Je précise qu'il s'agit ici de recevoir une COPIE en BCC (copie cachée) des mails et non pas un log de ceux-ci. Pour ce faire, nous modifions le fichier classes/mail.php (ou via override) vers la ligne 87. La fonction Send est déclarée avec son contenu : public static function Send($id_lang, $template, $subject, $template_vars, $to, $to_name = null, $from = null, $from_name = null, $file_attachment = null, $mode_smtp = null, $template_path = _PS_MAIL_DIR_, $die = false, $id_shop = null, $bcc = null, $reply_to = null) Pour ajouter une adresse mail en BCC, il suffit de remplacer : $bcc = null par $bcc = '[email protected]' [email protected] étant votre adresse mail. Hi, Is there a way to add in Presta 1.6 extra email addresses as cc and bcc to the customer contact form so a copy of the messages is sent to another email address than the one set up? Thanks

Send a blind carbon copy (Bcc:) of every outgoing customer email to store administration team. Hi i use 1.6.06 for Trustpilot service i would like to add the emailaddress i received (with the customercodein it) just for the shipping email template no i added that mailaddress in modules>mail alerts and that works also but this adds every mail in the alerts to trustpilot best scenario would be that only when products are shipped this will go to their system but that requires me to add that emailaddress to bcc for shipping email template only Is this possible and how? Hi I want to receive o BCC copy of the users order confirmation mail. I know that there is a the module mailalerts, and it is working form me, but i would like to receive the copy of the users mail. So when i click on "reply", the recepient mail address would be the customer address and the message goes to the same "conversation". This solution (forum link) sends not a BCC, but two different mails. But if someone knows how to change it, it would be great. (It sends "copies" of all mails form the site, not only the order confirm mail) I have also tried to redirect all emails from the server as BCC in the hosting settings, but this solution works only for mails sendet directly from the mail box, not for mails sendet from the site. If someone can help ...thanks presta 1.4

Hi, Our accountant needs to have the invoices for Bank Wire payments in her email inbox. Bank Wire payments are only available for some customer groups. Normal customers pay via Paypal / iDeal and pay immediately. So we need the emails with invoices for bank payments to be auto emailed to our accountant. Any solutions to this problem? Hello, I had a shop running on 1.6.0.14 and did nothing to have bcc for ALL mails that were sent out from my shop. I'm building an other shop on 1.6.1.1 and I'm trying to do the same, because I'm not receiving the mails in BCC. Can you help me ? Tried some different combinations with addBcc in Mail.php but without result and I really don't know if I'm doing this right. Thanks !

Buongiorno sono nuovo nel mondo di Prestashop e ho bisogno del vostro aiuto. Abbiamo installato il cms prestashop sul nostro dominio e nella fase di inserire dati per pagamenti abbiamo incontrato per adesso due problemi: 1). Abbiamo aperto un controcorrente nella nostra banca BCC e in più abbiamo chiesto il servizio POS VIRTUALE per le carte di credito (perché vogliamo evitare servizi come paypal e altri), nei vari passaggi la banca ci chiedi il certificato PCI e visto che prestashop certifica la sicurezza PCI io sul sito non ho trovato per scaricare questo documento, se qualcuno può indicare dove e come posso risolvere. 2). Una volta aperto il conto con POS VIRTUALE la banca ci deve dare dei dati da inserire sul nostro sito cms, il problema che nei componenti presta shop non c’è la banca BCC o io non lo trovata, esistono altre banche ma non la nostra(purtroppo vogliamo solo con questa banca BCC ). Da quello che ho letto sui vostri forum e ho capito che riguarda GETWAY tra CMS e BANCA. Mi poi indicare componenti meglio gratis o a pagamento per installare e impostare nel cms (tipo come paypal, istalli il componente e inserisci i dati e il pagamento è attivo). Ti allego il link del servizio che abbiamo della banca BCC e magari qualcuno può chiarire meglio come funziona.
