temacie. Chodzi o to, żeby produkty Bestseller i Polecane (ze standardowych modułów) były oznaczone metkami tak jak Nowe produkty i produkty na promocji. Co i gdzie zmodyfikować/dopisać ?

Witam, Jestem na etapie konfiguracji sklepu. Posiadam indywidualny szablon. To co zdołałem znaleźć zostało już przetłumaczone. Posiadam następujące pytania, Jak dostać się do linków w stopce "informacje" i je edytować? (feature products, call us now.. itp) Zdołałem tylko wejść na preferencje>cms, a tam jest tylko część tego co się tam znajduje. Niektórych nie można konfigurować (footer feature.,search block) ), a np blok cms pozwala mi jedynie wyłączyć lub włączyć linki. Proszę o pomoc. Buenas, Quisiera cambiar el orden de los productos más vendidos que salen en la home y poner los productos más vendidos que más me interesen. En un foro he visto que ampliando las ventas en el campo quantity de la tabla ps_product_sale se podría alterar el orden pero esto no me ha funcionado PS 1.5.6.1 ¿Cómo puedo cambiar el orden a mi gusto? gracias un saludo

I'm having the problems in bestseller, it shows an item I never sold in version 1.5.5.0, I added to carts but didn't sold! Could you help me remove that item as a temporary fix? Many thanks!

Hi everybody! I am new to prestashop and have been working with it only for a few weeks now. Everything seems to work fine but the bestseller block just doesn't and I can't figure out why not. It is suppose to show my bestsellers but, for example, I just added a new item which obviously hasn't even been sold yet, but it is visible in the best seller block. All the other items in the bestseller block are almost all of the same category and are extremely similar (travelbooks) so therefore the bestseller function completely misses it's goal. Hallo! Ik ben helemaal niet met dit programma en ben nu enkele weken bezig met het programma leren kennen. Ik kan alleen maar niet uitvogelen waarom mijn bestseller module gewoon zomaar wat producten laat zien. Ik heb bijvoorbeeld zojuist een nieuw product toegevoegd, deze is nog nooit verkocht, en staat er toch tussen als bestseller. Ik wil dus graag dat de module werkt want nu laat hij producten zien waar ik juist niet de aandacht op wil leggen en bijna allemaal uit dezelfde categorie. Het zijn bijna allemaal exact dezelfde producten. Het werkt dus niet. Kan iemand mij verder helpen? Alvast bedankt!
