Buenas! estoy buscando un modulo que me permita exportar en excel los siguientes datos: Cliente: nombre, apellido, email, telefono. Pedido: Si compro, o abandono carrito, Monto de la compra, Referencia del producto (SKU), nombre del producto, cantidad. Cualquier info me sirve, muchas gracias!

Hallo liebe Community! Seit einiger Zeit beschäftige ich mich nun schon mit der Entwicklung von Themes und Modulen für PrestaShop. Zurzeit entwickle ich ein Profi-Template für PrestaShop 1.7.x und bin dabei auf eine Idee gekommen, von der ich nicht weiß, ob sie funktioniert und konnte auch nach Stunden des Suchmaschinen-Bedienens keine Hinweise zur Umsetzung finden. Ich würde gerne ein "Template-Modul" mit ausliefern. Das ist an sich ja keine große Sache, Modul entwickeln, Zip packen und zusätzlich zum Theme an den Kunden. Ich hätte es aber gerne einen Tick einfacher und würde das Modul gerne innerhalb des Themes mitliefern (quasi in /themes/<my_theme>/modules/<my_module>), von wo es dann, bei Installation des Themes, in PrestaShop installiert wird. Meine Frage wäre nun also, ob es so eine Möglichkeit gibt, wenn ja, ob das Modul Zip-gepackt oder ganz normal im Template stehen muss, oder wenn nein, ob man das zur Not programmatisch lösen kann. Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Hello there, We have an online shop developed on Prestashop 1.6. We installed the PAYPLUG module/add-on to manage payments with credit cards. When the module is in Test mode, we can see the block PAYPLUG in the order details page (so we can refund the customer of his order amount for instance) but once it goes Live, the corresponding block does not appear anymore. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot. Dany

Hi everyone, Brand new to the prestshop community so excuse myself if I am posting my questions at the wrong place. My questions is regarding using an add-ons on several domain names. I am going to develope and online store and my client requires several features which are going to be bought as add-ons. Also, We are going to develope the store on a testing domain name and once we are happy with the store we would like to switch it to the main domain. So, what is the approach for bying an add-on that can be used on several domain names or alternatively use it on the testing domain name and once the store is ready then register the add-on with the main domain name. Hi, I would like to know if anyone has any information on Quickbooks integrations that will handle combinations inside Prestashop. The only information I would need to sync is inventory quantites and prices. I have being using Webgility eCC for more than a year. It was working fine until we needed to update item prices into the store and found out it couldn't by and eCC representative, for some reason the program seems to update inventory quantities for each combination but cannot update prices which I find ilogic. Besides the programs runs very slow and since my main purpose was inventory handling the program wont update any inventory if there are any orders pending in the cart. There should be an option to update inventory even if there are open orders. I have also tried the Prestashop Store Manager with its Quickbooks Add-on. If I manually update an item inside the software and then send the info to the store works fine but since we handle thousands of items combinations it can't be done one by one, then I tried the Quickbooks add-on. The option for "modifying" items in the cart shows the result for the items as "skipped" and there are no updates done. I chatted with emagicone support and said that I should use the "add and modify" option, which I don't think I should use since the items are already in prestashop, whay would I want to add something if it is already there, right? but again they know more than my so I did what they said and as I expected it added new items instead of updating the combinations for the existing ones. I also tried adding items with combinations from the Store Manager and then tried to update them but no luck. I also find annoying that you have have to specified a "Category" when updating an item from Quickbooks; sometimes we keep items and its combinations in more than one category, how do you specify that in the importing field??? I really like this program but I can't find a way to make it work. I would like to know if there are more options thanks these two softwares or has anyone be able to use the Store Manager Quickbooks Add-on to update combinations.

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has purchased one of the Social Media add-ons that allows a customer to register/authenticate themselves on a site using their Facebook/Twitter/Google+ account details? My main question is, if they only use their social accounts to log-on, and then subsequently leave the site, are their social media "email addresses" captured in the Back Office for me to use for future advertising? Or do they have to complete the full registration process (ie. when they attempt to purchase a product) before they are logged in the BO as a "new Customer"? Any information would be appreciated. Hi Guys, I am new to prestashop and i am trying to modify some fields onto my customer both on the front end and the admin tab. However seems to be lost as to which files to be amended and change. Are there any tutorials/guides on this? I am using prestashop 1.5.1.0. Current tutorials are mainly on 1.4. Appreciate if any kind soul can render me some assistance or shed some light on this. I bought UFSearch: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/search-filters-prestashop-modules/4472-Ultimate-Filter-Search.html I'm using Prestashop version 1.5.2. I installed it correctly into my prestashop modules section. I went to configuration page and updated the settings, working fine so far... I went to the LiveEdit mode on the website and moved the module to the top of the right column... saved that... and now on the front-end of the site, it doesn't work at all. Any ideas of what I can do in order to get my $129 module to actually show up?

Hi guys, We are a startup company, our product is a product reviews system for eCommerce websites. Currently we support several platforms (Magento, Shopify, Volusion, Bigcommmerce, 3Dcart) and we are just about to release our Prestashop version, and really excited about it! I've tried to look into the segmentation of Prestashop customers of what version do they use so we will know what is the earlier version we should support, couldn't find any info. How do I add an add-on? This process is not clear. I found the below answer, but I can't find the "Customer Account" or "Seller account". In order to submit your module to the PrestaShop Addons store, you must first create a Seller Account. To do this, log into your account, click on "My Account" in the top right corner and then select "Customer Account." From there, you will see an option for "Get Your Seller Account." Click on that and fill out all the necessary information, and then you can start submitting your modules and themes! Please advise. Thank you.
