Hola, Tengo un problema con el módulo de transferencia bancaria. Cuando realizan una compra en mi tienda con este método de pago sólo se envía un correo de confirmación de pedido pero no se envía el correo con los datos bancarios para que puedan realizar la transferencia. He investigado y ya he generado el correo "bankwire" y configurado el módulo ps_wirepayment y sigue sin enviar el correo. En los correos del tema, no hay ningún módulo asociado a bankire. Lo muestro en la siguiente imagen. He reiniciado dicho módulo varias veces, cuando hago una prueba de correo me llega perfectamente. Tengo la versión 1.7.6.2 de Prestashop y el siguiente servidor. Alguna ayuda?

Hi, I´ve got problem with completion of customer´s cart in backoffice when there is bank wire payment. Customer receive an email with confirmation of order and second email with bank details - this email does not include bank details (see the PDF named “completed by admin”). If customer complete the order by himself, it gives him correct email as it is supposed (pdf “completed by customer). I need to complete the customer´s cart very often. Could you please help us? Hi All, Need an urgent help!!!!!! Recently i noticed that a lot of orders from customers on my website end up with order status "Awaiting Bank Wire Payment". But I do not have "Bank Wire" module installed at all! I just have "Cash On delivery module" as payment method in the website. Rest of the payment method modules are not installed at all. Please let me know what could be the possible reason for the same. This is making me crazy as lot of customers call me up and say their orders have not been looked into. These orders do not appear under the order tab because "Awaiting Bank wire payment" status is selected as invalidated. I have changed it to Validated for now and i hope these appear in under the order tab , but question remains the same , why orders end up with this status? I do no have Bank Wire module installed at all Please help!

Dear all, Since I installed a Mister-Cash / Sofort module, customers paying by bank transfer dropped. How can incentivize people to pay by bank transfer? After all, it's really (meaning €25) cheaper per transaction for me. Can I have a price discount / reduction when people choose to pay by bank transfer? Michael

The idea is to upload all the images I need and then, when creating a product, add related images from the bank of images created before in order to avoid having to upload them from my computer every time... The scenario will be like, - Bill buys an latest iPhone 4s using BankWire payment module - Then Bill forgets to wire the money - 2days later, Prestashop 'automatically' sends out first reminder email to Bill - 2days after the first payment reminder, Prestashop 'automatically' sends out second reminder email to Bill - Then third payment reminder, and so forth. (limit to 4 payment reminders) Apparently I do this automatically, and it's getting so annoying when I do get a lot of orders. Regards

Ce serati pour m'approcher d'un résultat semblable à cette maquette.(jointe ici) Après je pense que mon module de commande devrais gérer les caractéristiques techniques et leur affichage.... mais si quelqu'un à des suggestions ! Hi, I need to connect prestashop with a bank's payment gateway. The bank provided a code which redirects a customer to their payment gateway. The question is, how to insert a code? I suppose I need to create a new module, similar to Google Checkout. Or there is some other module which I can use? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks
